"What's the use of them creating a damn high whiteboard ?! "
Haneul groaned and cursed beneath her breath. Today was her turn to clean the classroom and she chose the easiest task which was to clean the whiteboard .

Her other classmates were sweeping, setting the table and wiping the windows but she didn't bother to help them, she wanted to go straight home after finishing cleaning the whiteboard but it turned out to be difficult when Mr Kang deliberately wrote up to the end of the whiteboard which troublesome Haneul's work .

She jumped several times to reach the highest part making her gasp .

"You were born as a dwarf "
Jungwon exclaimed all of a sudden , startling Haneul .

"Sorry but I'm not offended. Try again next time " Haneul responded to Jungwon .

Jungwon leaned his back on the whiteboard ,
“Do you need my help ?"

"No please , thank you"
Haneul uttered , continuing her job with eager like she wants to break the whiteboard .

Jungwon nodded , he complied with Haneul's instructions and just watched the girl try to clean the whiteboard.  Today is not his turn to clean the class so he is just here to make sure Haneul doesn't skip her schedule .

Since Mr Kang asked Jungwon to keep an eye on Haneul, he didn't know that this thing would make them so close.  Jungwon becomes like Haneul's secretary, he will call her in the early morning to wake her up to school because he knows Haneul will just throw her alarm out of her room, he will bring onigiri for Haneul because he knows Haneul will always skip her breakfast,

he will  always ask Haneul if she understands or not the subject studied then he will teach her gently, he always make sure that Haneul doesn't trick him into skipping class,

he always reminds Haneul to complete homeworks and he always makes sure Haneul doesn't fall asleep in class by playing some games  with her.

Although Haneul would sometimes slide off and managed to skip classes, he would still go looking for her because he knew she would be clinging to her favourite tree branch .

Jungwon is comfortable spending time with Haneul because her smile and antics reminds him of someone, from his past .

"Give it to me ,"
Jungwon snatched the duster from Haneul out of a blue .
He then grinned mischievously before jumping and placing the duster on top of the whiteboard .

"Yang Jungwon !"
Haneul screamed his name as loud as she can buy Jungwon just laughed at her reaction .

"Take the duster back! ”
Haneul commanded but Jungwon stuck out his tongue to tease Haneul .

He bent down his body to Haneul's height and playfully pushed her forehead using his index finger .
"Didn't you say you wanted to do it yourself? "

"Take that duster by your own then "

Haneul hissed angrily towards Jungwon , she fixed her eyes on him while rolling up her sleeves ,
"Looks like we're really going to eat steak for dinner"

As a cue, Jungwon immediately runs away from the class and Haneul chases after him .
Jungwon laughed out loud when he heard Haneul yelled his name with her full heart.

  He ran as fast as possible despite being bumped with some other students, what is important is he has to save himself otherwise he will be literally turned into a steak .

"YANG JUNGWON , YOU BETTER STOP RIGHT NOW !" Haneul yelled .

"L-E-T  APOSTROPHE S G-O !"
Jungwon yelled back .

They ran around the school grounds regardless of the strange views from other students .

Jungwon scurried to the left and flinched when he arrived at the dead end, he turned his body and was about to go the opposite direction but Haneul suddenly appeared while panting  ,
"I GOT ... Y-YOU !"

Haneul took off her shoe and pointed it at Jungwon as if it were a sharp sword .

"Apologize with tears now ,"

"Or the school will be your grave !'

Jungwon blinked his eyes several times before bursting out laughing , he pretended to wipe his fake tears .
"A SHOE ? ARE YOU SERIOUS—ARKK"

Jungwon groaned in pains when Haneul's shoe hit his forehead .
"YOU THROW YOUR SHOW AT ME ?"

"YOU ASKED FOR IT "
Haneul fought back .

She jumped closer to Jungwon, glaring at him and was about to take her shoe but then Jungwon suddenly snatched her shoe .

"SAYONARA !"
Haneul's jaw dropped when Jungwon threw her shoe out the window.  Jungwon was also surprised, he didn't know that the window was open .

They both looked at each other , the sudden silence haunted them .
"Haneul— i didn't mean to ...."

"You better treat me onigiri, Yang Jungwon " Haneul punched his chest .

Jungwon clasped his both hands with a pouty lips ,
"Sorry sky ~"

He immediately extends his arm to Haneul, asking Haneul to cling to his arm.  "Let's find it together"

"Did you find it? ”
Haneul peeked towards Jungwon who was diving in the bushes .

"Do you want me to help ? I can—"

"No , no , no , no ! Just sit there and don't move , Cho Haneul ”Jungwon prevented her .

Haneul pouted ,
"But i want to help !"

"Once your butt is lifted from that bench, no free onigiri for you " Jungwon threatens Haneul.  Haneul immediately raised both her hands to her chest, pretending to give in making Jungwon chuckled .

The male continued his search, looking for Haneul shoe which he threw through the window . His eyes lit up when he found her shoe, he took her shoe and grinned widely before rushing towards Haneul ,
"I found it, i found it!"

"You found it ? YOU FOUND IT !"
Haneul clapped her hands like an otter .

Jungwon immediately kneeling infront of Haneul, showing her shoe to her.  He wanted to put the shoe on Haneul but the girl stopped him and snatched the shoe away.

"I can wear it myself, thank you "

Jungwon smiled to her and immediately stood up . He dusted his pants and looked around , looking for a vending machine .
"Do you want juice ?"

"Nah , I brought a bottle of mineral water to school "

"Okay, you wait here.  I want to go get something for me "
When Haneul nodded, Jungwon immediately rushed to a nearby vending machine around them.

Jungwon inserted the money into the machine and presses his choice of drink.  He took a glance towards Haneul and waved to her when the girl smiled at him .

"Jungwon !"
Haruto and Jeongwoo approached Jungwon .

Jungwon frowned ,

"Why do you two look like you're being chased by a dog ? "

Haruto snatched the juice from Jungwon, opened the lid and chugged it down. 

"Hey, that's my juice !"
Jungwon scolded Haruto but the male grinned at him .

"Jungwon, you look very close to Haneul now "
Jeongwoo suddenly said making Jungwon feel uncomfortable .

"She's not as bad as you all imagine, she's just nice and cute "
Jungwon responded .

Jeongwoo chuckled , he patted Jungwon's shoulders .
"I understand that Haneul reminds you of Yunju but I guess you don't have to hang out with Haneul anymore "

"I heard, Yunju will move here. You no longer have to use Haneul to fill your longing for Yunju—"

"I'm not using Haneul"
Jungwon cut him off . He looked at them sternly , a bit mad when both of them brought about Yunju back .

"But isn't that why you're close to Haneul?  You told us— wait , Jungwon !"
Haruto screamed his name when Jungwon suddenly left them both but Jungwon didn't even look back .

He rushed to Haneul causing the girl to frown upon seeing the wrinkles on his face .
"Jungwon , what's wrong ? Where's your juice—"

"Let's go"
Jungwon suddenly grabbed her wrist , pulling her with him .

"Where are we going ?"
Haneul asked him , dumbfounded .

Jungwon paused for a second before turning his face to Haneul , observing Haneul's clueless face .

He sighed and ran his hands through his hair , "Cho Haneul ,"

"What do you think of me ?"

Haneul was flinched by Jungwon's question ,
"Pardon ? What kind of question is—"

"What do you think of me, as a boy—hm , nevermind "
Jungwon cleared his throat . Haneul could see his cheeks turning red .

"Do you promise to trust me? "
Jungwon asked Haneul as Haneul nodded without hesitation .

"Of course , i will always trust you"
She spoke up .

Haneul's eyes widened when Jungwon suddenly pulled her into a tight hug . He tucked her head on his chest , embracing her with full loves and adoration .
"I don't want to lose you "

"Jungwon, why are you suddenly like this?  Is there something bothering you?"

Jungwon let out a heavy sigh , slowly breaking their hug . He hold Haneul's shoulders tightly , staring at her dazzling eyes .
"I just don't want to repeat the same mistake , Haneul "
