It was 7:30pm when the family doctor left the Choi's house. The doctor said that Yeonjun needs more rest, and drink the medicine she prescribed.

"Don't worry Kai, and Gyu. I'm fine." Yeonjun assured, looking at his younger siblings who is frowning. He knew that the two of them would blame themselves for what's happening.

"Bu—" Beomgyu's words were cut off when their door opened. Kai's heart started beating loud, Beomgyu gulped, and Yeonjun feeling pissed.

The three of them didn't move in their positions, instead, they waited for the man to find them.

Suddenly, Yeonjun's room door creaked, and it revealed none other than, Choi Sejeong.

"My, my. I didn't knew you.. survived..." Sejeong mocked, making Yeonjun irritated. Kai's fear expression changed into an angry one, he was pissed by his father's sudden words.

Beomgyu stayed the same, as much as he want to punch, or talk back, he'd rather be quiet, for now.

"Leave us alone." Yeonjun sternly voiced, his eyes darkens as he looks at Sejeong.

The man simply laughed, "what are you? My father?" He replied, walking towards the three.

"Stay away from us, monster!" Beomgyu shouts, his heart was beating loudly, his hands shaking. Sejeong raised one of his eyebrows, and snickered.

"You do know that I'm your father." Sejeong stated, looking at Beomgyu, no expression.

"Please leave, mother already gave us freedom. Leave us alone!" Kai yelled, pushing Sejeong with all force he has. Beomgyu, and Yeonjun watched with widened eyes.

The man was surprised as well.

"Leave us alone! How is it hard for you to understand it?" The young male added, his fists shaking due to the force in its clench. Sejeong looked at him with a horrific expression.

The man didn't speak any further, he quickly stood up, and left the mansion.

Of course, he couldn't do anything. All of his possessions were all passed to the siblings' since it's his, and his wife's agreement.

It was Friday night, the boy was excited for the family vacation.

"Excited much, Kai?" A lady questions, carrying Kai. The boy nodded enthusiastically, and smiled.

"I'm so excited mama! I don't think I will be able to sleep!" He exclaims, making his mother giggle.

"Well, you have to sleep, Kai. Sleep is very important." His father says, suddenly popping out behind his mother's back. The lady, and the boy laughed.

"Woah, this is a ship?!" The boy beamed, looking how enormous the transportation is. The lady nodded as a response; while her husband smiled.

As they were in board, the three of them played some games like Jenga, Monopoly, and an online game.

"It's so pretty here." Kai spoke, looking at the circular window. The lady, and her husband smiles at their kid's reaction.

Kai woke up when he heard loud screams, and sirens. He saw many people running around the ship, he don't know what's happening.

"Please stay calm! Stay calm!"
"Get your things, and please walk calmly to the exit."

The lady swiftly carried Kai into his arms, picking up some special documents, and special materials, in case things doesn't go as planned.

"Listen, papa, and me will send you somewhere alright? But don't panic, we will come for you, eventually." The lady assured, earning a quick nod from Kai.

The lady gave Kai a small backpack, all the special stuff, documents, and things placed in there.

"Mama, and papa loves you. Be happy, Kai."

Kai didn't knew what happened next, the last thing he saw was his mother putting him in a small boat, and pushing him away.

"Mama..? Papa..?"

Kai was sitting at the balcony again, this time, he is with Taehyun. The younger called him since he's been feeling so down lately.

"So, that's what happened?" Taehyun asks, caressing Kai's hair. The younger was resting his head at Taehyun's shoulder, eyes focused on Taehyun.

"Yes, after that, my foster mom adopted me. Without any effort, I witness the secrets inside the Choi mansion. The arrange marriages, contracts, and how Yeonjun-hyung, and Beomgyu-hyung are half siblings." Kai replied, earning a slight nod from Taehyun. What mother Choi said to him was right, Kai knew everything what happens inside the household.

"Hyunie, tomorrow, do you want to study together?" Kai suddenly asked, Taehyun was confused at first, nonetheless he nodded.

Taehyun placed kisses at the younger's head, making Kai giggle.

"Being lovey-dovey huh?" Beomgyu spoke, popping out of nowhere, causing Kai, and Taehyun to flinch in their positions.

"What about it?" Kai looked at him, rolling his eyes. Beomgyu just chuckled, and sat beside the lovers.

"You two are lucky. Yeonjun-hyung doesn't want to go out, he's crying." Beomgyu informed, which confused Taehyun.

"He misses Soobin-hyung." Kai stated, which made his lover confused even more.

Beomgyu chuckles, "you, and Kai reminds him of the two of them before." The elder shared, Taehyun replied an "ohh", and his mouth forming into a letter o.

"Why... aren't they together..?" Taehyun asks, curiously. Beomgyu, and Kai fell silence.

"Because it is what it is. Things happens." Yeonjun replies, causing the three of them to flinch.

"What the hell?!" Beomgyu scowled, making Yeonjun laugh.

The black hair sat beside Taehyun, looking at the sky.

"As much as I want him, desire him, love him, I can't do anything." Yeonjun stated, smiling bitterly. He do blame his mom for what happened, and a single sorry won't fix the whole thing.

Taehyun, Kai, and Beomgyu frowned. Yeonjun is a kind person to them, seeing him in this state makes them sad as well.

"You two should stay strong, alright?" Yeonjun smiled at them, earning a nod from Kai, and Taehyun.

"Ah, how about me, hyung?" Beomgyu jokingly frowned, making Yeonjun's expression turn into disgust.

The lovers laughed as Yeonjun, and Beomgyu started bickering again.
