"How did you find out about it?"Naira asked

"That is not what we are talking about right now. I want to know why you met him!"Kartik said

"I didn't go to meet him or anything. We met at the supermarket and we just talked. That's all Kartik!"Naira said

"Fine. If you just met what was the need to talk to him huh? You know what he has done to us both. Naira our fight mainly started only because of him. What if he tries to come into our lives again huh?"Kartik shouted in anger.

"Were you even planning to tell me this or did you decide to keep it to yourself?"Kartik asked

"Kartik, what are you saying..I can't believe you are asking me like this. Of course I was planning to tell you but I thought it would be best to tell you after teej. I didn't want to ruin your mood Kartik!"Naira said and hugged him from the back while Kartik didn't utter a word.

"Kartik, this is our first teej together after so many years. I wanted this to be special. Please forget about this so we can spend it together. Please..!"Naira said looking at him but he didn't say anything and he remained silent.

Naira felt very hurt due to his silence. It started to bother her while Kartik didn't know how to react so he stayed silent.

"Fine, if you don't want to talk about it or with me then I will celebrate teej at my house. If you can't act mature that's Not my problem!"Naira said and left the house to go to her house.

Just as Naira left Suvarna witnessed the whole scene. She decided to go talk to Kartik.

"Kartik, where is Naira going?"She asked

"To her house"Kartik replied

"But why? What happened suddenly?"Suvarna asked

"Maa I don't want to talk about it"Kartik said and went into his room.

After sometime Naira arrived at her house. Akshara was the first one to see Naira come in.

"Naira? What are you doing here? Come on in!"Akshara said as Naira came in. Everyone saw her come and came to meet her.

"Did you come alone or did Kairav and Kartik too come?"Naksh asked

"No Bhai, I came alone. I wanted to see you so I came"Naira lied and then looked around for Naitik

"Mumma,where is papa?"Naira asked

"Naitik had some work so he went out. He will be back sometime. Now good you came. I was planning to make your favorite food. Come with me!"Akshara said and took Naira into the kitchen along with her.

While Akshara was cooking Naira stood next to her and was completely lost in her thoughts.

"What's wrong with Kartik? Why didn't he understand and why is he acting like this? Tomorrow is teej and I wanted everything to be perfect but he ruined everything! Kartik and his anger!"Naira said to herself. Naira didn't even realize Akshara was calling her.

"Naira! What are you thinking? I have been calling you!"Akshara said bringing Naira out of her thoughts

"No Mumma it's nothing. What did you say?"Naira asked

"There is salt there. Give me that box!"Akshara said. Naira nodded and handed her the sugar box instead of salt as she started thinking about Kartik again.

"Naira! Did you forget the difference between the salt and sugar? You gave me sugar!"Akshara said.

"I am sorry!"Naira said and handed her the salt.

"What's wrong with her? She's is thinking something and is not even paying attention!"Akshara thought. Naira went and brought the onions to cut.

"See, he didn't even call me!See how much attitude he is showing. This Mendak ugh!! I don't know what to do with him!"Naira said to herself as she was cutting the onions and she ended up slightly cutting her finger.

"Oww!!"She shouted in pain as blood started to ooze from the cut.

"Hey Bhagvan!!!Naira are you mad!!What is wrong with you?"Akshara shouted and gently held her finger. Everyone came rushing in when they heard Naira scream.

"Naira!!"Naksh shouted when he saw the blood.

"Duggu,go and get the first aid quickly!!"Akshara said. Naksh ran to get the first aid box. Once he came Akshara did cleaned it and then applied the bandage.

"You come with me! You did enough work in kitchen!"Akshara said and dragged Naira out.

"Naira, I have been noticing you since you came here. What were you thinking? You are lost in your thoughts!"Akshara said

"Mumma,nothing like that. Don't worry!"Naira said.

"Don't lie to me. Did you and Kartik fight?"She asked directly.

"No!We didn't!"She lied and then went upstairs to her room without saying anything else.

"Akshara,you go and talk to her...!"Kaveri said. Just then Naitik came home.

"What happened? What is everyone doing here?"He asked.

"Your princess came!"Akshara said

"Wow! Princess came? Where is she?"Naitik asked in excitement.

"Before you go you should know something!"Akshara said and explained him what happened.

"Then why are you standing here? Come let's go and talk to her!"Naitik said and went upstairs along with Akshara.

Kartik was sitting in his room when Suvarna came in.

"I know something is not right Kartik. What happened between you and Naira? Did you guys fight?"She asked. Kartik looked up to see her when she came and sat next to him.

"Maa I can handle this. I will talk to her..!"Kartik said

"Will you? If you want to talk to her then why didn't you already call her? Or why did you even let her go huh?"She asked

"Maa at that time I was not thinking straight. I was just angry and I vented it out on her..!"Kartik said

"Kartik,what really happened? Why did you guys even fought?"Suvarna asked and Kartik explained her the whole thing that happened.

"Kartik! When Naira said it meant nothing and she was planning to tell her after teej why didn't you listen? Kartik you know how difficult it was for Naira in the last few years because she was not with you. It was her first teej with you after years and she wanted it to be special. Naira clearly didn't tell you because of that only. You know how much she loves you. You lost her once and you almost lost her once. Are you willing to take the chances again?"Suvarna asked.

"Haa Maa you are right. I know I shouldn't have made a huge scene out of this. I know I lost her once and those days were very horrible for me. I will never make any sort of mistake like that again. I want to make things right again and bring her back here!"Kartik said

"And I will call her right now!"Kartik said and took out his phone to call Naira but stopped.

"What happened Kartik? Why are you not calling?"She asked.

"Maa,if I call her now she will shout at me for sure. You call her from your phone!"Kartik said thinking about naira's sherni mode now.

"Haa fine I will call her!"Suvarna said and called Naira.

"Haa Maa?"Naira said answering the call.

"Naira,woh actually..Kartik.."Suvarna started but was stopped by Naira

"Maa if you called me to tell about him then don't. I don't want to talk to that Mendak now!Bye!"Naira said and ended the call.

"Only Krishna Ji can help me in getting her to talk to me again now!"Kartik said to himself.

"Dekho,this is what happens when you do something like that!"Suvarna said

"Maa it's okay. Tomorrow is teej naa. I will plan her something special so don't worry!"Kartik assured with a smile.

"Now he wants to talk huh? After doing everything now he wants to talk!"Naira said to herself and just then Naitik and Akshara came into her room.

"Princess what happened? Is everything okay?"Naitik asked and Naira explained them both what happened.

"Naira come on..woh Bechara..he even tried to talk to you through his maa's phone. You should have talked naa?"Akshara said.

"Kya Bechara?He started it!"Naira said

"Naira whoever started it doesn't matter. He's your husband and infact you also love him so much naa?"Naitik asked

"Haa papa I do. I love that Mendak too much! But you know what?If I talk to him right now only he will do this again and again. He should learn a lesson by this so I won't talk to him till tomorrow!"Naira said.

"Don't worry jaan!Tomorrow I will make our teej very special.I promise you it will be the best of all!"Kartik said to himself with a smile.
