It was Alice's 5th year into Hogwarts and she was 20 years old!! she was finally out of the teen stage, she was quite happy about that, Severus decided to surprise her for her birthday.. he set up a picnic at the Black Lake, where they had their first ever date.. he was excited cause he was going to propose to her.. he knew he wanted to be with her the rest of his life.. he was looking very nice, which is very unusual, because he never usually looks nice, unless it's very special occasion.. he left a note and a very nice dress by Alice, so when she wakes up she can slip it on and meet him down at the Black Lake...

—- an hour later Alice finally wakes up ——

Alice wakes up and noticed that she's finally 20 years old. She got excited but then realize Severus wasn't there... she got a bit sad that she noticed a note in a dress beside her.. the note said " meet me at the Black Lake.. I have a surprise for you — Severus" she smiled, knowing that she knew he never forgot her birthday. She quickly changed into the dress and fixing her hair and putting on light make up.. she then made her way down to the black lake. She saw him wearing a very nice suit, as he was sitting on a blanket with her favorite foods surrounded beside him.. she smiled at him and ran over quickly, he stood up and picked her up and spun her around, pulling her into his arms.. " happy birthday my love.." he said smiling, looking a little flushed.. she asked him what was wrong because he looked a little red.. he responded with " I'm fine my love.. why do you ask?" she looked at him and smiled. Then she replied with. " you just look red..." she giggled out a bit... she noticed that Severus was looking her deep into her eyes before he got on one knee.. he pulled out the ring box, and then said "Alice Evans Potter.. the first moment I laid eyes on you.. I knew you opened my eyes to love again.. and the first time we kissed I felt fireworks... and every time we kiss, I still see fireworks... I want to see where us goes... I want to be with you forever, and I know that I am 100% sure that I want to be with you.. because I don't ever wanna live at single day without you... you are my everything Alice... I don't think I could live without you ever... So... Alice Evans Potter.. will you make me the happiest man alive, and marry me" she started to tear up in happiness... she said " yes! a million times yes!" she kissed him, passionately and deeply tears of happiness fell from her eyes on her cheek, he kissed her back, feeling nothing but happiness and love.. he put the ring on her finger and kissed her once more before sitting down with her on his lap, holding her, and feeding her the strawberries, he brought for her...
