I laid on the sofa,  as Ellis offered to cook food for me. I say cook, she'd bought a bunch of sides to go along with our pizzas that were cooking. I mean I didn't entirely know if she could cook all that well,  but even so I wasn't prepared to risk my home burning down.

I could see the door to the newly painted nursery opened,  revealing the whites and pinks that were painted and coloured inside of it. Jin wanted to go all pink but I refused because I didn't want to get too sick of the colour so fast and I didn't want him to get put off by the colour too since it was his favourite.

"Garlic bread coming through" Ellis shouted as she brought a large plate with garlic bread on it with two side plates and placed them down on the coffee table in front of the TV.

I sat up to collect the food,  but it had become particularly hard recently with the size of my bump now. Yes I had 4 weeks left, but at 36 weeks you are still pretty damn big, me especially. You'd think I was having twins by my size, okay maybe I'm exaggerating, but still. I had to scoot as far forward as I could to pick the food up without having to bend over so much.

I would normally lay the plate onto my bump slightly, but last time I did that,  she decided it would be fun to do some sort of back flip and kick the plate off me. Now I'd seen my sister pregnant, so I had seen what it looks like when the baby kicks and punches and moves in general,  but seeing it all the time is strange. It feels even stranger.

"Are you sure you want to watch Disney again?" Ellis asked as she took control of the remote. I nodded as I shoved the food in my mouth.

"I refuse to watch Lion King with you again,  at least not until you have this baby because I can't cope with the crying any longer" she moaned and flipped through all the different Disney films I had recorded.

"Listen,  I cry at Lion King even when I'm not pregnant. You cry too anyway" I commented and took more food.

"Alright I'll give you that. Can we put on tangled?" she asked as she landed on the film. I nodded and sat back slightly.

"You know I'm still annoyed that I wasn't there for the proposal" she said as she looked at the ring on my finger. I looked down at the ring,  I still couldn't believe that I was engaged anyway,  nevermind how beautiful the ring was.

"I'm sure you've seen enough pictures and videos of it" I commented. Since all the boys were their, either hiding or being on the other side of the lake,  they had all managed to get enough pictures and videos between themselves to be able to see the proposal from all angles.

"That is true,  but I still wish I was there myself but I had the audition" she said,  she had auditioned for a new drama. Her first drama had premiered a few weeks ago,  she invited us all to the premiere. It was my first time out and about properly since revealing my pregnancy and proposal and I did it in style.

"Have you heard anything about the audition?" I asked her,  her face instantly lit up instantly and then fell again.

"Yes, I've got the part,  but it means I have to go away for a month" she said sadly to me. I looked at her confused,  I was happy for her to get the job.

"When?" I asked her.

"Next month" she said,  I nearly choked at she answered.

"Next month?" I asked and she nodded.

"So you aren't going to be around when I have the baby then?" I asked and placed the plate back onto the table as I looked at her.

"I don't think so,  I wish I could change it but I cant" she replied sadly. I wasn't mad at her at all.

"And here I was hoping you would be my birthing partner" I said sarcastically and nudged her slightly.

"Oh yes,  because that would be a great idea. Anyway,  I don't think I could handle you during childbirth and I don't think you could handle me" she laughed, I laughed too as I agreed. It's fair to say that we wouldn't be the most mature in these situations. I suddenly felt the baby kick hard.

"I think she agrees" I said and laughed as I looked down at the bump.

"Do you know what you are going to call her yet?" she asked and I nodded. Me and Jin had settled for a name,  but we weren't going to tell anyone until she is born.

"It's a secret" I said and tapped my nose. I suddenly felt an intense pain shoot through my insides and let out a large groan.

"What the hell was that" Ellis asked and grabbed ahold of my hand as she looked at me.

"I don't know but I don't think it was good" I said and looked over at Ellis,  I couldn't help but feel unbelievably scared.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

"Jin isn't answering,  Jungkook isn't answering,  Namjoon isn't answering. I don't care if they are about to perform they need to answer there fucking phones" Ellis was practically shouting,  I would say I was shocked by her swearing,  but I was in so much pain that I couldn't really think about that in this moment.

"I'm going to try J-hope and if he doesn't answer I don't care we are going to the hospital now" Ellis said as she crouch next to me as I laid my arms on the back of the sofa and let out another groan as another contraction hit me.

"Pick up! Pick up!" Ellis pleaded.

"J-hope! Listen to me get Jin right now,  no now!" Ellis shouted down the phone.

"Put it on loud speaker" I said as the contraction passed,  I began to breathe fast. I knew the contractions would start coming closer to each other.

"Hello? What's happening, you've called us all" I heard Jin say through the phone.

"Jin,  she's going into labour a month early! You need to get back as soon as possible" Ellis said as calmly as physically possible for her. She was panicking you could tell.

"What!" I heard Jin shout and the others all started panicking over the phone.

"Ivy! Ivy,  listen to me,  I'm coming back now,  I'll be there in an hour!" Jin shouted through the phone and hung up. I smiled through the pain slightly as I heard Jin.

I needed Jin now more than ever and he was an hour away, I don't know whether he had already performed or was about to. This was their last performance for a while since Jin wanted to be around for the month running up to the time,  but I guess that wasn't how things were going to work any more.

"Okay Ivy take my hand,  we need to get to my car" she said and grabbed my hand for support as we began to walk out of the apartment.

"Kim! Kim help me!" Ellis shouted to the lady who was on the desk at the bottom today.  I suddenly heard the foot steps of her run up the stairs as she saw me.

"Ivy,  what's wrong?" she asked and grabbed my other hand.

"childbirth that's what" I said and began to walk down the stairs. Ellis had a hold of my birthing bag or whatever it was,  I'd been told I had to have it packed two months in advance and I'm glad I did.

Once we managed to get out of the building of apartments,  we headed towards Ellis' car. I sat in the front of the car in the passengers seat. Ellis rushed around to the other side of the car and immediately started driving.

Another contraction came as I let out a loud and long groan,  I held onto the hook like thing over the car door for some sort of support. I could feel the tears forming in my eyes from the pain. If I was more prepared for this to happen I don't think I'd be affected so much,  but this wasn't meant to happen for another month.

"Lets play some music" Ellis suddenly said and 'Chewing gum' by NCT Dream came on full blast. I couldn't help but laugh as she suddenly turned it back off,  knowing that that wasn't the best idea.

I through my head back against the seat as the contraction passed,  I held onto my bump as I watched the roads.

"Lucky we live fairly close to the hospital right?" she joked lightly,  in an attempt to lighten the mood.

"True" I replied and let out a breathless laugh.

I noticed the hospital in the distance coming closer to us. I suddenly felt relieved as we closed the distance,  the only problem was that we had to find the maternity unit first and a parking space.

"Honestly I can't wait till I get my hands on that gas and air" I said as we pulled up into a parking space,  fairly close to the entrance to the ward.

"Neither can I,  I'm definitely recording you" Ellis said as we began to leave the car and walk towards the ward. Once we got inside we walked up to the desk I leant onto it as I felt another contraction come.

"What is her name?" the nurse at the desk asked as I continued to groan in pain.

"Ivy Andrews" Ellis said as I continued to be in pain, I felt someone's arm wrap around me slightly and lifted me up,  I looked over a noticed a nurse holding me slightly.

"Is her due date a month today?" the nurse asked.

"Yes" I said breathlessly.

I suddenly felt a sensation of warm wet liquid drop down my legs. Ellis suddenly let out a loud scream,  causing me to also scream.

"Don't scream,  you could put the mother into more distress than she already is in" the nurse said calmly to Ellis and rubbed my back.

"I'm sorry but that scared the life out of me" Ellis said with her hand on her chest. I burst out laughing at the look of us both, screaming and laughing at my waters breaking. Like I said before,  we were definitely not mature enough for this.

"Come on,  let's get you into a delivery room" I looked at Ellis with my eyes open as wide as possible. This didn't seem real,  it seemed too soon.

I held my hand out for Ellis to hold onto,  I didn't have Jin with me and Ellis was the next best thing right now. I was glad I had her here,  she knew how to make me laugh and I needed that at the moment.

I hobbled into the delivery room,  the nurse instantly handed me a hospital gown to put on. My clothes were already recked as it was, but this gown was awful. I walked into the little bathroom area of the room and got changed as fast as I could incase another contraction came on.

"Oh wow,  you look great" Ellis laughed as I walked out of the room and into the main one. She held her phone out and took a picture. I looked out her confused.

"Aren't you meant to get pictures for that book?" she asked and I nodded as I remember what she was talking about.

I suddenly heard my phone going off. I woddled over to my bag and took the phone out of it,  to see that Jin was facetiming me.

"Hello" I said as I answered the call.

"She's not here right?" Jin asked instantly,  his face was full of worry as he looked into the screen.

"No,  but she will be soon. How long are you going to be?" I asked and looked over to see the nurse setting up the equipment as I sat down onto the bed.

"Soon,  I'm sorry I'm not there. Do you know why she's coming so early?" he asked.

"I have no idea, I think it was Ellis' fault, but that's a whole other story" I laughed slightly, the nurse started hooking various equipments to me as I spoke,  Jin just looked confused. I saw the boys behind him in the car.

"I need to go,  I can feel another contraction coming" I said,  the nurse quickly ran over to the other side of the room to make sure I had gas and air.

"I'll be there soon I promise. I love you" he said and smiled before turning the facetime off. I smiled slightly as I place the phone back.

As the contraction started again,  I instantly started sucking the air from the device. The nurse told me to try and focus on breathing instead of the pain,  which I can tell you now was easier said then done. She started to examine me and I looked over to Ellis who looked horrified by the whole thing but held my hand in an attempt to comfort me.

"Turns out I am going to be your birthing partner after all" Ellis started laughing as I gripped her hand.

"I blame this on you,  if you hadn't of said you weren't going to be here this wouldn't have happened" I said and laughed through the pain.

"Hey,  I'm not the one that got you this situation in the first place" she commented and lifted her eyebrows as she looked at me. I just rolled my eyes and looked over to the monitor as I continued to breathe in the gas and air.

"Okay,  not to worry you, but she's ready to come. I need to leave and get more midwives,  just continue to use the gas and air" she said and left the room,  I looked at Ellis who looked at me,  both our eyes were wide.

She instantly got her phone out and started dialing a number. She waited for a few seconds before someone answered.

"Is everything alright?" I heard Jungkook ask as the phone was put onto loud speaker.

"No,  Jungkook its not alright, this baby is coming" I shouted into the phone,  and began taking the gas and air in incredibly fast.

"We are literally 10 minutes away" he said,  clearly trying to sound as calm as possible.

"Do you think I have 10 fucking minutes? As soon as I get another pissing contraction this baby is going to be here! Drive through red lights,  I'm sure you have the money to afford the fines" I screamed into the phone from the bed. I heard the sounds of the nurses running down the corridor. Swearing was definitely one of my pain coping mechanisms.

"Hurry up" Ellis said as the nurses entered the room and hung up the phone.

"Okay Ivy,  when you get your next contraction you need to push but listen to me during it. Keep taking the gas and air until then" she said and I nodded as she started setting everything up.

Ellis came and sat on the chair next to me. I threw my head back on the chair and continued to wait for the next contraction.

"Why do they have to be so far away" I whined as I looked at the time. I was counting down the minutes,  seconds even.

"They'll be here soon" she smiled and squeezed my hand slightly. Just as she said that I began to feel a contraction start again.

"Okay Ivy,  like I said,  when you get the contraction fully,  push" She said.

"I can't,  I need to wait for my fiancé to get here" I said and started to panic slightly as I looked at the door,  knowing that they weren't going to suddenly walk through the door.

"Unfortunately, you can't choose,  the baby chooses" she said and smiled sympathetically at me. I looked up at the clock again,  5 more minutes. I felt the contraction hit me suddenly.

"Push now" She said,  I pushed my chin down onto my chest and began to push. It's fair to say this was the most painful thing I have ever experienced.

"Okay,  breathe for a few seconds as the next contraction comes" she said and I breathed heavily on the gas and air.

Just as I felt the next contraction begin,  the door flew open as Jin ran inside and Ellis moved out of the way so that he could come to my side.

"It's okay,  I'm here now" he said,  sounding slightly out of breath as he came to my side I smiled up to him before the contraction kicked in.

"I can see the head" she said and I continued pushing. This was a lot harder than how it looked in films,  so much stopping and starting.

I stopped and waited for the next contraction, breathing as much as possible.

"Okay,  this is the big one. We need to get the shoulders out and then you are done" she said and tapped my knee. I took a deep breath and looked at Jin who was smiling brightly at me

"You are doing amazingly" He said and kissed me lightly on my head,  ready for the last push.

I noticed Taes head poke through the door,  he and the others were sat outside the room waiting. I rolled my eyes and leant my head back ready for the next contraction. This contraction was a lot bigger and much more painful than the others.

"You need to push,  massively now" she said,  I straight away began pushing, using up every bit of energy I had left in me. I had managed to not scream the whole way through this labour,  but now I couldn't help it.

"She's born" the nurse said and wrapped the baby up and cleaned her slightly, before handing her over to me.

She was so small,  so warm as she laid against me. I rubbed her back slightly, waiting for her to let out a small cry. I blew her head slightly as I rubbed her back. She had a lot of hair on her head,  I'm not surprised considering I had the same when I was born. As I rubbed her back,  she gradually came around and started to let out a cry. I began to cry as I watched her.

This little baby in my arms was mine,  ours. She was so little and so cute and she had managed to wriggle her way into my heart the past few months.

I looked up at Jin,  who's eyes were just on the small baby in my arms who had started falling into a sleep as I rubbed her back lightly. His eyes were full of water as he looked down at her in my arms.

"I love you" he said and smiled to me as he kissed my head lightly and stroked her cheek lightly.

"We should definitely call her Hazel" I commented as I looked at her brown hair and her cute scrunched up face. Jin beamed at me and nodded.

I was so distracted by the moment I was having with Jin to notice anything else going on with me. I looked down to the nurses who's faces looked concerned. I looked confusingly at them,  as did Jin. I began to feel drowsy.

I noticed a nurse coming over to me and picked Hazel up from me. I would have began to fight to have her back,  but I couldn't move. I felt so weak as I looked down to the nurse again,  I noticed all the blood around me and looked back up at Jin. His eyes were wide as he looked at what was happening around me.

"Get a doctor now" one of the midwives said and another instantly ran out of the room.

"What's happening?" Jin asked,  starting to panic slightly.

I could feel myself drifting in and out of consciousness as I tried to pay attention to what was happening. There was so much blood.
