it's a long chapter and parts of it are gonna seem rushed sorry

           Y/n finally stopped to catch their breath a few feet away from Wanda where they could see a bunch of people surrounding her. Wary of the situation they started slowly making their way to her but as they saw the tears in her eyes they began pushing themselves to go faster, listening to the pleas of the townspeople. 

Eventually, Wanda broke down unknowingly trapping them all in an invisible chokehold. Y/n ran up to Wanda quickly grasping her in a hug "Wanda" they breathed out her name, just relieved to be near her again despite their previous interaction. Wanda gasped and let everyone go, immediately hugging them back tightly

"Y/n" She cried and Y/n just rubbed her back. Before they could say more however Agatha taunted Wanda "Hero's don't torture people"

Y/n felt their blood boil and they stepped in front of Wanda to say something but Wanda put her hand on their shoulder, Y/n watched on as Wanda opened the border to set the people free and they smiled for a second before they heard the ugly sound of Agatha's laughter.

As the border decreased Y/n saw Billy and Tommy try to reach them but they collapsed and began deteriorating. Y/n rushed over to them to try and heal them, they could feel a shift in their powers but it didn't look like it was working. A few feet away Y/n could see vision also falling apart on the ground

They looked over to see the conflict on Wanda's face. They knew she would lose everyone if she dropped the border and Y/n could understand to an extent why she put it back up.

As soon as everyone was put back together they all rushed to Wanda and enveloped her in a hug, Y/n stood off to the side before Wanda gestured for them to join and they smiled as they hugged the group of people they'd grown close to.

The moment didn't last long however as Agatha immediately attacked them, as Wanda held up a force field against her, Y/n noticed her one hand looking worse for wear. Y/n immediately caught onto what had happened as Agatha absorbed more of Wanda's power and her other hand turned gray and old. "Wanda-" "I'll be ok Y/n" Wanda reassured with a shaky smile

"How sweet" Agatha mocked at the same time a white version of Vision appeared along with Military cars pulling up with guns drawn at all of them.

"Listen, boys, your mother and I never really prepared you for this" normal Vision started

"But you were born for it" Wanda finished and Vision flew off to deal with other Vision.

Y/n knew they couldn't really do anything with their powers during the battle, all they could do was stay out of harm's way and help if someone got hurt. Despite that, they had a couple of years training under Shield and even fury himself so they were certain they could hold themselves in combat if any of the soldiers got too close.

Before Y/n knew it Wanda was flying off to deal with Agatha and Y/n was left to help the boys deal with the military. Y/n watched with a proud smile as they disarmed the men, though that smile quickly turned to an expression of horror as a man stepped out of the car and aimed a gun at the boys. Seriously who the hell aims a gun at children? 

Y/n was getting ready to jump in front of them when Monica appeared and the bullets surprisingly phased right through her, however, the last one managed to graze her shoulder but Billy quickly stopped it with his magic. Y/n went up to Monica's shoulder and healed where the bullet grazed and the boys gasped "Woah"

"Y/n has healing powers, Sick!"

As the man who shot at them tried to get away, a truck collided with his car, effectively stopping him from going anywhere.

Suddenly the sky turned red and everyone looked up to see Wanda and Agatha mid-duel, Wanda threw balls of her power at Agatha and she dodged everyone. Y/n could tell Wanda was growing weaker and wondered what she was doing as they watched with bated breaths. The group of super's watched from the ground as Agatha absorbed the last of Wanda's powers and Y/n's heart clenched, they wanted to get to her so they could heal her, they prayed there was a way to heal her.

Y/n nearly screamed as they watched Agatha attempt to land the final blow but nothing came, she tried again but there was still nothing, everyone watched on in silence until the clouds cleared and they could see Runes on every wall. Beautiful and smart, could she get any better?

Everyone watched in awe as Wanda absorbed Agatha's powers and her clothes began to transform, as the two lowered to the ground Y/n's breath hitched as they took in Wanda's new outfit, she looked stunning, it was definitely her style. Y/n watched as Wanda returned Agatha to her role of Agnes and as she hugged her family. They couldn't help the jealousy that suddenly bloomed at the sight of them looking so happy together, but If she was happy then they were happy. 

Monica brought them in for a hug then pat their shoulder and Y/n smiled weakly at her trying their best not to cry. Wanda watched on from where she was standing, a tinge of jealousy sparked at watching the two of them hold each other so closely.

Y/n was prepared to watch the future love of their life walk away again when Wanda turned around and called out to them "Y/n?"

"Yes?"

"Why don't you join us, I think it's only fair you get to say goodbye to the boys as well"

Y/n nodded their head in agreement and though they were happy they weren't being left behind, the image of the boys fading was breaking their heart.

At the Vision residence, Wanda tucked her boys into bed for the last time and Y/n watched from the door. "Y/n? The boys want you to tuck them into bed" Wanda weakly smiled and Y/n nodded

"I'll be right downstairs dear," Vision said as he walked downstairs and Wanda nodded but stayed in the doorway. Y/n looked out of the window to see the border getting closer.

"Y/n?"

"Yeah Billy?" Y/n questioned

"When you tried to heal us the first time we were disappearing I could feel something"

"What?" Wanda and Y/n said at the same time

"Wait, Y/n you can heal people?" Wanda questioned and Y/n nodded

"Billy what did you feel?"Y/n asked, it wasn't the time to give Wanda their backstory

"It was like- I was getting younger"

"What do you mean?" Wanda questioned

"I think, if you healed us while we disappear we might be able to make it"

"Billy-" Y/n tried to reason but he cut them off

"I just think that we might go back to being babies"

"So you're saying you might be able to survive but you'll turn back to the age you're supposed to be?" Y/n questioned and Billy nodded

"I definitely don't want to give you false hope Wanda but it's worth a shot" Y/n reasoned and Wanda nodded "I agree, I'll try not to keep my hopes up"

"I might be able to do it to Vision as well if you wanted me to" They offered

"No, I think I've kept him here too long, I need to let go so I can grow" she admit, and Y/n nodded in understanding

"Why don't you go say goodbye to your husband and I'll stay here with the boys?" They offered and Wanda gave them a sad smile before closing the door and heading downstairs. Y/n held onto both boys as the border began to reach them, making sure to use the full extent of their powers on them.

Downstairs Wanda was saying goodbye to Vision "Wanda" Vision cupped her cheek

"Vision" Wanda replied as she began to cry "I know that we were a good couple and you were the best thing I ever could've asked for, I'll always love you but now you have something solid to hold onto"

Wanda looked up at him questioningly "What do you mean?"

"Wanda now you have Y/n, I know perhaps you might not have realized it but you care more deeply for them than you realize"

"Vis i-"

"I am not upset Wanda, I am happy that you have found such an astonishingly genuine person to love, I hope they can help you to heal and realize that you are more amazing than you realize." Wanda let the tears roll down her face as she listened to her first love open her eyes to her own feelings about Y/n.

"Wanda, I hope that you and Y/n will live a prosperous life and grow old together."

"Thank you Vis" Wanda smiled through her tears as the border closed in

"Thank you, Wanda, Thank you for letting me meet the boys, and letting me love you, and most of all thank you for letting me help you realize the person you're truly meant to be with"

Wanda nodded and the pair hugged once more as the border disappeared along with the house.

Wanda shut her eyes and cried for a few more seconds before Y/n's soft voice entered her ears.

She was too scared to look up but her head snapped up at the sound of Y/n crying

"Wanda," They said as they smiled through their tears and Wanda looked from their eyes to their arms where they held two little baby boys softly sleeping. Wanda let out a relieved laugh and quickly enveloped Y/n in a hug "thank you Y/n. I'm so glad I met you"

Y/n smiled "well I am pretty great so- ow!" Y/n teased and Wanda playfully swatted them on the shoulder. Both of them just stared at the little bundles before Wanda looked up just to watch Y/n gaze lovingly at the boys
"Y/n"

Y/n hummed in response

Wanda cupped their cheek and forced them to look at her, they immediately blushed at the action.

"Y/n," Wanda said again and Y/n smiled this time

"Wanda" they teasingly called back

"I know I'm not quite in the best headspace right now but if there's one thing I'm certain about it's that I want to spend as much of my life with you and these boys as I can" Wanda confessed and Y/n's eyes widened "Wanda-" They started but she kept talking "I don't know if maybe I was imagining the way you were treating me or maybe I made it up- maybe you think I'm a monster but-" before Wanda could say anymore Y/n pulled her in for a kiss, they were about to pull back when Wanda kissed them back, Y/n shut their eyes and reveled in the feeling. Wow, this was ten times better than they could've ever imagined, even with the babies in their arms preventing them from holding onto her. They wouldn't have it any other way. Y/n began laughing into the kiss which resulted in Wanda laughing as well. "So what do we do now?" Y/n questioned

"I'm sure we'll figure it out" Wanda responded as they headed to the center of the city where the citizens and Monica stood

Y/n could tell that Wanda felt embarrassed so they tried their best to distract her " I did not get to tell you earlier but you looked absolutely stunning in that outfit- I'm seriously getting a matching one in F/C for our wedding"

"Oh so we're getting married now are we?" Wanda teased them and Y/n stuck their tongue out

"If I wasn't holding these babies right now I'd totally shove you" Y/n playfully threatened and Wanda just chuckled

"They'll never know what you sacrificed for them, " Monica said as the two approached and Wanda's smile fell. "It wouldn't change how they see me" She rebutted "and you, you don't... you don't hate me?

Monica shook her head "given the chance, and given your power, I'd bring my mom back. I know I would" she reasoned and Wanda nodded "I'm sorry, for all the pain I cause" Tears began forming in her eyes

"I know," Monica expressed.

"I don't understand this power, but I will" Wanda admitted

"Yeah you will, especially with the help of this one over here" Monica gestured towards Y/n "They're a handful but boy do they know a thing or two about growth and healing" Monica assured.

"Yeah well, healing is my specialty" Y/n joked but then they were reminded of something "Oh! Wanda, I know where we can stay, I don't know why I didn't think of this before! You're going to love it and I mean really love it" Y/n excitedly exclaimed and Monica caught on to what they were hinting at

" Well I've got business to attend to but I better receive an invitation to that wedding you two were talking about" Monica mentioned and the two of them laughed as she walked away.

"So where are we going Y/n?"

"Oh just wait," Y/n said as they got into the driver's seat of their car that had reappeared when the hex came down.

Yay! Wanda and the reader have been united!! so where do you think they're going? I actually have to put the little bit of this left into a mini part 2 cuz it's too long
