Don't Let Me Chase You
Or I'll Haunt You Down
Until I Claim You
As she made her way to the restroom, she carefully changed her path, keeping an eye out for any of William's men who might be present. They always followed them to protect them from any unnecessary attacks. She sneaked around without him noticing, cautiously crossing the dining area to the hall, picking up her pace. Finally, she arrived at the parking lot, not exactly sure where she was going. Her main goal was to exit the restaurant, which she successfully did. She breathed heavily, feeling a sense of freedom. She looked into the distance where cars were running, longing to run away like them. She desired to meet her Will.
"Will, I am coming for you," she smiled brightly to herself.
"Where are you going without informing me?" she halted in her step.
"William," she stuttered nervously. This was unpredictable. Her plan was clear, yet he had poked his nose into it...
"Didn't I warn you earlier that escaping would be a waste of time?" he darkly chuckled.
"I was not escaping, William. I was looking for you," she lied, but her lies were prominent on her face.
"Why are you looking for me here when you clearly know I am already inside?" he inquired, still aware that she was lying.
"You can't even lie properly, so stop your hide and seek. Let's go home." Without any further conversation, he turned around to walk, but she didn't move an inch.
"William, I can't go with you," she tried to sound bold, determined that she couldn't spend her entire life with him. Her heart desired 'Will,' not William. However, whenever she was with him, she was captivated by his alluring features, his behavior, and his domination over her.
"Do you think I'll allow you to leave after what happened today?" he retorted.
"We didn't do anything, William. You have hallucinations," she closed her eyes, unable to meet his piercing gaze.
"What did you say? We didn't do anything today?" he smiled melancholically.
"Then what is this?" he pointed at the light red marks on her body that were given by William in the morning.
"This means nothing to me," she said, looking away and hiding her raw emotions that he always affected.
"Liar... You're a big liar. I know you better than anyone. What do you think of me? I'm stupid, Aru," he grabbed her shoulder, his veins popping and indicating his rage. His eyes turned red, showing pure fury.
"Ah-William, you're hurting me," she moaned slightly in pain from his iron grip.
"All those marks I gave you, they weren't just on your neck. They continued all over your body, like your neck, shoulders, and belly," he stopped for a moment, eyeing her pale face. "Even your breasts have my teeth marks," he pulled her closer to look into her eyes.
"William," she yelled at him, trying to shut him up.
"You came into my life with your consent, but you won't go anywhere without my consent. YOU ARE ONLY MINE, MINE, MINE," he gritted his teeth and threw her over his shoulder, moving towards his car.
"William, let me go, you moron. Just let me go. I don't want to live with you," he placed her in the car and started driving.
The whole ride was silent, filled with a heavy atmosphere. She didn't talk to him, and neither did he. There was tension between them. On one side, she was enraged and downcast because of him, and on the other hand, he was frustrated and irritated by her stubbornness. He attempted several times to persuade her to love him, but she still showed her tantrums. He was driving fast out of madness, while she was frightened inside, looking at his vicious expression with a gloomy feature. But on the outside, she maintained her calmness.
After half an hour, they arrived at their residence. She hurriedly left his car without bothering to look at him. He punched his steering wheel in frustration for failing to prove his love for her. He wanted to show her his love and affection so that she would fall for him, but in the end, she tried to leave, which made him cruel and heartless. He could accept anything except her denial of his love.
"I'll make you mine by hook or crook... Arushi Knight, you only belong to me, William King," William declared.
She entered his room, weeping silently, and then sadly laid on the floor for her losses. She hoped that perhaps this time she would escape, and afterwards she would search for her 'Will', but luck did not let her win anymore. He caught her again, and all her attempts became effortless.
"When will I find you, 'Will'? How can I meet you?" she panted heavily, her desperate cry pouring out all the agony she had buried all those years.
After some time, when William entered his room, the first thing he noticed was the sleeping figure of Arushi on the floor, with dry tears clearly visible on her face. He embraced her soundless figure, kissed her temple, and then placed her on the bed. Later, he changed himself and cautiously hugged her sleeping figure so she would not wake up.
"How... when... in what way will you love me, Aru? I can't take it anymore; without your love, my life is full of emptiness. I love you with all my heart, please accept me as I am and love me back," a few drops of tears gradually fell down his eyes. He kept his face in the crook of her neck, and her neck became wet from his tears. He was desperate for her affection, as he had been restless until he monitored himself, giving her enough time, yet his desire scattered everything. His inner beast hungered for her.
'The Beast Desired To Claim His Beauty'
"I can't love you, no matter how much you love me. There is someone who is waiting for me. I can't break my promise. I don't know what his situation is without me. He is alone, suffering himself. I don't have any right to keep him in darkness when I am in brightness. He needs my help, or I will do everything for him. He entrusted me. He loved me, so how could I deny his innocent love that he showered on me during our childhood days?" Arushi said.
"I won't let you go anywhere," he securely hugged her.
