I hate Donghyuck for this. although he doesn't know about the flirting thingy, i guess, but still! Can't he just come by himself? I'm too awkward to be in this awkward situation.

And I can feel, I know that the guy Jaemin is glancing at me. yeah he is, i'm sure bout that, and i'm not assuming, he's glancing. gosh.

The class is just more awkward because we're in the same class with the Jeno guy and the Jaemin guy. Seriously, why can't I get rid of him?

It's already lunch break and I don't know where to go. I mean, Donghyuck is the only person that i know in this country and he's far from me. He doesn't even messaged me to go with him to the school's cafeteria.

I. Hate. Him. Y'all. Know. That.

And as I got the cafeteria, many students are already there to the point that you can only sit on the floor because seats are already full. lmao why would sit on the floor tho?

And where the hell would Donghyuck be? And oh, I saw a familiar person and I DON'T CARE. I walked in and took an order.

The only problem here is: where to sit. The only vacant is where the familiar person sits and I won't sit there, I can find another.

I passed over his sit. But then he called me.

he called me.

"Seohyun."

Should I turn back? Or keep going? yes keep going.

"There's no more free seats over there, you can sit here." He offered.

that's what i'm saying. what if he's with his friends? and of course jaemin would be there, probably.

- Third Person -

Renjun just saw her looking around and there's no more vacant seat around there so he took the opportunity to tell her to sit with him even though he doesn't know how to.

"I'm not with them, this seats are free." He said and Seohyun just nodded her head and sat in opposite with him.

"So... Why aren't you with Donghyuck?" Asked Renjun.

"Uhh he, I don't know, he didn't told me to go with him for the lunch." She answered awkwardly.

"Okay..." He nodded his head and took his phone out. he doesn't know what to say next so he decided to just give his attention to his phone.

But as he opened it, he hissed, "Aish!" and slammed it to the table.

"Wha- I got stuttered, what's the problem?" She asked and took a peek on his phone.

"It's dead." He answered, pouting.

"What are you going to do by the way? You can borrow my phone." She said nicely.

"Oh you sure? I was just going to text Donghyuck tho." He lied.

"Okay, here." She handed him. "Oh wait, the password." She took it back and opened it.

Renjun got surprised to see Donghyuck and Soehyun on the homescreen wallpaper, it's their picture together, along ten years old maybe.

and as he opened the messages, he got more surprised when he saw what's donghyuck's name on the contact.

"Seohyun" He called which went for a hum in response from the girl. "What's with you and Donghyuck?" he asked.

"We're just best friends." She said with a genuine smile. the boy just nodded his head in response.

he typed the words "Hyuck, where you at? Don't you have a plan to eat lunch? I'm here at the school's cafeteria with Seohyun - Renjun" and handed her phone back.

"I wish I have a friend like you too." He uttered.

"Why? Don't you have one?" She asked, continuing her food with Renjun just staring at her.

"Yeah, I never had one. And I envy Donghyuck." He stated and looked down after getting a small nod from her.

Seohyun, as a straightforward girl said, "Are you free after classes?" that broke the silence between them that made Renjun's face blushed.

"A-are you asking me for a date?" he asked, his face with a shade of light red.

She almost choked when she heard those words from him, "Not actually a date, you said you want to have a friend, right?"

"Yeah?" The boy answered.

"Then that could be a, uhhh, get to know each other?" She said with an unsure voice.

"O-okay, well then, let's see each other at the nearest park after classes?" He asked before biting his lower lip.
