Dear Diary,

I've been feeling weird lately... My head has this weird buzzing sound in it, and I have a headache. I'm sure it's nothing, I've been showing no signs of me breaking down or anything. I haven't had a single warning so I'm sure it's fine, If something was wrong with my systems then my warning would tell me... Right?

I'm sure I'm worrying about nothing, It's fine just ignore the headache and weird buzzing sound. It's probably nothing but paranoia and stress, nothing more. It's all okay, it's fine. I'll be fine.
