Yes i have read Midnight sun. Smeyer wrote it out of Edwards point of view. During the whole book or six chapters we had to hear about;

1. Edward being frustrated over that he can't Bella's thoughts.

2. How different Bella is from the other girls at school (or all girls on the planet).

3. Edward wondering about what Bella is thinking. (constantly!)

4. Edward denying he is "in love (or lusting and obsess)" with Bella Swan.

5. Edward thinking about Bella.

6. Edward stalking Bella's "friends" minds. (stalker much)

7. Edward watching Bella sleep.

8. Edward read all the boys thoughts on Bella's first day in Forks high school. And EVERY SINGLE guy was thinking about Bella. Take for example page 1;

Half of the sheep-like males were already imagining themselves in love with her.
And half = All.

10. Hearing how pretty Bella is.

11. Hearing through Edwards thoughts how many guys there are interested in Bella.

12. Hearing how Bella doesn't act like a regular human, but the opposite.
