"Hey! You did great at the practice spar," a brown haired girl exclaimed to a pinkette. Sakura looked around bewildered and then pointed to herself. "Me? No I didn't. I did awful," she said in a sulking tone, and the brown haired girl shook her head. "No! You did great. I'm Rin, what's your name?"

Look At Me Kakashi
---------------

Sakura looked on at Rin who had given Kakashi, roses. Rin was always cheerfully looking at him. She praised him and cared for him. Sakura looked down to her bandaged hand and looked back at her two teammates. She wanted someone to look at her like Rin looked at Kakashi. She never noticed the discrete glances she got from two shinobi.
------------
There's nothing that can hurt me
-------------

"I'm worse than scum, Kakashi, but someone who doesn't care about their friends is even worse! I'll save my friend my own way. I'm my own Shinobi, damn the stupid rules," Sakura stated and ran into the woods to look for her friend.
------------
I don't feel pain anymore
-----------
"Kakashi!" Sakura exclaimed and let a smile slip onto her lips. She quickly brought her hand up in a thumbs up and watched as Kakashi stared at her, with widened eyes, from outside the crumbling cave. He tried to get up but crumpled to the floor. "Don't be a loser, Kakashi. Take care of yourself and of Rin for me, because I won't be able to protect my friends. Promise me," Sakura shouted, and Kakashi reached out a hand to her. He felt his facade break and a tear rolled down his face. Sakura sadly smiled, inwardly sent her farewells, and felt a wave of pain pass through her.
---------
This misery, this world of pain
-----------

"You're my friend Kakashi, so I will do everything I can to protect you," Sakura quietly said, and Kakashi's eyes widened, "I might not say it, but you're my best friend. We'll stick together through thick and thin. I promise." Kakashi stared at his teammate and felt a warm feeling pass through him.

Was created by this world of hell

"K-kakashi," Rin muttered and felt blood drip down her chin. She could feel her teammate's hand holding her steady, while his other hand clutched her heart. She closed her eyes and felt herself meet the ground, not aware of the two figures that felt tears drip down their faces.

Those who abandon their friends
-------
"Rin...No..Come on. Wake up," Sakura muttered and wiped the blood away from her friend's face. Sakura looked at the dead bodies around her and looked up at the sky. Her body shook, and she let out a blood curling scream. "You broke it! How could you! How dare you! She was our teammate, our friend!"
-------
Are even worse than scum
-------
"How do you like your new eyes, Sakura?" Madara stated, and Sakura took off her blind fold. She looked down at her hands and looked back up at Madara. "I can see better, sensei," she whispered, and Madara hummed. "My time is coming. Use my name. Spread fear with it. When I come back, you have better done your part," he said, and Sakura grabbed her sensei's weapon, that laid in front of her, and a mask. "I understand."

If I'm going to be called
--------

"The names of my friends are there. My best friend, Sakura, protected me. It costed her life. She never left a teammate behind. No matter what," Kakashi announced and looked down at his three genin. "She was the best shinobi there ever was. The best there will ever be." Naruto grinned at his teacher, "Kakashi-sensei was she your girl friend?" Sasuke and Sai stared at their friend in disbelief. Kakashi gave him a pat on the head, "There's training tomorrow. Don't be late."
-------
Scum either way, I'd rather
-------

Sakura stared down at the flowers Kakashi had brought to her stone. She clenched her fists and kicked the flowers away. She felt the wind pass through her hair, which appeared a bit too similar to her sensei's hair, and took a deep breath.
-------
Break the Rules
------

"Sakura...You're the one behind this... You're the one behind this war. You're Madara Uchiha," Kakashi whispered, and Naruto stared at the pinkette. Sasuke's eyes widened a portion. Madara or Sakura had been his sensei's teammate. Kakashi sucked in a breath as he noticed the different colored eyes staring at him with hate. "Don't you dare blame me for the cruelty of this hell," she stated and held a kunai in her grasp.
-------
You said you didn't
------

Sakura stared at Kakashi with hate and heard the familiar sound of kunai against each other. It was a familiar dance that the two used to partake when they were in a team. Kakashi swung his kunai in front of him and jumped back. He clenched his teeth and ran at his old teammate. Sakura ducked and readied her hand for a jutsu.

Believe in the kindness of

Sakura stood next to Madara and handed him his weapon. "A welcome party, for me," he loudly announced as he looked down at the shinobi alliance, "Sakura, you shouldn't have." Kakashi neared his hand towards his weapon pouch and looked at his old teammate. "They're all yours, sensei," she said and glared down at the shinobi alliance, "Welcome back."
-------
This world but you were
------

She stared at the grand figure of Kaguya who held Naruto in her grasp. She closed one of her eyes, "Kamui," she whispered and focused on Naruto. She let a grin slip on her lips as he materialized next to her. The deity turned to her, and Sakura felt a hand grab her from behind and found herself falling into a lava pit. Before she could come up with a plan, she felt an arm wrap around her waist and found herself being held by her old teammate. "You haven't changed. Always saving others before you save yourself," Kakashi said, and she scowled.
-----
Kinder than anyone else
------
"I was kinder than anyone else in this world," Sakura whispered as she laid on the ground. Kakashi neared her and kneeled down next to her. "I'm sorry I broke my promise," he whispered and swung his kunai towards her neck. "Kakashi-sensei/Kakashi, stop!" Sasuke and Naruto shouted in unison and rushed to stop their sensei killing his teammate. Sakura heard the words he whispered and felt tears slide down her face. She closed her eyes and waited for the blow but it never came. She slowly opened her eyes, and her eyes widened at the sight of Kakashi crying.
