C/n stared at Jayfeather. In disbelief, she meowed, "So... you can... see me?"
Jayfeather, with a serious look on his face, replied, " Yes. That's what I just said, isn't it?" Realizing he had snapped at her, he meowed hastily, "Sorry, sorry," and licked his chest fur in embarrassment. He went on, "I have something else to say, C/n. I... I... I love you." The words came out in a rush, clanging into each other as he spoke. C/n meowed in reply, "Jayfeather, I-" she was interrupted by a loud, familiar growl to their left.
