"Jasper do you really have to go?" I stood in his room crying while he packed his things.
"I'm sorry Hun, I have to, for you and your sister." I sighed and plopped on the bed.
"Can I come?"
"No, Renesmee needs you here. Okay?" He kneeled in front of me. "Alice and I hid some gifts. Look in mine and Alice's closet, there are three things in there. Two for you and one for Renesmee." He hugged me. More tears fell on my cheeks.
"I love you Jasper."
"I love you too Evangeline." He kissed the top of my head. "If you end up being 18 if we get back you'll always be my little girl." We walked outside hand in hand with his and Alice's suitcases in his other hand. I ran up to Alice and she hugged me.
"Can you forgive us, Eva?"
"Of course I️ can Mom. You're doing this to save Nessie and I️. You're putting your life in danger because of me, can you forgive me?"
"Without you, Jasper and I️ wouldn't be happy, beautiful." She caressed my cheek. "Now don't let anyone know we're gone okay?" She kissed my forehead and then Jasper did.
"I'll miss you both." Tears fell down my cheek.
"I️ love you both. Goodbye."
"Goodbye sweetie."
"Okay." I️ frowned as they got into their car. Everyone is out hunting but us. "I️ love you guys... Will you be back?"
"We love you too." They said at the same time with weary eyes. They slammed the door before I️ could repeat my question. They pulled out of the drive way and left before everyone else got home. I️ walked back up to mine and Nessies old room we used to share before Jasper, Alice and myself moved out.
I️ took advantage of the last few minutes of peace and quiet until the rest of the Cullen's found out to cry myself to sleep.
"THEY LEFT US!!" Someone came threw my door. It startled me to my feet.
"It's your fault." Bella slapped me with such force I went threw the wall I tumbled down the stairs.
"I'm sick and tired of this." I️ screamed getting onto my feet.
"Oh what? Aren't you supposed to be some high and mighty mix, stronger than all of us? You seem pathetic to me." She spit.
"We both know that if I️ wanted to kill you I️ would have done it by now." I️ growled. "I️ don't fight back because Rensesmee actually loves you. Take that as a blessing."
She pushed me and I went face first into the ground blacking out.

{Alice's point of view}

"We should have taken her with us." He punched his leg.
"We couldn't Jasper. She's safer there." I️ knitted my brows in confusion as a new vision appears.
It was Evangeline talking to black walls. Crows were screaming in the background and she looked nervous.
"It seems like important events only come to me seconds before it actually happens. These visions never come in clear either. It seems like everything is in a riddle." I sigh softly.
"She's different, were lucky we can see her to an extent since we can't see Nessie at all." He sighed and wrapped his arm around me.

{Evangeline's point of view}

I woke up laying right were I was. No one bothered to move me. I saw something new in my brain. Switches. They all had different colors, but no indication of what they did. I️ decided to try and flick one. I️ picked the baby blue switch that is cracked. Within moments I️ could hear Edward panicking from the other room.
"I️ cannot read anyone's thoughts anymore!" He sighed. I️ could hear his feet pacing the room as Carlisle told him to calm down.
I don't have as much as a problem with Edward as I️ do Bella. I️ casually walked into the living room where everyone but Nessie, Bella, and Rosalie were.
"That was me, my apologies." I️ switched the baby blue back on and his face was written with confusion.
"You did that?" He asked.
"Yes, I️ believe I️ just gained that power."
"How did you do that?" He took a step closer to me.
"There's little switches in my head and I️ flicked the cracked baby blue one and that's when your power disappeared.
"Fascinating." Carlisle said touching my forehead.
I️ smiled awkwardly and proceeded upstairs to my room. The house has a new sense of emptiness to it. Usually, when Alice and Jasper were here, there was just the emptiness of a broken home and family, now the emptiness has doubled into complete silence. Alice's laughter isn't bouncing off the walls, you can't hear Jasper and Emmett wrestling outside, no more girl talks with Alice, Rosalie, and Esme. Over the course of the 6 months I've grown I've actually bonded with everyone. They finally got over Bella's manipulation. I️ still hold them at a distance, but there's no need to shut them out if I️ don't have to. I️ am going to be living with them for all of eternity. I️ miss Jazzy and Ali, they were my parents and they meant everything to me.
As my mind replays memories of us three the flame in my throat flares. Thirst consumes me and I️ need to get it under control.
I jumped out my window without a second thought. I darted into the woods. I found my prey, two full grown mountain lions. I wrestled with my prey and snapped both of their necks before drinking them dry. One black cloak appeared in front of me.
"Ah hello Miss Evangeline." I snapped my head up to see... Aro?
"Hello Aro." I bowed in front of them.
"No need to be formal." Aro chuckled.
"What are you doing here?" He smiled.
"We were wondering if you would like to join us." I considered my options: leaving this pathetic excuse of a house and join a place that will accept me, or being damned here since Alice and Jasper left me behind. In the heat of the moment it seemed rational to join, I️ wouldn't be a burden to anyone any longer.
"I'll join you." His face lit up.
"How amazing." He clapped, "I️ am certain you will love Italy." He grinned a smile similar to the grinch when he was about to do something devious.
"Wait can I grab something from the house, I hold it near and dear to my heart."
"Of course. I will be right here for when you return." I nodded and bolted back to the house. I swiftly jumped into my room using the window. I grabbed my backpack, I grabbed all the money I had and put it on my bed. I tip toed my way into Alice and Jasper's room. I went and grabbed mine and Rensesmees gifts. I went and set mine on my bed and I walked into Rensesmees room. I looked inside her gift. Inside was green tights, a green shirt, a black pea coat, and a purple scarf. I hid it in out special hiding spot and sat down and started writing a note.

Dear Rensesmee,

I'm leaving. I can't say why, but I just am. Please take care of your self for me. Please. Alice and Jasper left you a gift and told me to give it to you, so I hid it in our special place. I love you with all my heart,

I tiptoed my way back into my room, I heard people talking downstairs. I hurried and packed my things. I put in my money, gifts from Alice and Jasper (which I have not looked at) and my sketchbook. I grabbed the locket Alice and Jasper gave me. It intertwined it with my fingers. I opened the little locket and a picture of Alice and Jasper are inside. It says "We will love you, forever and always." I miss them. I grabbed the charm bracket that Rensmee have me. She has the other identical one. Mine has a angel charm, a heart charm, a panda charm, and a Locket with a picture of Rensesmee in it and it reads "sisters forever". She has all of the same except the picture. It's a picture of me. I put on the jewelry, someone's coming upstairs. The thumps getting closer. I grabbed my backpack and jumped out the window as someone came into my room. I darted as fast as I could into the woods where I found Aro.
"I'm ready." He nodded and we went back to Italy.

We walked inside and this place is huge. I was greeted by a lot of people.
"Miss Evangeline, this is Caius and Marcus." I bowed in front of the leaders.
"I like you already." Caius chuckled. Everyone have me a shocked look.

She made Caius laugh.

Someone's mind read.
"Hello I'm Jane." A pale blonde haired girl with bright ruby eyes spoke to me. "And this is Felix, Demtiri, Alec, Hidi, and Rebecca." She gestured to all of the people.
"Hello." I picked up my hand and waved.
"Aro, may I take her shopping?" Hidi was nearly bouncing off the walls.
"Wait, we must see her powers." Aro turned to me. "Do you have any powers?"
"Well I️ did obtain the ability to read minds and I️ am a mental shield." I️ didn't want to tell them the rest.
"Why were you so happy to leave the Cullen's?" I flinched at Caius question.
"Maybe we should wait for that answer. Hidi and Jane, you may take her shopping." Aro smiled at me. I let out a sigh of relief. Hidi and Jane each grabbed one of my hands and walked me out to the lobby. Today is cloudy so they don't need their cloaks. We walked out to a black Mercedes.
"You've finally given us a reason to go shopping." Hidi and Jane giggled.
"So the colors you can get are red, black, white and grey. Volutiri rules." Jane growled.
"Okay." I️ said weary. We took off, going from 0MPH to 90MPH in meerly 5 seconds. It was such a rush and I️ loved it.
We walked into a store and it instantly reminded me of Alice. All of this was her fashion. The scarfs, to the leather jackets, to even the makeup. It all screamed Alice, and so did my heart. Reading their thoughts I️ knew I️ had to pick something out, or they would throw a fit.
In the back of my mind I️ had a cherished feeling that Alice and Jasper didn't leave me behind. That Alice saw the future and saw me join the Volturi in the spur of the moment and will rescue me at any moment. I️ still love her, and I️ forgive her and Jasper. I know what they're doing must be hard for them, and I️ can't blame them for leaving. Even though they didn't tell me why and they both hid their thoughts well, I️ still forgave them. They still mean everything to me.
So I️ decided to dress like my mom. Maybe dressing like her will give me the confidence to be a hard head badass when needed.
I️ settled on the pure "Alice" look a pair of plain, stylish jeans, comfy, yet snazzy looking top with a leather jacket and a scarf. I️ also chose an outfit inspired by Jasper. A grey sweater with some pants, I️ went for skinny jeans and a hard glare. If looks could kill this world would be in flames by him.
After a couple more outfits, they finally shoplifted it without being noticed. I️ felt awful, I️ was raised by Alice and Jasper, and I️ do have a conscious.
Back into the car we went and she floored it to the castle.

"This is your room." Jane said, gesturing through a bland stone door. She walked away as I️ stepped inside.
Inside was a dull place. Everything was monochromatic besides the bed. That one had red on it. I️ pondered why there was a bed in here as I️ grew to seventeen in the silence. Every single one of them believed I️ was a full vampire and I️ wanted to keep it that way. Then the thought popped in my head and my face turned to disgust. I'm defiantly not sleeping anytime soon. There was no music players, or any electronics for that matter. Just a bed, snowy white vanity, and black chair. The basic needs I️ guess.
"Evangeline?" It was Jane. I️ the door. "Dinner time." She said with a grin.
"Umm... Okay?" I reply nervously.
"Don't worry! It's human blood." I felt a rush of fear consume me. I've never had a drop of human blood besides in the womb. I️ don't want to hurt someone.
"Where is it?"
"In the main room, in front of the Fathers." I shuddered and walked to the main hall with Jane. "Drink up." Jane said with absolutely no emotion.
She dived in and I️ hesitated. I️ couldn't stand taking a life. That's the one thing Carlisle taught me...

Every life is cherished in one way or another. You may be taking away someone's mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, lover, or friend.

"Hurry Evangeline or you will not get any." I️ heard Felix roar as he decapitated a little six year old girl.
I️ couldn't take it, these people... they're monsters. This was a mistake! I️ shouldn't be here. I️ should be at home, at least the monsters back there are only hurting me.
"Young Child?" Aro appeared before me.
"Drink." He said darkly.
"Can I️ not stick to my animal diet?" I️ asked politely.
"No. You are a guard now. This was your choice. This is the life you chose." He growled.
"Now go in there and eat or I️ will shove them in your mouth for you." He said darkly. I️ shook my head quickly and took a step in. Everything was so chaotic. People were running everywhere, some were even bumping into me.
A lady, no older than 70 but no younger than 50 grabbed my arm with pleading eyes.
"We have to get you out of here, you're too young." She said pulling me away. I️ just let her. She led me from the fight, but not far. Jane put her witch eyes on her and she dropped in pain.
"If you're not going to eat them alive, I'll kill her for you and you can eat her when she's dead."
"No stop." I️ shot back and focused the mental shield on her. Humans are so weak and fragile. They don't deserve this. No one does. And I'm not going to be that monster who doesn't care.
"Enough!" Aros' voice boomed over the place. The lady was laying on the floor knocked out cold and everyone else was dead.
"Eat her young Evangeline."
"No. I️ can't. I'm not a monster I️ only eat animals. I️ help humans I️ don't hurt them."
"You are so much like Carlisle. Naive and sensitive."
"Aro, I️ have more powers than you know. If I️... drink her can I️ heal her, get rid of her memories and let her go? Please. That's the only way I'll do it."
His brow lifted in curiosity.
"Fine." He sighed and allowed it. I️ took a hesitant breath and stuck my teeth into the back of her neck. Human blood was the best thing I've ever tasted. It was so warm, liquidy and tasteful. He just flowed between my teeth like it was meant to be there. She was my favorite flavor, vanilla.
I️ heard Jaspers voice in my ear.
"Stop Darlin'."
My head perked up as I️ let her go. I️ looked down and notice all of the damage I've done. She's so old and fragile. I️ sighed and wiped my hand across my bite mark.
"You do realize that her venom will spread, correct?" Heidi said to Jane, but I️ ignored it. An innocent life I️ almost just took. I️ quickly licked over the open wound causing it to close up. 
"May I️ deliver her? So I️ know she makes it out safe." I️ stood up and over her.
"You already removed her memories?"
"I️ need sunshine to do it, something to replace this one."
"Jane take her out." Aro waved his hand frustrated.
I️ picked up the old woman and followed Jane out.
"You do know you won't be able to play this game forever, right?" She smirked.
"I️ plan on staying as human as possible forever." I️ looked straight ahead.

We finally made it outside behind the castle. I️ laid the woman in the grass and placed her head on my lap. I️ close my eyes and place my hand on her forehead. I️ close my eyes and listen to the memories she had. With a smile I️ ran through her life and picked out a decent memory filled with panic, but good panic. Like her favorite store having a sale. With that I️ gave her a memory up until this exact moment and lay her head to rest until she awakens.
"She is taken care of." I️ sighed and began to walk back.
Jane put a hand in front of me to drop me.
"Look." She grinned darkly as she handed me a mirror.
"What's this for?" I asked, taking it from her.
"Your eyes." She stated. I gaze into it to find strawberry red eyes staring back.
"It took Bella forever to get golden and I just get red instantly. Wow." I️ looked at myself. I️ don't know this new person, she isn't the Evangeline I️ know. Although she did save someone, she couldn't save the others.
