I laughed, accusing Indigo of sneak attacking me just to win the Turf Wars we had been playing earlier".

"So what?! You deserved it after K.O.-ing me in the last round, sore-loser" he chuckles smugly, playfully punching me in the shoulder".

"Pfft, whatever, I still got you, and you can't deny that it was funny when you screamed like a girl after seeing me jump out of nowhere to splat you" I smirk, laughing at Indigo jokingly".

"Oh shut your stupid face! Blue" Indigo says, rolling his eyes sarcastically at me".

"Come on you two! Don't beat each other up over this, it's only a game after all" Purple-Green says, joking around with me and Indigo".

"Yeah, we know PG, we're just kidding around, but I still think Indigo screaming like a girl was absolutely hilarious" I laugh jokingly well looking over at Indigo".

"Lol, let's go find Purple and LB, then we can go check out what's going down for splatfest this month," Purple-Green smiles at both of us before skipping away".

"We should go after her before we get left behind like the last time" I smile, suggesting Purple-Green's idea once again".

"Alright! Plus I'm actually interested to see what this month's splatfest turf war theme is" Indigo says in curiosity and interest before running after Purple-Green with me following close behind him".

"The three of them get to Inkopolis square, just as preparations for this months splatfest were about to begin, everything looked completely different to how it used to look before, but they didn't see a single thing wrong with that since it was all part of the splatfest decorations for it. Plus this was gonna be the first splatfest they get to celebrate with their entire group, though they planned to meet up later at night and go hang out in Inkopolis city square for a few hours and watch the splatfest themed turf wars on the big screen at the center of the city square".

"Wow! Look at this place all decorated for this months splatfest, I swear they go literally all out every month" I laugh, smiling over at Purple-Green who was mesmerized by the site of the city square all decorated with flashing lights, glowing banners, fireworks, balloons, laser lights, and literally every other type of decoration you could find here during a splatfest".

"Wait a minute, isn't this PG's first splatfest as well?" Indigo asked in slight confusion, walking over and standing next to me well looking at PG who was still looking at all the decorations with a giddy smile on her face".

"Yeah! Actually, I think it is, she's never been to a splatfest yet, not that I remember Purple-Green ever coming along with the group and us to any previous ones before either, she'd always stay in her house all night during splatfests, but she's in for a treat since we convinced her to come with us this time" I smile proudly".

"You can say that again! Dude, plus once she sees everything there is to see during a splatfest she'll wanna go to every single one from now on" Indigo chuckles".

"Maybe, though that's even better for all of us because that way we can all be together during splatfests every month" I smile, looking at Indigo in the corner of my eye".

"Definitely," Indigo says, smiling back at me in agreement".
