Y/N's P.O.V
I went to the backstage area of inkigayo. Today was Ji Hu and I's last day as MCs so despite the fact that they said they wouldn't be able to make it to our last day of filming, we were unsurprisingly greeted by my group members.
"Can you at least act surprised." Haeun said. "Oh my gosh guys I can't believe you're here." I overexegerated.  Haeun rolled her eyes at me before saying, "We have something that'll actually shock you." "You can come out now." Siwon called out. "Baby!" I heard Chuu call out before wrapping her arms around me. "Here." She said handing me a bouquet of my favourite flowers. I looked at the note she wrote.

Hope you aren't too sad about not getting to flirt with your little girlfriend.

I sighed as I put away the note. "What's wrong?" Chuu asked innocently. "Nothing." I replied. We talked for awhile till everyone had to leave for their schedules. "You're free right?" Chuu asked. "Yeah I am." I answered. "Ok then let's go get changed for the party." She said. I said ok and we left.

"Are you really going to wear that?" Chuu asked as I looked at myself in the mirror. "What's wrong with it? I think I look nice." I responded. "It's way too sexy besides red doesn't suit you." She criticised which admittedly kind of stung . I looked at myself again. Maybe the outfit was too sexy. I was wearing a bodycon knee length skirt with a matching cropped shirt. I sighed and decided to change again. "Wear purple, I like that colour on you." She said. "Ok." I said. I ended up wearing a knee length silk dress.

~At the party~
"Girl you look gorgeous." Somi said as she hugged me. "Thank you." I responded. "Chuu is there anything your girl can't pull off?" Yves joked. "Nope she looks great in everything." She responded and pulled me closer to her. Her response made me smile but it faltered when I thought back to when we were getting ready and all the insults she threw at my outfits but I quickly smiled again so I didn't ruin the mood.

"Y/N!" I heard someone call out. I turned around to see Ji Hu. "I wanted to say bye I'm leaving now." She said once she caught up to me. "But the party isn't even close to over." I said. "Yeah but I have an early schedule tomorrow." She said. "Ok then bye. Keep in touch." I responded. "I will say bye to Yeonjun for me I couldn't find him." She said. We hugged then she left.

"Say your goodbyes to everyone we're leaving in 30 minutes." Chuu said. "Why I thought we were having fun?" I asked. "I was but now I'm not so we're leaving." Chuu snapped. "Can't you go then I meet you at home?" I asked. "Just say your goodbyes so we can leave." Chuu grumbled. I did as she said not wanting to make her mood worse.

"Can you at least explain why you made us leave early." I said in exasperation. "Why are so upset about leaving anyways? You miss Ji Hu already? I saw you with her." She said. "Really Chuu. Ji Hu is straight and you know that. Why do you keep doing this? If it were anyone else I'd understand but why her?" I asked. She ignored me and just went upstairs.

"You know what Chuu I can't do this anymore." I said once I got to the room as well. She looked up at me, shock apparent on her face. "What? You can't mean that." She stammered. "Yes I do." I said. "Over something as small as this?" She yelled. "It's not just this Chuu. It's everything else including this." I said. "Like what?" She fumed. "The lack of trust, the control of everything from outfits to who I talk to, constantly demeaning every choice I make." I said. A part of me wanted her to say something to convince me to stay but she didn't so I
just started packing an overnight bag and texted Siwon to come get me.

"You're actually leaving?" Chuu sadly asked me as I was about leave. "Yes Chuu. And I'm serious this time." I answered and left not letting her say anything to try and change my mind.

"What's going on?" Siwon asked once I got in the car. "I'll explain later." I said. "Still processing?" She asked and I nodded in response. She put a hand on my shoulder lightly squeezing it before saying, "It'll be okay, whatever is going on." I mumbled "thank you" to her. I couldn't help but look at Chuu who was still standing at the doorway before Siwon started driving. It was a bitter sweet feeling honestly. On one hand Chuu definetely wasn't good for me so its good I ended things but also she could be so caring and I really do love her. Unfortunately that was how it ends, she won't change and I have to accept that I couldn't make her.
