ISABELLA'S  POV

I was busy cooking all the dishes I decided to put in the menu for the dinner. I already invited uncle, Aoran, Erin, Dana and all my worker from the boutique for the dinner. I was so excited to meet my baby. A while ago Robin called me and told me he was on the way with Eric and they'd be arriving soon. The doorbell rang and I ran to open the door. As I opened the door my eyes landed on Mr. Waffle who was holding his daugher's hand. I smiled at him.

"Oh ! Hi Mr. Waffle..please come in" I said.

"No..No..I'm already late for a meeting. Let Viona enjoy the evening." He smiled checking the time in his watch.

"Hello aunt" Viona smiled at me and I kissed her chubby cheeks. She looked so beautiful in a red strap dress.

"Bye dadda" She waved at Mr. Waffle and came inside with a big box in her hand.

Mr. Waffle said he'd pick her up after his meeting and left in a hurry. I took Viona to the living room and made her sit on the couch.

I made my way to the kitchen as the housekeeper went to serve her with hot chocolate syrup. I was already so drained out as I completed with all kind of dishes I had in menu, Garlic lime lettuce, ponzu pasta, sweet potato porriage, mashroom stroganoff, turmeric chikpies. I went out to see Viona who was quietly sitting in the living room watching cartoon.

The housekeeper had arranged a small balloon pool party for the kids which was in the backside of the room. The doorbell rang and I ran to open the door. I was too excited to see Eric and couldn't wait anymore. I opened the door and Eric who was in Robin's arms yelled
"Woooaahhhhh"

I narrowed my eyes at him and took him in my lap. He looked pretty perfect now. His injuries were disappeared and his smile was back.

"Good Evening" Robin smiled and I asked him to come it. "Please come in"

"No I've to go to Alex" He said and left soon.

I took Eric inside and pecked his cheeks. But the he started to try getting down from my embrace. I looked at him weirdly.

"What do you want ?" I aaked him.

"Nothing..get me down mama." He pecked my cheek.

"Why ?" I asked. "Please..please.." He begged as his eyes rested on girl who was busy watching cartoon.

I smiled and put him down on the floor. Viona looked at him and smiled widely. She got up from her place and headed in our direction.

"Eric" She cried loud.

Eric saw her coming in his direction and he rushed to his room. What was wrong with him ? I looked at both of them. Did they have any fight ? I asked Viona to sit down and I'll get Eric. I went to Eric's room and saw his feet behind the big curtains.

"I know where you are hiding..so better come out" I said putting my hands on my waist.

He peeped thorough one edge of the curtain and giggled. "Viona is not there right ?" He asked.

"Yeah...she's nowhere around." I asked grabbing his little arm and pulling him out. He kissed my cheek and hugged tightly. "I missed you mama" He said. "I missed you too baby" I picked him up and sat on the bed making him sit on my lap.

"You know Viona has come to see you. Uncle Aoran, grandpa and Erin are also coming" I told him.

"Really ?" He asked in excitement. "I missed all of them" He said with a wide smile.

"Okay now let's go and see Viona otherwise she'll be very mad at you" I raised my brow and he shook his head.

"Did you forget I haven't taken bath" He said with a shy face.

Okay ! Does it really matter ? Anyways ! I put him aside and got him a comfortable tee and knicker. He hurriedly locked the door and threw his already worn clothes on the bed. This little boy was too much acting like a badass.

"C'mon mama..make me shower fast. I have to meet Vio..she's waiting for me." He winked.

Uh-Oh ! Alright ! I took him to the bathroom and made him bath. He really looked clean and fresh after that. He hurriedly wore his clothes and ran out to see Viona. I ran behind him and found Roma sitting with Viona. Roma was Viona's another best friend in the school and Eric did not seem to like her much.

"Eric.." Viona came running to him and he smiled widely. Roma followed her and hugged Eric.

"How are you ?" They asked in unison.

"Superheroes are always cool" He winked.

They went to the couch and started playing there games. All the three were playing stone paper scissor so I went to bring them sandwitches. As I reached the kitchen I heard the kids shouting. Shit ! I rushed back to check them and saw Eric and Roma fighting. They were always enimies first and then friends. I scolded both of them and made them sit few metres away from each other.

Meanwhile uncle, Aoran, Dana and Erin arrived. They hugged me and came in. Eric who was busy playing did not notice them coming. Uncle picked him up in his arms from behind.

"Eric...my baby.." He pecked his cheeks amd Eric hugged him.

"Grandpa..i missed you" He said in his cute voice. "I missed you too" He smiled and handed his another gaming xbox. He got many other gifts like romoted vehicals, bablleds, flying drones, skateboard. He met Aoran and Erin too after which he ran away to show his gift to Viona and Roma.

I was talking to uncle about Eric's health status and also I didn't meet him in recent days so he was happy to see me.

"Where is he ?" He asked.

"Alex ?" I asked and he nodded.

"He had a busy evening today..piled up with conferances and meetings"

"How is he ?" He asked.
"Umm..he is pretty good" I said with a big smile. He hugged me and said " I knew it he's a good man"

I smiled in accordance " How is your health ?" I asked.

"Now that I saw you happy I'm fit and fine" He laughed and Aoran joined us too.

"So what's your plan of settling down" He patted Aoran's back. "Not again uncle..leave this topic" He said shaking his head off.

"Well..I think he'll be settled soon" I said looking towards Erin.

"You don't know anything alright" He laughed and I excused out to take care of the dinner. The housekeeper was already done laying the grand table for us.

I went to call everyone for the dinner but before that I heard Roma's cry. I rushed to see them and Erin followed me. I saw Roma had one part of the the car while Eric had it's antenna. I shook my head and walked upto them.

"Eric what's going on ?" I asked.

"Aunt he's not giving me his car" Roma cried.

Uh-Oh ! These kids !

"Eric.."

"See mama she broke the car into two. Look " He said showing me the broken antenna.

They were so impatient. They couldn't even wait for each other's turns and broke the car in just a minute.

"Alright ! Let's go for the dinner kids. After that we have surprise for you" I picked Roma in my arms and Eric and Viona followed me to the dining hall. Everybody was at there place for the dinner. I noticed Erin was looking stressed so I thought of talking to her after the dinner.

I fed Eric banana smoothe and mango pulp as he couldn't chew the food. Roma and Viona enjoyed ponzu pasta and mashroom stroganoff. I noticed Aoran ate in silence while uncle talked about his recent construction deal with the Brazilian group.

After the dinner Eric's desert accidently fell on Erin's dress. Erin excused to use the washroom and I showed her to my room. I noticed it was taking her long so I went to my room again and saw Erin was busy ruffling the thing in my drawer. What was she trying to find ? I walked in and asked her if she needed anything.

"Erin ? You want somthing ?" I asked.

"Uh...N-Noo..I.." She stuttered.

"Anyways if you are done then come back" I smiled and she said she'd be back in a minute. I walked out to see if everything was okay with the kids and hopefully they were enjoying their desert watching cartoon on TV.

Erin came out and looked lost. May be she was too stressed these days.

"Erin you're alright ?" I asked her.

"Um..yeah..no..Isabella..I.." She was looking nervous.

"What happened ?"

"I'm not feeling well. I want to go home..please don't mind" She said hugging me.

"Ah..it's okay Erin..please go and take rest." I rubbed her back.

Erin left in hurry and Aoran also excused to leave behind her. Somthing was fishy between them. But who am I to ask anything. Let them solve their problems on their own.

The housekeeper took the kids to the small pool she arranged. The pool was filled with water balloon and as soon as kids saw them they jumped into it. I scolded Eric not to jump with jerks as his ribs were weak.

Viona played with the balloon which had a hole in it and the water was leaking. She brought out her tongue to stop the water but the water splashed on her face.

Eric ran to hold the other balloon and threw it at Roma who was busy playing with her. As the balloon hit her she became so mad that she hit Eric with a baloon on his head.

They all played for an hour after which I clicked some of there photographs.

Soon after that uncle left for home and Roma and Viona were picked up by there parents. Eric had good time with them which made me really happy.

It was ten in the evening when I put Eric in the bed and checked my phone. There was still no message from Alex. I sat in the living room waiting for Alex to come home.

ALEX'S  POV

I reached home at 11:49 pm. As I unlocked the door with my keys I saw Isabella sleeping on the armchair. She might be waiting for me. I made my way to Eric's room to see if he was fine. He slept with a smile on his face making my heart content. I went back to Isabella and picked her up and strode toward her room. She was sleeping in deep sleep and looked like an angel. I put her in bed and pulled the duvet on her.

I didn't want to stay with her and look at her and which would make me feel strong for her so I came to my room. I closed my eyes and thought about the bussiness, Tanzanian clients, Indian group, Nancy and Isabella. What was I doing ?

I called Nancy's gynocologist. She picked up the call in one go which gave me enough relief.

"Hello" I said

"Who is this ?" She asked.

"I'm Alex Cullen. Remember I came with Nancy this evening" I said.

"Oh..yeah Mr. Cullen. Say why did you call ?" She asked.

"I wanted to know if...leave it..Please make two reports of Nancy's ulrasound and send one in my office" I said.

"Umm..okay" She said in confusion.

I knew I had to make it confirm first that Nancy is carrying my child. But paternity test at this stage could be injurious to baby's development so I decided to see the ultasound reports to make it clear it was around the time I was messing around with her.

I woke up in the morning when the housekeeper came and asked me that some authorities have come to meet me. I hurriedly got up and went out to see them. I saw Mr. Sulz, the police chief supritendent was looking at a photoframe in his hand. Behind him were two constables.

I went to him and wished him.
"Good morning Mr. Sulz"

"Good morning Mr. Cullen" He said.

"Did you find anything about the case" I asked him.

"Mr. Cullen where is your wife" He said looking at Isabella's photoframe in which she was holding Eric in her arms.

"Um..she might be sleeping right now" I said.

"Can you please call her" He said.

I gestured the houskeeper to wake Isabella up. After five minutes Isabella came and sat on the adjacent couch. She looked really sleepy.

"Mrs. Cullen who's bracelet is this ?" He askeds showing her the photoframe.

She frowed and looked at me and then at him. " It's not mine" She said as her face looked white like a corpse.

He pulled out a trasparent packet from his pocket and showed it to us. It was the same bracelet she was wearing in the picture.

"It was found in the crime sight and it has blood stains too which match the victim's" He said.

"What do you mean ?" I asked.

"We are arresting you Mrs Cullen" He said and the two constables held Isabella's arms. She looked shocked and did not utter a single word.

"Isabella is this yours ?" I asled her shaking her shoulder.

"N--Noo..I have this in my drawer..It It's not m-mine" She stammered.

Mr Sulz and the two constables went to her room and checked the drawer. I followed them. They checked her dressing but they did not find her bracelet. She looked scared and did not say anything.

"I'm sorry Mr. Cullen but we have to arrest her. The evidences point toward her plus she has a point to kill the driver. She might be thinking you son is unsafe as long as the driver lives" He said and the two constables took her away.

"No..Mr..Sulz. You can't do that" I roared.

"We have the evidence and the chargesheet" He said showing me the papers to arrest the person to whom the bracelet belongs.

I needed to do somthing.

"Isabella" I yelled as she walked away with them without even looking back at me which broke my heart.
