I blinked open my eyes and I was instantly hit with a cloud of catmint, stronger than any fox I've come across in ThunderClan's boundaries. Standing up, I left the empty den that I assumed was for warriors. Where am I?

The dream of StarClan and the six cats - whom I couldn't remember - was fading fast and confusion took over as I looked at my surroundings. Cats laid in the sun, sprawled out with no more then a tail twitch. A brown tabby tom sat with a grey tom with a piece of bark at their paws.

My gut told me to act normal, but everything I knew to be normal was gone. So I decided to hang back and watch the Clan to see what was normal and who was who.

A white tom with matted fur suddenly stood up from where he laid and headed toward a rock that my brain recognized as the medicine den. He looked distraught and paranoid and I decided to follow him.

The smell of catmint everywhere made me feel a bit calmer, but nothing strong. "Are you sure, Cocainfur? You know Weedsmoke thinks it's best you stop for a while. You almost overdosed a few times," a tom asked as I climbed into the opening. Cocainfur? Weedsmoke? What odd names... I pictured the brown tabby tom and realized that he was Weedsmoke.

"Ah! Spiderdance," the grey tom gasped with enthusiasm as he found out I was there. He padded closer and mumbled, "Help me out here... He is going to overdose if he does too much more."

I gave the medicine cat a glare and narrowed my eyes at the wide-eyed tom. "Er... What the medicine cat says, goes." I murmured. Cocainfur's pelt spiked up and his lip curled. "I want what I want! I won't overdose, just give me some Smokethroat, for DeadClan's sake!" He yowled.

Smokethroat's ears laid back and he sat down. I swallowed, unsure what I was to do. Sighing in defeat, the medicine cat dug through his herbs on the lowest shelf and pulled out a leaf with a pile of white powder on top. Taking one claw, he carefully pushed some of it onto another empty Ivy Leaf.

"Don't come to me for anymore cocain! That's it for the next half-moon!" Smokethroat called after the tom as he scurried out with the bundled Ivy Leaf.

Smokethroat turned back to his herbs and sorted mushrooms and other powders and torn up catmint. "Now, did you come for some herbs or to learn something?" Pressured, I agreed to taking the herbs. Am I his apprentice? I think I am... But what if I'm not? I had thought.

"What herb? We're running low on cocain and meth... We'll have to go get some from Fairy soon before the Clan goes into a riot. Plenty of catmint, shrooms, and crack, though." Smokethroat purred. What in StarClan's name are these herbs?! This has to be a nightmare... I hoped it was a nightmare, but everything seemed to become more dreamlike and weird as I accepted a shroom.

"It didn't go so well last time when I gave you a lot, so here's a small piece." Smokethroat pushed an oddly shaped mushroom, one that was dehydrated, tall, and nonetheless scary looking and not small at all. "You can eat it like that or with prey, whatever works for you." Smokethroat finished. I knew that was the end of the discussion and with a short sigh, I left the den with the shroom.

"Spiderdance!" Someone called from behind me and I shot a curious glance toward the sound. A black tom padded toward me, his eyes half closed and his tail twitching high in the air. "How you doin', brother? Oh, I see you're trying shrooms yet again? Good luck." The tom purred.

I recognized him as Twitchtail. I didn't know how, but I was starting to realize who these cats were. They had the weirdest names, some I didn't understand.

I dipped my head to my brother and sat down at the edge of the clearing. Weedsmoke and the light grey tom padded toward me. "Catmint will make the effect so much better. Smokethroat added Thyme too so you won't freak out as much." The glossy eyed brown tabby tom pushed forward bark with some strong smelling Catmint in the center.

"Mydealercutmeoffstar and I are going out of camp to search for more Catmint, never know when we'll go low!" Weedsmoke purred. I dipped my head to him then I licked up the Catmint and started on the shroom.

Nothing happened for heartbeats, until I noticed a cat was flying. I shook my head and watched Stonedfall float around the camp. I found myself purring and leaning forward just as I began to fall. I caught myself before I fell flat on my face and looked up just as Shroomkit began to prance around, Whitepowder watching with a warm yet stressed look.

The queen grew into a huge white, fowl dragon and tore apart Shroomkit. I gasped and scurried backwards on my butt. Blazeleaf and Fuzzypaw turned to me from what they were doing and started to purr.

I swear I had seen a hawk take Fuzzypaw away, but as I watched the hawk fly away with the apprentice, I noticed Fuzzypaw was still there by Blazeleaf.

I didn't know how I knew these cats, it was like I was given the information... But how?

Someone tapped me on the shoulder with their tail and I jumped three tail lengths in the air. The ground came to quick and I yelped as I fell on my face.

Twitchtail burst out in loud purrs and helped me up. "Oh my-" His voice faded and all I could hear were my thoughts. His mouth continued to move, but I heard nothing but questions from myself.

"If there are watermelons... Why aren't there earthmelons and firemelons and airmelons...?" I muttered aloud. Twitchtail straightened me up because I started to lean forward.

Twitchtail beckoned Smokethroat over with a smile on his face. Pothead joined in and so did Cloudbubble.

I narrowed my eyes at everyone as their pelts danced with rainbows and colors and mice. I even saw a mouse crawl out of Cloudbubbles' old ears!

"Elemelons..." I breathed, looking past everyone with wide eyes. "What-" "Elemelons."
