ISABELLA'S  POV

"Can we be..?" He stopped midways making me frown.

No ! No ! No !

"Can we be friends ?" He completed his sentance.

I looked at Alex but couldn't help going to the past when everything started with this 'Can we be..' and then...

I nodded "Yes..Of course" I said and ran back to my room wiping a drop of tear which made my cheek wet.

Everything was going smooth until he said those words. I had almost forgotten about Zachary but Alex made me go back to those memories again. He didn't do it knowingly but it felt like he sprayed pepper on my wound. I went back to my bed, hugged the pillow and prayed to god to shower all the happiness in Zachary's life wherever he is. All along my tears could not stop falling.

I closed my eyes trying to sleep and not remember anything. At times I wished I could erase my past and rewrite it but in reality it was not possible.

I married Alex so that Eric could get love of a father. He seemed very wicked earlier but he is way more caring now. I don't think I would ever regret my decision of marrying him. I don't know why but with him I feel like I'm home. It's such a warm feeling. He apologised to me today for what he said to me but if only he knew I forgave him long way back when he saved my baby's life.

I kept on thinking about Alex. His sharp jawline, his chiseled cheekbone, his ocean blue eyes, his black brown hair, the way he clenched his jaw when he used to compliment with pretty names, the way his fists were closed everytime he was angry. God ! Its just so crazy. I don't know ! I don't know when did I start noticing him. The way he held his coffee mug. He came so close me today that too twice, his thumb wiping my upper lip. I don't know why I felt different sparks each time he was so near.

The cellphone's ring broke my crazy thoughts. Omg ! I'm going nuts. I picked up the call.

"Erin..I was thinking of calling you" I said holding the phone close to my ear.

"Really ??" She asked.

"Yes dear..." I sighed.

"What happened ? Did that Mr.Billionaire did somthing wrong with you ?" She asked in a hyper tone.

"No...Calm down...He apologised for what he did." I said

"Really ? Thats creepy.." She said.

"Yeah..and we becames friends too. He is not a bad guy." I said with a smile.

"And sexy too" She added making my smile wider.

"Erin.. ! You won't ever stop being like that right ?"
"Right babe...So tell me what did you tell him ?" She asked.

"About what ?"

"Forget it...tell me what did he say ?" She said with exitement.

"Nothing Erin...I mean he's caring. I -I mean its so strange...I don't know if he's making up for the things he did one month ago" I said and exhaled heavily.

"C'mon girl...It's a sign. He likes you" She giggled.
"WHAT ? Are you crazy ?"

"Whatever you say . I know there's somthing in his heart. Well if you guys have started it..I mean your friendship, it means he wants the relationahip to work right ? That's why he asked you for friendship." She said in serious tone.

"Is it like that ?" I asked stupidly.

"Of-course" She laughed.

"Isabella...god provides everyone with chances it's upto us if we take them or not. He has sent Alex for you. Now it's upto you if you let him in your life on not."

"I think you are right" I said.

"Yehh ! That's like a good girl. And yes forget your past and please focus on your husband. He's too hot, don't let him out of your sight otherwise..." She laughed and trailed off.

"Shut up okay. You'll always be the same."

"I love you babe..Good Night" She kissed over the phone.

"Good night"

Yes ! Somewhere she was right. I need to give our marriage a chance who knows if Alex turns out to be the real prince. But does he wants me in his life ? I don't know but he said that he doesn't have a girlfriend and then we are married too and there's nothing wrong in falling for your own husband. But the question is will I really fall for him ?

Anyways I got to catch some sleep. Already I have so much work to focus on. I have to design so many dress tomorrow so I need to relax too.

I woke up too late in the morning that it was almost noon. My eyes rested on the wall clock and it was 11:56 am.

"Uh-Oh !" I put the duvet aside when my eyes landed on the small table beside the bed which made me narrow my eyes.

"Breakfast in bed" I took the tray which had oats, raspberries and eggs with pineapple juice. I was really hungry and my stomach growled in accordance. I grabbbed the bowl of oats and finished it fast. By the time I was finished having my breakfast my eyes spotted a note beneath the glass of juice.

Heya !
Sorry I couldn't make anything other than this. I already woke up so late that I'm rushing to office rightaway. Don't forget to inform me if you get any news of Eric. And same applies on me too.

"Wow he's being sweet now...I like sweet guys" I giggled as I read the note and kept it in my wardrobe. It was the first ever friendly note from him. I saw the blue box and hid it beneath few dresses so that I don't spot it next time. I want to start new chapters of my life and with the memories of my past, I won't be able to do that.

After that I took the shower and called Erin. She told me that she was already done with the flex and it was successfully put across the city which was a great step as we needed models for us.

My phone beeped and I rushed to check the message. It was Dr. Clinton's message.

Mrs. Cullen
It's a good news for you. Eric came back to consciousness. You can meet him now.
Dr. Clinton

As I read the message tears of happiness welled up in my eyes. My baby is finally awake. This means I can talk to him. I can hug him and I can kiss him which I was refraining from. Omg ! I-I need to make juice for him. Doctors told me that they had put Eric on a liquid diet as his mendible is weak. I-I need to tell Alex. He'd be very happy. I need to call uncle too. Omg ! I'm so nervous. I need to tell Aoran and Erin too. I-I'm so happy. My baby is fine and he'd talk to me now. I need to rush.

I rushed to the wardrobe and took out a black blouse and a brown skirt. Withing five minutes I was ready. I prepared fresh apple juice for Eric. He liked it so much. After whic I called Alex and he did not pick up. I called him several times and he did not reply.

I called in his office and after sometime a man attended the call.

"The Cullen Enterprises this side. How can I help you ?" The man said in a horse voice.

"Hello I'm Isabella Cullen. I wanted to talk to Alex."

"Hello Mrs. Cullen. I'm Sabestian. You called the ground floor. I'll just ask  Miss Miranda to get in touch with you." He said and hung up.

I sat at my place and waited for the call. After a minute my cell rang again and I recieved the call.

"Mrs. Cullen..Sabestian here."

"Yes Sabestian...?"

"Actually he's out for a meeting. He'll be back in an hour." He said.

Uh-Oh ! Wth ! Why he had to go at this time, when my car was out of fuel. How do I reach hospital now ? Oh ! Yes, I can take a cab. But it's friday and most of the cab driver's will have an off today. What a strucking situation !

Can I ask him? I need to go to Eric. I should as I need to reach fast.

"Sabestian...Can you please do me a favor ?" I asked.

"Yes..sure" He said politely.

"I need to go to the hospital now and it's friday so can you....?" I couldn't even complete my sentence when he said "Of-Course Mrs. Cullen I'll be there in five minutes." He said and then I disconnected the call.

I locked the door with my set of keys and then stepped inside the elevator. Within three minutes I was on the ground floor and I waited there for few minutes when the gaurd spotted me and asked me if I had any problem.

It was really sunny so I put my sunglasses on and told him I was okay and then I saw a  grey Maserati Quattroporte stop near the entrace. A guy with brown hair stepped out of the car. He was dressed in formal black bussiness suit. His eyes were covered with sunglasses. He was a hunk. I don't expect me saying this but literally he was. He walked upto me confidently bringing an aura of nervousness in my surrounding. Omg ! He looked more handsome with every step as he came near. My throat was instantly dry when he smiled showing his dimples and killing me with that devilish handsomeness.

"Hello Mrs. Cullen..I'm Sabestian Simons if you remember." Simons....It was Zachary's surname.

So what ? He doesn't have its copyrights.

"Oh - Hi.." I said remembering the last time I met him. I didn't think he could look this handsome and would get me incrediblly amazed. Or may be I noticed him today.

Goddamn ! My mind is wandering and I can't help it.

Omg ! Its a sin. For god's sake I'm twenty six and I don't know why all of a sudden I was going crazy like an idiotic teenager.

"Shall we move ?" He said smiling and his dimple getting bigger.

"Yeah sure" Wtf ! I can't believe I'm unbelievable.

He opened the the door for me and I took the seat. I could smell lavender which was so soothing. He came and took the seat and started the car. He looked at me and smiled a little.

As he put the car in first gear I noticed his profile. He looked very familier. I had seen him somewhere before which I was very sure of.

"Which hospital ?" He asked focusing on the road.

"Apollo" I said and focused on things outside.

"Oh Okay..You have any health related issues ?" Oh he seemed very friendly. Well I don't mind.

"No...it's actually my son. He's there and I need to see him." I smiled warmly.

"Oh okay..I hope he's fine" He said.

"Yeah" I nodded. "Sabestian do you think we've met somewhere before ?" My fishy tongue which couldn't control it's urge and blurted out all I had in my mind.

He looked at me once again. "I don't think so" He focussed on the road again.

We passed my the mall and I suddenly had a mind to take somthing for Eric. He'll have to stay in hospital for few more days and he'll get bored. I asked him to stop as I needed somthing to keep my baby entertained. He nodded and stopped the car. I hurriedly stepped down the car when his cell rang and he looked at the number and picked up the call and drove the car to parking lot.

He joined me soon after and we went to kids section searching for somthing for my baby. He suggested me to take some soft toys but I refused. Eric was a boy not a girl and he used to like soft toys when he was young. And now he like ben ten and power rangers. Transformation see !

I decided to take a puzzle and rubic cube for him. At least it would keep him busy. I turned around to see Sabestian following me.

"Mrs. Cullen...I think you should take this one too" He said with a smile.

Omg ! His dimples.

I looked at his hand and he was holding a remote control helicopter. Oh ! Yes Eric would love it. At least it could help me to make up for my mistake of letting him go school alone.

"Thanxx..he'll love it." I said. "And yes call me Isabella" I smiled and he nodded warmly.

He handed me the helicoptor while the rubic cube fell on the floor. I laughed as I bent down to pick it up when I heard an ice cold sharp commanding voice.

"Mr. Sabestian Simons. You may go now"

I looked up to see Alex staring Sabestian with his hands in his pockets. He was in white dotted shirt and black trouser. His shirt sleeves were rolled up and he stood there in all his glory like a macho.

Shit ! I'm gone ! Temperature around is too hot.

Heck ! I did not pay a nibble attention to anyone in these ten years and now all of a sudden my mind is diverting. Omg ! Trouble ! Two hot guys at same time.

It's not me.

It can't be me.

I looked at Alex and then Sabestian.

"Ah..Y..Yes Mr. Cullen" He said clearing his throat.

What was happening ? Do anyone have a least idea ?

"Bye" I said with a smile and he nodded and took his strides away. Alex came to me and looked at me for a minute.

ALEX'S  POV

When I reached office Miranda told me that Sabestian called her and asked her about me. I took out my cellphone to call him and saw six missed calls from Isabella. Was she fine ? Or she needs somthing ? I immidiately dialed her number but it was out of coverage area. I tried again but again it said the same thing. I called Sabestian and he told me that Isabella called him and asked him to drop her to Apollo. I asked him where they were and he told me that they were in Medussa Mall as she wanted to shop some things for Eric.

I wanted to go to the hospital to meet Eric but I made my mind to pick up Isabella from the mall and I drove hurriedly to reach her.

As I reached Medussa, I went to the kids section and searched for them. Then I spotted them near the play corner. I saw Sabestian handing her a box of remoted game and she gripped out the rubic cube in her hand.

She smiled shoeing her even teeth illuminating the dark sides in my heart. My rusted walls were blooming as I saw her laughing. She looked beautiful in her black blouse and brown short skirt. Her hair looked short. Did she have a haircut ? She looked so hot standing there with those stuffs in her hand. Her green eyes illuminating with a little moisture in them. Her beautiful face looked brighter. She looked so happy shopping for Eric. I noticed myself smiling to myself looking at her.

Stop staring and go to her.

I looked at her as she bent down to pick up the rubic cube. Her short skirt which was already so short rose up showing a good amount of her well built thighs. My eyes widen as I felt tempted. Omg ! I tried to look away and my eyes fell on Sabestian staring her thighs with a smile on his face.

Wtf !

How dare he stare her ?

"Mr. Sabestian Simons. You may go now" I said sharply making sure to bring him out of his fantasies.

He looked at me with shocked eyes "Ah..Y-Yes..Mr Cullen" He said and started walking away.

I kept staring at him when Isabella said "Bye" to him with a smile. Really ? Was there any need to say bye or smile at him ? Why did she do that ? I frowned and walked to her staring her and noticing every inch of her attire. She looked smoking hot. I could not avert my eyes for a moment.

"Hi" She said.

I nodded and asked her if she.was okay and she nodded. We checkout the bill and went to the car. I helped her put the things on the backseat and opened the door for her. She stepped in and I too went to my seat.

My eyes could not stop staring her skirt which was too high. I started the car and it was getting very difficult to focus on the road without stealing glances at her beautiful face.

"Why did you ask Sabestian to go ?" She asked.

"You wanted to go with him ?" I asked her.

"What ? Noo...I mean it was kind of rude"

I sighed and furrowed my brows. If only she knew he was enjoy a view which she gave him accidentally.

"You like him ?" I asked suddenly. She smiled a little and blushed which made my heart twich. What the bloody fuck ! Why did she blush ?

"Do you really like him ?" I asked her again.

"No" She laughed. " I mean his dimples are cute."

What ? Dimples ? His dimples ? I mean really ? This woman is crazy. Why did she call his dimples cute ? I mean I'm not liking this thing. It's kind of bothering me at a wrong place when I shouldn't give a damn about it.

"They are pits" I said in disgusted tone.

She looked at me with amusement in her eyes. "Really ?" She said.
"Yep..really." I said with a serious face.

I stopped the car as we reached Apollo. I was superexcited to see the little champ. I wanted to hug him tight. But I wonder if he breaks, his body is too fragile this time.
