I sighed in relief as I got out of my Calculus class with Taylor. I guess I did a pretty good thing since Ms. smiled and nodded at me approvingly after I passed her my answer sheet and it made me smile at myself not just physically but also mentally.

I saw Iris not far away waving and walking towards our direction and I remembered to thanked her after her helped the other day. I guess she's copping up by her brother's death a but bit it was still a start. Her brother Eric's funeral was due next next week and I got an invite and I'm not planning on missing it and to be with Iris and her family and I known it's still hard for them.

I smiled at her and immediately thanked her over and over again. She smiled at me warily and it saddened me to see her like this. I hugged and it caught her off guard but later hugged me back as she cried into my sleeves. I didn't care if my sleeves would get wet at the moment and comforted her and ignored those stares.

I was laying on my stomach as I chatted with my best friend Avery telling me she had a surprised for me and I was obviously excited about it. And why not, her surprises are really surprising not the predictable ones. Troy snuggle beside me and was asleep after a while.

I said goodbye to her after an hour of talking and chitchating about there and here, then and now, pretty casual about us. It just made me miss my hometown more.

I walked out of my room looking at the sleeping Troy one last time and towards the kitchen since I'm feeling thirsty for good olé orange juice. I remembered myself favoring lemonade when I was a kid but I guess people change.

I grab a glass from the cabinet and the bottle of orange juice pouring it to my glass but I felt a presence behind me. I panicked and slowly turned around to be meet with those red lips on mine.

She kissed me feveroushly as she grope my boobs with one hand and the other on the back on my neck. Everything was going so fast and I was out of breath from the kiss but thankfully she leaned back and stopped the feverous kissed.

"Oh how I misses your lips Lorelei", she breathe in front of my face. Her hot breath fanning my face. She looked a bit flustered and by now I can't imagine being worse that her.

" W-what are you doing here?",I asked stuttering a bit but managed my pace. She had her signature sadistic smile on her face as she eyed me up and down.

"I just want to visit you my dear",she stated as she walked towards the stool and sat crossing her left leg over to the right.

" How did you even get inside here?",I asked again furrowing my brows. I was very certain dad was still at work so no one  could open it for her and well I locked the door.

She grinned as she fanned the key over her face. I was certain there are only two keys given to us, one for my dad and one for me.

"Duplicate. The guy in the lobby was so easy to tease and looked what I've got here", she said proudly while drinking a glass of orange juice. I cringed when I've noticed it was my orange juice. I didn't even remember her grasping it away from my hold a minute ago. I sighed and grab another glass and poured myself some orange juice and drunk it all. What, I'm thirsty for this.

" You still like it huh",she stated smirking which I decided to ignore.

" So what do you want in this hour? ",I asked her afterwards leaning against the kitchen counter facing her. What make's me confused was we were not even the good of friends. She's the academy's chairman for God sake and I'm just one of the academy's students. She laugh at my confused face and I let her until she calmed a few while.

"I want you to be my pretend girlfriend", she stated now seriously looking at my way while it caught me of guard and almost lost my balance on the counter.

This must be a joke. I observed her for a while and all I can see was her hazel brown eyes full of sincerity and seriousness.

" W-why?",I asked after staying silent for a whole good minute. What does she mean by that.

"For two reasons"

"Why am I gonna wear this again?", I asked while pointing at the nearly filed designer white sleeve and a navy blue pencil skirt. She glance at me sideways with a wide smirk on her face.

" You're gonna be my secretary for now and since I want my girlfriend to be my secretary too and besides you looked very sexy on that outfit dear",she said winking at my direction before looking away to write something on her desk.

I sighed at how pathetic her other reason is and walked towards the bathroom attached to her office here in the academy and its a Monday. I remembered her calling me at 7 that there's no class this whole week for her operation to get the love of her life back and yes its the other and main reason of this whole charade.

I didn't believed her and readied myself for school when Jane knocked into my door earlier confused at my attire saying if I didn't get the email the school sends to all the students.

I was disbelief at first but then nodded at her and changed myself some comfortable outfit but later Addison came into our apartment, again barging in with the duplicate key in her hand and dragging me out to drive me here in the academy and to her office and gave me this secretary outfit.

It was all very absurd especially she got the whole week no school since she's the academy's chairman and she got power. And to think she got the teacher's and the students parents to agreed with it all with her manipulative words.

I got out afterwards and sat in one of the sofa, now noticing Addison was nowhere in sight before I let out a disbelief sighed to myself. I heard the door opened next to where I changed a minute ago and let out a now dressed in navy blue tight suit paired with navy blue six inches heels with her hair let loose. She even put an effort in putting some make-up.

Her sadistic smile grow when she noticed me staring at her for long.

"I feel the same dear so don't worry", she tease as she walked towards me grabbing my wrist and leading me out of the room. I sighed at her teasing and followed afterwards when she let my wrist alone.

" What's her name by the way?",I asked curious at the love of her life which she honestly told me last Friday that she had broke the poor girls heart. She indeed mostly explained everything but not the whole which included the girls name.

"Its Candace", she answered almost a whisper, her voice soft and delicate in calling her past lover which she is confident that she'll get back for a mere week.

" I see",I nodded my head at that and stayed quite the whole ride to one of the Prescott's company she had managed for the past year. I was amazed at how the building was and I noticed by the style and the machines that it was an IT building.

We were greeted by staffs and got into the elevator. She pressed the button at the top. There's no other passengers beside us and the while ride there was full of silence and the radio was just the sound. I noticed how distant she looked though.

As we got out of the elevator, we were greeted by a big desk and metal cabinets and I'm guessing its where I'm gonna sit for maybe a whole week. A luxurious double brown doors greeted us at the far corner and I already have a hunch that its where her office lies.

She opened it and was faced by her big and spacious office room facing us was her big desk and a leather swivel chair with the opened window on the back. I can clearly see the smiling model guy on the billboard, clearly wearing designers clothes on the other building across.

I stayed quite when a question popped into my head and didn't waste another second to asked her.

"Where's the real secretary by the way?"

"I fired her", she said easily like it was no bother.

" Oh"

"Okay Lorelei. I have a plan on my head and I want to hear your opinion about this", she exclaimed excitedly which I just nodded. Okay let this whole operation begin.

We wasted a whole day in planning and I swear this whole operation nightingale would be a success since here I was now at the building across Addison's IT company where a billboard of a model was smiling.

" Are you new Ms.?",some girl asked me as she looked at me up and down. I was confused at first but then realization strike me and I shake my head at her politely.

"Such a shame though, I can see great potential in you", she added but I just forced a smile at her and excuse myself and sighed afterwards.

I didn't know that her ex girlfriend own this known and famous modeling company which is just across hers. And I can't believed I was surrounded with super models and they are all very good looking.

I followed Addison at one of the rooms. She sat at one of the seats in this glamorous meeting table on the top floor. I didn't really know what to do and I started to feel the unspoken tension between the two.

Candace Johnson sported a vibe of all beautiful, talented and smart but I didn't know she could be one of those person who hates so much it was very clear even for me to see.

I tried to get out of the room but Addison stopped me and ignored my reason to give them some personal privacy and well here I am standing beside her as we face her ex across us with this long hard table.

They eyed each other for a quite a while now. Candace was giving Addison the most deadliest dirty stare I could even imagine and I guess Addison was used to this because she looked calm and afterwards cleared her throat.

" I'm sponsoring for today's runaway so you can't forfeit my share"

"Yes I can and you don't have the power over it", Candace sneered at her and I can sense there's a double meaning to her sentence and Addison grimace at that.

" But you don't have any other choice and besides if you forfeit now you'll lose huge amount of money ",Addison argued and it made a small reaction from Candace and thought about it for a moment. She must've been so blinded by her hate for her past lover for breaking her heart that she didn't thought about the consequences.

Addison grab my hand swiftly beside me and I looked at her confused but her gazed still on Candace and squeezed my hand.

Candace masked was cracking by now as she sighed and nodded her head, agreeing at Addison. Addison squeezes my hand again and I saw a wide smile on her face. Step 1 complete.

They shakes hand and Candace was hesitant at first but eventually shakes Addison's and got out of the room first before looking at me. I can sense Step 2 already.
