Y/n listening to rock music with Moonblast while bumblebee and sari play with a video game while Prowl talked "it's as though humans are forever at war with nature, beauty literally falls from the sky and they immediately rush to spoil it with their machines, they won't rest until all of nature's beauty is- have you even heard a word I said?" Prowl said but they have not heard a word he said "bumblebee, is your commitment to all these electronic devices really necessary?" "I hate to break it to you Prowl, but you are one of these electronic devices." Bumblebee said.

Then Prowl turn off the game "hey what'd you that for?" "I was on level 230!" Then Prowl turns off the music that y/n and Moonblast were listening maybe because he was jealous that y/n was now spreading time Moonblast instead him "autobots listen up, teletrain one picking up a strange caybertrion energy signal coming from the woods just outside of the city." Optimus says "decepticon?" Prowl asked "no it's a non-sentient being, most likely a piece of our ship but I need someone to track it down and bring it back to the base before it falls into the wrong hands so..." sari squeals "camping trip!I mean as your resident earth expert I should go along to supervise and help explain the complexity of nature." Sari smiles "well I don't suppose there's any harm in you going sari." Optimus says "🎶we are going camping!we are going camping we are going camping!🎶" sari sang "camping?as in leaving the comfort of civilization?as no tv?no music?no games?AS IN MY CIRCUITS ARE GONNA FRY FROM BOREDOM!?" "Don't worry bumblebee camping is fun I'll show you guys the ropes." Sari told him "actually you both could stand to unplug yourselves for a day or two think of it as a character builder." Optimus said "I agree with Optimus and Moonblast can join us to see the beauty of earth." Y/n said with a smile.

Bumblebee and Prowl drove off while y/n and Moonblast flew "you sure you know how to use all this stuff?" Bumblebee asked "what's to know?we roast marshmallows tell ghost stories sing campfire songs." "There's more to nature than these odd human costumes and mellow marshes." Prowl said as they kept driving "I believe they are called Marshmallows Prowl." Y/n giggled.

Then they stop and Prowl transforms "we'll proceed on foot from here." Prowl said as bumblebee opens his doors and the stuff falls out "at least I can get this junk out of me I was feeling kind of bloated." Then a couple of electronics fell out and Prowl looks at him "what?you said to pack the bare essentials." "Since when are surround sound speakers, a strobe light and a handheld media player bare essentials?" "You should have seen what I left back at the plant." "Where did you even find room all this junk?" "I'd...rather not say..." bumblebee says, y/n looked at the woods "isn't this great Moony?" Moonblast looks around "I guess its okay for an organic planet..." she says while smiling a little...

Sari was trying to build a campfire and bumblebee tried to build a the tent "ow!nuts and bolts to this." Bumblebee said "so where do they hide the outlets?" "For the hundredth time, theirs is no electricity in the woods fire is what provides warmth and light, it's also nature's wave cleaning." Moonblast rolls her Optics "chainsaws and pavement are way more effective, now let me borrow your battery for a few hours." Meanwhile sari tried starting a fire but couldn't "uh sari have you ever been camping?" Bumblebee asked "well of course I've...seen it...in a movie...maybe." "Yeah sure kid..." Moonblast says then y/n nudges her arm "Uh-huh need a hand?" Bumblebee asked before he use his stingers Prowl made the fire and Moonblast and y/n made the tent "see?I don't need to learn any of this survival stuff, I've got you guys to back me up." sari said "you must learn to survive without the aid of machines you never know when you don't have them." Prowl told sari "so wanna hear a ghost story?" sari ask "here's a ghost story, I just found batteries for my media player,which one you guys wanna watch?" Bumblebee ask the girls "you don't even have a screen to project it on to." Prowl pointed out "way ahead of you nature boy." Bumblebee uses Prowl's holoprotecter to project the movie but he takes the media player off and crushes it then bumblebee screams loudly and it echo in the forest "big baby..." Moonblast snickers as she was knitting something like a baby onesie.

They were all sleeping when sari heard a growl "what was that?" sari whispered then bumblebee transforms "monster!" He yelled, sari fell "ouch!relax bumblebee." sari said "what?I've seen an enough creature features to know that every poor sap who gets suckered into some lame camping trip winds up being chased by a monster!" Prowl used his headlights to see what made that noise "they're called bears and they're hardly mon-" Then they heard another growl when they saw something that was covered in barnacles came out of the trees Moonblast held y/n while Bumblebee glared at her "gee Prowl, I didn't know bears had shovels for hands I guess I did learn something camping." Bumblebee told him, then Prowl hushed him "first we must determine the creature's intentions." Prowl tried walking towards it but then that thing hit him, sari ran to him "I'm gonna go with hostile." "Prowl are you okay!?" sari asked him "sari!look out!" Bumblebee tried to warned her.

it was about to attack them but bumblebee zapped it with his stingers "hey!why don't you pick on someone your own size!?" Then it swung at them but they got out of the way just in time bumblebee picked up sari and Prowl, Moonblast and y/n tries to attack the creature but nothing happens to it "creature appears to be made of metal wrapped in living organisms." Prowl said "I think it might from cybertron." sari said "what makes you say that?" Prowl asks her that's because her key was glowing and pointing at the creature "call it a hunch." She says "So much for that piece of our ship theory, how do stop it?" Bumblebee asked "just like any other opponent, search for its weakness." Prowl explained as he dodge attacks the "still searching for that weakness?" "We just need to formulate a plan." Prowl tells them "how's this for a plan?run!" Then bumblebee grabs sari.

they keep running from that thing until they lost it "I think we lost it." "What did I tell you about camping?monsters,tv is always right." Bumblebee says "so wait monsters are real?tutor-bot is such a liar." sari said, "it's not a monster you said it yourself it's cybertronian." "You got anything like that back on cybertron?" Sari asked them "Yeah but bulkhead is back at the plant." Bumblebee said Moonblast just sigh "let's focus please and stick with the facts we know it's made of non-sentient metal coupled with living organisms and gives off a cybertronian signal." They bumblebee, Moonblast, Y/n and Prowl gasped "space barnacles!" They said at the same time "barnacles?you mean those gross thing at attach to boats?" sari asked "only when a space barnacle is attached to a ship they drain its energy and act like a computer virus, they must have picked up residual cybertronian energy before we crashed on earth." Prowl explained "yuck!" Moonblast and y/n stick their tongue out "that would explain the signal prime was picking up, so why not just burn them off like we used to do with the barnacles on our ship?" "These seem more powerful,they weren't draining energy from those construction machines,they were controlling them something one earth must have mutated them." "Probably all this fresh air given the bright light big city." "And they could end up taking over every machine in Detroit or have you forgotten how quickly space barnacles can multiply." Prowl explained "so we have to go back and find that thing?" Bumblebee says then sari's key glowed again "ah great when we got done running from it." Bumblebee said.

They went looking for that monster like thing when they saw a mining site "what is this place?" Bumblebee asked "l think it's one of my dad's mining sites, he's always have people digging here who knows what he's looking for." sari explained to them then her key started glowing again "my key is picking up a signal." "Must be residual energy the creature has clearly been here." "Think it went inside for dessert?" sari asked "just be careful, and whatever you do don't let the barnacles touch or you'll be dessert too." Then bumblebee put sari down "stay back." Prowl says before taking a metal pipe as a weapon and bumblebee was ready to use his stingers while sari use snowballs as they got little closer and Moonblast and y/n got their weapons out too y/n's blasters and Moonblast knifes.

"attention barnacle monster!come out with your hands over your...well you don't have a head but you get the idea!" Bumblebee yelled "do you mind?" Prowl told him "what?I'm trying to break the tension." Then Prowl gets hit with a snowball "do you mind?" "That wasn't me" sari said then more snow falls then a rock when they looked up and the creature then it caused snow and rocks to fall.

sari and bumblebee got trapped in the mine Prowl, Moonblast and y/n tried to fight the creature but then Prowl was pinned down by the creature when bumblebee used his stingers on it "this sure beats roasting swamp mallows!" Bumblebee said "that's marshmallows." sari corrected bumblebee after he stopped "one order of fried space barnacles coming up!" When the creature crashed in the river "make that pouched space barnacles." They looked at the looks at the creature "look where nature got you, barnacles!luckily we have good thing we depend on good old mother technology, right Prowl?" Bumblebee asked Prowl but he had his back to them "Prowl?" "run..." before he turned around and he was infected with space barnacles, sari and y/n screamed while Moonblast just stood in horror "don't worry girls, if anyone can fight the control of those space barnacles it's Prowl." He said but he was wrong "we're slag." As Prowl got closer.

"Come on Prowl you're not gonna let a bunch of wimpy space barnacles control you are you?" Bumblebee asked him "maybe the key will heal him!" But Prowl lunged at her but bumblebee grab her "or maybe the key will get infected with space barnacles too, we need to do like he said and run!or better yet drive!" Then they transforms into their alt-mode, as they tried to drive off bumblebee was stuck in the snow "don't you come with snow tires!?" Then they Prowl was behind them but luckily bumblebee got unstuck and drove off, before y/n and Moonblast were about to flee too Prowl grabbed Moonblast's leg, y/n looks behind her to see Moonblast wasn't behind her.

"quick turn off your headlights so he can't see us!" "Good idea!" Then he turns off his headlights then he crushes into a tree "bad idea..." then they drove off again "okay we just need to go back to town and get prime and Ratchet, they'll know how to fix Prowl!and the best part!we finally get out of this stupid nature!" Bumblebee tells them "but won't Prowl follow us and spread space barnacles all over Detroit?" sari asked then bumblebee stops "it's not fair, why do you have to be so right all the time?" "We need to go back to the mine." Sari tells him and y/n agreed with her "Which way is that?" Bumblebee asked her "I don't know, don't you have some of navigation drive?" "Yeah for roads." Bumblebee told her.

Then they saw Prowl and Moonblast, their bodies were covered in barnacles "sari-" bumblebee tried to say but then Prowl kicked him then he was about to try to hurt bumblebee but sari hit him with a tree branch then he tripped and fell.bumblebee got up and shake the snow off "your tire tracks!" "So messed up the pretty white wood you Sound just like Prowl." "No we can follow them back to the mine and lure Prowl into it then we'll seal him up inside." sari explained then bumblebee picked up "right, then we can get the others and finally get out of this nightmare." Then they saw Prowl get up and bumblebee ran off so Prowl can follow them.

They were at the mines again and they saw Prowl "that right barnacle boy and barnacle girl come and get some nice tasty autobots!" sari said trying to lure Prowl into the mines "hey who side are you on here?" Bumblebee held y/n "He's following us isn't he?" then Prowl got closer "those barnacles must've drained all your ninja-bot smarts, because you two fell right into our trap!" Then bumblebee used his stingers to trap Prowl and Moonblast with them "uh bumblebee I think you're supposed to do that from the outside!" sari yelled "what...?oh man!" Bumblebee realized that "remember that plan you had before?" "Yeah bee, what was that again...?" "You mean the one that goes RUN!" bumblebee and y/n ran while screaming."hang on!" Then he half transforms to ride the mines railroad and "we need to burn off those barnacles look for a tree so I can light on fire with my stingers." "Bumblebee trees don't grow underground we're in the middle of a mine!" "Correction, we're at the end of the mine." It was a dead end.then they heard Prowl growling then bumblebee moved a mine kart "these bots are not gonna be a barnacle's breakfast." As Prowl and Moonblast got closer and they got hit with a kart "I really hope he doesn't remember that when he turns back to normal...especially Moonblast." Bumblebee said "sorry guys!" as they ran into a different direction "there's gotta be something we can use to burn those barnacles off them." Then bumblebee saw a firehose "eat fire space parasites!" Bumblebee on the fire hose but sprayed water on them "water!?I thought this thing said firehose." Then he realized "oh right." Then sari got a idea "Firehose, that's it!" Then sari got off y/n "bumblebee!drag the hose in here!" sari tells him then they got in the room then bumblebee and y/n closed it.

"If we hook up to the hot water line if I can boost this thing's power with my key it'll heat up the water enough to scorch those bugs off Prowl." Sari tries to turn it on "come on!light up you stupid, bumblebee zap this your stingers so we can fire it up, bumblebee, y/n?" Then they turned around and they were infected then sari sprayed them with the firehose "'unplug yourselves, commute with nature, think of it as a character builder' thanks a lot guys!" She's tried to turn it on by user her key "what?you can bring an autobot back to life but can't light a fire!?stupid key!" Then she got an idea but then Prowl broke in and bumblebee got up, y/n tried distracting him by making noise while sari hit the machine with her key and it worked "bath time kids!" Then sprayed them the hot water the they were no longer infected "why you two all wet?" sari sighed.

(Back at the plant)

"And then they were back to normal like nothing ever happened meanwhile I'm stuck riding home with no dry clothes and an autobot whose car mode doesn't have a heater." sari sneezed "you showed a lot of courage and ingenuity sari and hopefully you'll stop backfiring." Optimus said "hello it's called sneezing." Then she's blows her nose "I don't even want to know what's that's called." "We owe you a tremendous debt of gratitude." Prowl says and y/n smiled "and you owe me a new media player or did you think I forgot?" Bumblebee says "oh have you learned nothing from your time in the woods?" "Yeah I learned we should pave it over as soon as we get the chance." "Surely you don't blame all of nature for a few space barnacles?" "You don't see my game player turning anyone into zombies do you?" "Actually..." "guys!that creature was made of barnacles and bots just like our team is made of humans and robots, nature and technology working TOGETHER!" Prowl and bumblebee didn't say anything "you still owe me a new media player." Bumblebee says.

Later Moonblast was checking on the pod "hey little one...soon you'll be here and me and your mama will be so happy to you...we'll protect you no matter what..." Moonblast eyes flicker Orange for a moment before she hid the pod again before went to back to knitting.
