They need to understand that you have to measure people and they're using the wrong stick to measure everybody. If they understood how to use their stick better. Which is really just filling a tank with gasoline every time it runs out of gas. Nothing gets better It just actually starts to not run as good on as much gas. They have to find reasons to build into upgrade their system. Which they can't do under normal circumstances because unless they are striving for the top and stepping on everybody on the way up they feel like they're being cheated. They have to understand that they're only cheating themselves.

Because, they're in the fight, the wrong way. If you cease to understand why you hurt then you ceased to understand how you have to change.

And they change by avoidance.

Instead of changing to someone that will stay consistent as they expect us to be and not even. But even greater because we know why.
