I grumbled as Pearl picked me up by the waist and walked up stairs. "There might be" Rose said worriedly as Pearl set me down in the middle of a fighting arena. Rose and Garnet took a seat on the cracked stairs and Pearl looked at me. "If there is a war, who do you wanna fight for?" Pearl asked. "I wanna fight for the Earth and the Crystal Gems" I smiled, knowing this is what Pearl wanted to hear. "Is there a specific person?" Pearl asked. "You?" I asked truthfully as Pearl blushed. "Okay, So you wanna fight for me. Now let our training begin!" Pearl smiled as she gave me a sword. "Alright, everything begins with your stance, remember" Pearl said, holding my shoulder and holding the sword with me.

"Pearl, you don't sleep. What are you-" Pearl pulled me down next to her on the bed. "Like old times" Pearl cuddled me. "You shouldn't have" I blushed, hugging her back. "You did a great job in lessons today" Pearl said. "Thanks, you're a great teacher" i smiled as Pearl blushed. There was an awkward pause as we looked at the stars. "I love you Y/n" Pearl whispered.
