"What happened?" Damon asked entering the mansion. His coat hung from his arm. He came straight from work.

Lorenzo told him everything, while Grayson made sure she was sleeping, before going to his room, to tell Ashton, about everything.

Damon started stressing out.

"Do you think, we should see a doctor?" He asked. Lorenzo was thinking the same.

"I think we should." He said, looking at his brothers.

Just then, Grayson walked in.

Ashton was on his way when he called, he knew from Damon that there was an emergency.

But he turned back to his house. He didn't want to make it worse, by being there.

"She's sleeping." Grayson told them.

"Did she tell you something?" Lorenzo asked.

Grayson couldn't get himself to tell them. It was their secret.

"She'll tell you herself." He said, in an almost assuring tone.

"What do you mean by that?" Mason raised his voice.

"We need to know what's troubling her." Jace said.

"Calm down." Damon said, looking at the boys, who were shaking with rage.

"I'm not going to calm down." Jace said, angrily. Damon clenched his jaw. He glared at him. Jace was too angry to notice the look he was giving him.

"You are going to calm down, Jace. He said, she'll tell us herself, it means its something personal to her. You can't invade her personal space, sister or not." Damon said calmly, but there was a warning underneath.

Jace just glared at the ground. Damon was right after all.

Roman stayed silent the whole time. He was getting frustrated. He was feeling helpless. He wanted to help her. In fact, he was helping her. But there is always something that destroys their progress and all the efforts they put in.

"We're thinking of appointing a doctor. A therapist actually." Damon told Grayson.

"You need to ask her first." Grayson said.

"I don't need a doctor." A small voice was heard. Amelia stood in the doorway of the living room.

She had slept but woke up soon. Everything was revolving in her mind and she suddenly felt lonely and needed comfort.

Damon resisted the urge to just hold her in his arms. She didn't want to be touched, right now. Roman was going through the same.

"It'll help you to be emotionally stable, Angel." Lorenzo pleaded.

She entered the living room and walked towards Damon.

They were her brothers. Her siblings. There is no need to be ashamed. She had told herself.

She wrapped her arms around Damon and cuddled up to him. Damon didn't waste a second and wrapped her in a comforting hug, a little shocked. It was so soothing, Amelia felt like every problem had vanished.

"I'm okay." She said, softly.

Damon looked at Lorenzo. They exchanged looks, neither of them knowing what to do now.

-----------------

Amelia's POV.

I was walking through the corridors when I saw Ashton coming towards me.

"Hey." He said, smiling at me. I smiled a little.

"Are you okay?" He asked, looking into my eyes.

"Yeah." I said, smiling.

"Grayson told me everything yesterday. I thought I'll make it worse, if I come."

"Don't worry. I'm good." I assured him.

"Let's go. We need to talk." He said, pulling me somewhere.

He led me to the terrace. He sat down as I did the same and sat beside him.

"You don't have to doubt it, you know." He started. "You don't have to question whatever happened. I don't regret it one bit. You shouldn't either."

"I don't know, Ashy. I think I moved on too early." I said. "Besides, you're my childhood best friend. That just makes it more awkward."

"And I will be your best friend. Always. You don't have to change how you act with me or act around me." He smiled at me. "As for moving on, it doesn't have any fixed time. You can take ten years or ten days. You can't help it."

Amelia heaved a long sigh.
"I'm just overthinking." She said, frustratedly.

"Are you okay with me touching you?" Ashton asked cautiously.

Amelia hesitated but her head moved on its own. Before she could think, She was nodding her head.

Ashton moved forward and hugged her.
"I can't be happier, Amelia. I'm so happy after what happened. I would still be getting ready to ask you out, if you hadn't kissed me, although in anger, that day. And I would've taken years to get ready. It happened for good. You can still reject me as your boyfriend, if you're not ready to be in a relationship."

"No. It must've happened for a reason." Amelia said, quickly.. She was happy too. She just thought she was being a slut.

---------------

Some days later.

"Hey people." Guy person one.

"Yo." Guy person two.

"Where's everybody?" Guy person one again.

"Aiden!! You fucking ruined my dress." Girl person one.

"And I don't fucking care, Charlotte." Guy person three.

"Watch your mouth, kids." Deep voice person one.

"Okay dad." Girl person one again.

"I'll keep the sass in control if I were you, Charlotte. You don't want to be grounded, the first day you got here." Deep voice person two.

That's how my morning started. So many people, some with deep guy voices, some with deep men voices and a girl voice.

Ugh.

"What the fuck?" I yelled, angrily, pushing two pillows on both sides of my head.

Why are there these many people in the house? They ruined my fucking sleep. Who left the door to my room open?

"Amelia."
A warning.

By who?

Duh.

"What Lorenzo?" I asked, irritated.

"Watch your mouth." I heard him enter the room. I kept laying down with the pillows still on my ear.

"Come on, Lorenzo. Whoever they are, they woke me up and ruined my sleep. What else do you expect?" I whined.

"Its ten in the morning. Don't tell me you were up late again." He raised an eyebrow. I gulped, finally looking at him.

"You can ask Grayson. He tucked me in last night." I tried to reason.

"Why do I feel like there's something more?" He glared at me.

"Uhh.... I may or may not have woken up at around 12 and started painting because I couldn't sleep again?" I rubbed the back of my neck and smiled sheepishly.

He crossed his arms.
"You, missy, are grounded. Now just grab a bucket of popcorn and watch your cousins go out of the house to have fun and come late at night, because there's no curfew when all of them go out during the vacations." He said, a glare on his face.

My jaw literally touched the floor. I sat up straight looking at him in shock.

"You can't do that. You're not that mean, right Lorenzo?" I asked, batting my eyelashes and smiling sweetly.

"I am "that mean"." He said, airing quotations. "Come down to meet your cousins." He said and left the room.

Ugggghhhhhh.
I yelled into the pillow. Great way to start the day. Get grounded.

I wrapped the blanket around myself and walked out my room.

This is so unfair.

He doesn't appreciate art and artists. An artist can get inspiration at any time.

I huffed.

I was calmly walking towards the kitchen when my blanket stuck somewhere. I pulled, but nothing happened.

I looked back to see Jace with his foot on the blanket. Alex stood besides him, laughing quietly. He saw me looking and burst into laughter that could probably be heard throughout the mansion.

"I hope you choke on your laughter, bitch."

"Okay. That's some colourful wording."

"I love her already."

I turned around to see two guys standing there, watching me struggle. One of them looked older, about the same age as Lorenzo while the other one looked to be of Grayson's age.

"Amelia Costello. You're cursing too much today. If I hear one more curse word, you'll not like what will happen." Lorenzo said, coming out of the kitchen from behind the two guys and glaring at me, looking at me expectantly.

I gulped.
"Okay, Lorenzo." I smiled sheepishly at him. He shook his head.

I was still sleepy.

"Meet your cousins, Alessandro and Aiden." He said. Alessandro shot me a warm smile while Aiden's was a mischievous one.

"Hello, Princess." Alessandro said warmly, bowing a little. I chuckled at his actions.

"Hello, Alessandro." I smiled.

"Hey." Aiden said, moving forward. He stuck his fist out. I smirked before fist bumping him, not too hard. Because I didn't have the energy. I want to sleep now.

"Meet your other cousins. They are in the kitchen." Lorenzo said before walking into the kitchen.

I followed him slowly, not before showing the finger to the two apes behind me. Aiden saw that. His eyes grew wide before he smiled at me.

Okay! He's definitely a cool brother.

I walked into the kitchen to find three boys and a girl sitting at the counter.

"Meet Emilio. He's uncle Henry's oldest son, then Christian, Then Charlotte."

"Then, Uncle Luciano's oldest son,  Alessandro, then Gabriel, then Aiden." Lorenzo introduces quickly. "Matteo and Alex are Uncle Dominic's sons."

"Hi." I said, smiling at them. A chorus of 'Hey' 'Hello sister' rang through the room. I took my seat next to the head of the table and sat cross legged on it, the blanket still wrapped around me.

You know when you stare at a word for a long time and it starts looking like a strange alien?
I stared at the word 'person' for too long and I was just like,
'Something's wrong with this word.'

Also, double update today, just because the cousins are here.
