Percy's pov:

"And so, we get the equivalent of..." rambled on the Charm's professor.

My friends and I had reached our next class in the nick of time. As soon as I had reached my desk, me head had dropped onto the table, trying to clear my thoughts of today. Annabeth, being Annabeth, had started rambling on about how I should pay more attention in class.

Leo, Sadie, Piper, Nico and Thalia had followed my example. The six of us had tried to doze off but only Nico had accomplished.

I could only ponder about his ways. He was a... son of Hades, if that helped. I pulled my head up to find Annabeth glaring at me.

I sighed, my head dropping down to the same posture.

How much longer? My brain whined.

..........................................................................................................................................................................

"Finally!" Leo shouted as soon as the bell sounded.

"Ahhhh!" Nico cried out loud, " Flying ninja monkeys!"

He had been dozing for most of the class and Leo had just awoken him.

"No, it's just me," Leo said before jumping out of his seat and racing to the door, followed by the rest of them.

Once they were out of the door, Percy turned on the group," Guys, we have to go to Dumbledore. We should tell him about our... uh, problem."

Annabeth nodded but then said," What about Potions?"

"Forget Potions. Would you rather go to class or save the world? Even if it is the third time?" Thalia said, her arms crossed over her front.

"Well, let's go then," Jason said before turning on his heels and starting to walk in a random direction. Realization dawned on him as he stopped in his tracks and turned around to face them, confusion and embarrassment written plainly on his face.

"hey, you guys!" came a growling voice from afar.

Annabeth swirled around, quickly followed by Percy and the rest.

Malfoy's face quickly presented itself. His slick hair were piled over his head. A set motion of ignorance in his jaw along with an ignorant way of speech.

"What?" Thalia asked.

"Shut up, mudblood, i wasn't taking to you," Malfoy sneered.

Nico had to take a few shocks to hold Thalia back.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Look, you hate Harry, I hate Harry..." Malfoy started but was quickly cut off by Annabeth, who said," we don't hate Harry."

"Yeah, you love him," Malfoy's tone was void of all emotion.

I snicked earning a slap from Annabeth who was glaring at both me and Malfoy. The only difference was that i was smirking while Malfoy was clearly intimidated

"Thanks for the offer but... I think we'll pass," Thalia said, her eyes glaring daggers at Malfoy. If looks could kill, Malfoy would be six feet under.

Annabeth spared a look at Thalia who instantly simmered down, her anger leaving her from just one look. Wow, Annabeth and Pine cone face where close!

"Shut up, you filthy idiot! Let me talk to the leader," Malfoy said.

"Really? You want to be slapped in the face again? I'd be happy to deliver. Go.To.Freakin.Hades. Malaka," (A.N: Just so you guys know, Malaka means asshole in Greek. Comes in handy when you need to insult someone.) I fumed.

Malfoy honestly looked taken aback. His expression showed that he was just another jerk who wasn't used to being declined.

"My f...father w...ill hear about t..this!" Malfoy stuttered, his faded hair flickering to his eyes.

"You father? Tell him that he raised one hell of an amazing son... not," Piper said but continued seconds after, "And please get the Hades out of our faces. We have far more important things to do."

Her words laced with charmspeak. Malfoy's expressions left his face, his mind falling into a trance.

"Thanks, beauty queen. Let's gets on with it then. To Dumbeatles we go!" I said, whipping around to face the others.

"It's Dumbledore, Percy!" Jason stated with a groan.

Confusion shot through me before i scratched my head and said," Right."

Annabeth led the group round a couple of turns, through a few pathways and into a wide hallway.

At the end of the hallway sat a large gargoyle, it's face slightly turned to support it's body's angle. It was carved of stone with color fading all over.

As we approached the statue, silence evaded our space.

"Password," echoed a voice through the surroundings, cutting through the silence like a knife.

"Password? What 'password'?" Leo replied.

The sound's source was found when it sounded again... it may have caused a few yelps though.

"A password is a word or phrase used for accessing a certain device or website and in this case, a staircase that leads to the headmaster's quarters," answered the statue.

"Gummy bears," came a sound from our right.

All of us turned around at the same time but it as Carter who was the first to react.

"You again? I thought we told you to get lost!" Carter exclaimed.

Harry smirked and turned to face Carter, "If it weren't for me then you'd still be stuck outside."

"Dude, you're really annoying, you know that?" Jason said, slightly annoyed.

Leo, on the other hand, was ecstatic for gods know what reason. He whipped around to face me.

"Now that he's here, do we get to kill him?" Leo asked, a pleading look plastered on his face.

"As much as i'd like to, no, we can't. Partly because we aren't allowed to randomly kill people and mostly because Annabeth would kill me if i let you kill Malfoy which will result in Chiron killing both Annabeth and you... yikes, how the Hades did I manage to get that out?" I said, surprise tainting my last sentence.

Our quarrel was brought to an end by the ear-splitting crunch of something quite heavy being moved. Turning around, we found that to be exactly what was happening.

The gargoyle had embedded itself into a ditch at the back leaving a clear passage way leading to a flight of stairs that rose up in a spiral mass of concrete, roughly tiled with milky-white tiles that shone in the dim light.

The walls lining the staircase were painted white as well, meaning that the only color at the moment was the huge, oak door that was hinged to it's side, a mental handle protruding from it's plain interior.

The door was tipping over the chasm of black with lines of light brown cascading down from the top border. An oval opening in the center of the door was covered with a metal sheet.

The high domed room was magnificent; a crystal chandelier hung from the top, illuminating all it's glory. The walls were enchanted to look like they were actually moving which was why Leo said what he had to say:

"Damned grandmother of Zeus! This is amazing!" Leo exclaimed, a awed look on his face. Harry, however, looked like it was all all normal for him, which it probably was.

"Come on," he said before moving towards the staircase, his jaw set.

Once he was out of ear-shot, Nico murmured to Jason and I, "I swear i'm gonna send a hell hound after him if he annoys me one more time..."

And then, putting his life on the line while not even knowing it, Harry hollered from the top of the staircase, his back to the door.

"Hurry up, you lot. I thought you were fast. Old ladies with cramps walk faster than you dopes."

"It's decided then. Hell hound, it is," Nico said with a sigh and knowing him, I knew that he was far from joking.

Thalia must have decided the same thing as she stormed up the stairs and raised her fist, about to strike. Sadly, Jason grabbed her wrist before she could do so and muttered something into her ear to which she grinned and, let me tell you, that was no Oh-i'm-so-happy grin, more off a i'll-murder-you-later grin. Shivering at the thought, I climbed the stairs, purposefully walking slowly.

Harry sighed and threw open the door revealing Dumbledore sitting behind his desk in a night gown.

Great, this'll be fun. We've got a son of Hades who wants to set loose a hell hound, a fierce daughter of Zeus who wants nothing more than you murder a certain egoistic maniac and a headmaster dressed in a night gown. Perfect.
