Yuna finally reached the Hall of Dragons where the Eliacube was being held. The commotion outside was loud and began shaking the structure. She prayed that her friends were holding out alright as she went to open the giant doors. The stone guardians that stood in her way activated their defense protocols and told her to stop. Yuna did as she was told and put her arms up. Blue light shot out of the giant statue's eyes. The guardian scanned her, recognized her as royalty, and stepped aside so that she could pass.

Rio and her make-shift squad of rebellious Eliatropes were making quick work of their uninvited guests. The landscape seemed to be taking a hit, but all in all, things were going very well for them. The cyborg numbers seemed to be dwindling. Suddenly, the Cyborgs stood straight up and retreated back towards the ocean. Zilk ran towards Rio and Dova, who stood stunned at the sudden turn of events. "What the hell was that?" he asked. "Did we just win?" Dova chimed in. Rio shook her head. She had a really bad feeling that something worse was coming. The other Eliatrope children looked around and began cheering as the last cyborg retreated.

The cheering was cut off abruptly when a bright red light shot into the sky. Within the light was an ominous silhouette. A figure leapt from the light and landed on the shore. It was shorter in stature, had dark grey skin, glowing red marks on its arm, and was clothed in sufokian light armor. It slowly looked around at the unnerved Eliatropes. The creature blinked once and, in an instant, grabbed one of the Eliatropes by the throat. The Eliatrope boy didn't stand a chance. He struggled against the grip of the creature, as three tentacle like appendages came out of the creature's back and stuck into the boy's chest. The boy quickly became paler in the moonlight and went limp before being tossed aside by the creature. Rio blinked, trying to process what had happened. Zilk quickly jumped into action and charged in. His attack was avoided he found himself kicked away with such force that he went flying through several nearby trees. Dova took a step back, as did the others. Rio stared down the new enemy and noticed that above its head, were two deep purple dragon wings made entirely of stasis. "What...?" Rio began to question as her head filled with questions.

As if confirming her nightmare, the figure raised its hand and opened a dark portal and jumped through it, landing next to another Eliatrope and knocking her down before stabbing her with one of its tentacles. Rio tried to stop the creature but it sent her through one of its portals and redirected her. Immediately she was racked with searing pain all over her body She fell to the ground in agony as it felt like her flash was burning down to her bones. The creature loomed over her; its eyes devoid of compassion, or humanity. It raised its tentacles while the other children watched in horror. Rio closed her eyes and braced for what was next, but nothing ever came. She opened her eyes slowly to see that the tentacles were stuck in a sadida doll; a big fat one at that. The creature looked over and was met with a hard knee to its face, knocking it down. Yuna stood between it and Rio. Rio got up slowly, as another sadida doll with a pink flower sprouting out of its head helped her up and breathed a rejuvenating pollen over her.

"Yuna!" Rio said with urgency, "where's the Eliacube?" Yuna glanced back at her for a second before focusing her attention on the creature as it was slowly getting up. "Something told me that Sufokia was after the Eliacube, which is why they sent this small army here. So, I left it alone and came back here as soon as I could!" The creature brushed itself off and stared intensely at Yuna. Yuna readied herself as the creature charged forward. She quickly rolled to the side, calling brambles from the sand as she did. The brambles grabbed it by the legs and flung it to the ground. The creature slammed its hand on the ground and a portal opened up beneath Yuna. However, Rios acted quickly enough and caught the princess with a portal of her own and sent her out of harm's way. This time, the other Eliatrope children managed to snap out of their fear and sprung into action. The creature was fast; unfortunately, faster than the Eliatropes. It easily dodged their attacks, as if it could see them before they happened. However, Yuna rejoined the fray and managed to hit it so hard it went crashing into the ground.

Why can it hold its own against Eliatropes, but not me...? Yuna thought as the creature immediately sprang up to avoid the Eliatrope's energy blasts. "Guys!" she yelled, "Hang back for a second, I want to try something!" Yuna ran up to the creature and attacked it with a flurry of punches and kicks. It was able to block all of them and jump back into one of its portals, but Yuna pulled back on a web of very thin yet strong plant fibers that she attached to its clothing. The creature was pulled towards Yuna and dealt another concussive blow that sent it flying back. The creature paused for a moment before quickly diving into a portal and fleeing into the island's forest.

"No you don't !" Yuna yelled after it as she summoned a bramble that launched her after it.

Yuna danced through the tree tops gracefully and quickly. She had gotten plenty of practice chasing down Eliatropes in this forest and she knew exactly where this 'fake' Eliatrope was headed. She swung from vines and occasionally used the branches and tree trunks in her path to kick off of, giving her a boost without breaking her momentum. Rio and Dova were hot on her trail as the girls used their portals to chase after her.

"Princess!" Rio called in between jumps, "The Cyborgs came back. The rest of us are holding them off for now but what are we going to do if that thing gets to the Eliacube!?"

"I'm not going to let it get to the Eliacube" Yuna said, grabbing a branch and propelling herself into a flyaway. "Let us help you!" Dova said, "We gotta make that thing pay for hurting us!"

Yuna shook her head as she grabbed a vine and swung low to the ground. "It's too risky Dova, I'm not one hundred percent sure, but I think that thing was created to fight you guys specifically. My guess is that Sufokia sent it here because they thought you would be the only ones on the island!"

"So it just knows how to fight us and not you?" Rio asked skeptically.

"That's my hypothesis, yes" Yuna nodded before hopping off another branch.

She looked down and spotted the dark portal trail just ahead of her, but it was gaining distance quickly. She needed more speed. Rio and Dova nodded at each other and dove down towards the dark portal trail and shot ahead of it. The creature slowed down a bit to observe what was happening. The Eliatrope girls both fired wakfu blasts at it as the hopped from one another's portals. The creature avoided them by curving its trajectory upwards; right in Yuna's path" Yuna clasped her hands together and willed the trees ahead of them to extend their branches and attack the creature as it passed. The dark portal trail dove and twirled as it narrowly avoided being struck down. The creature turned back and shot a few energy beams at Yuna before falling into its portal to avoid Dova's attack. Yuna let gravity take her as she threw some plant seeds imbued with sadida wakfu at the ground. As soon as they made contact, a bed of flowers sprung up and met her back. The flowers she just grew were known as springwort, and not only were they one of the prettiest flowers to grow on Zinit, in large clusters, they functioned as a flowery trampoline. The flowers absorbed her momentum and propelled her forward in a trail of white, pink, and yellow petals. Rio and Dova kept attacking the creature in an attempt to slow it down, but they were running out of time and Yuna was about to run out of forest. This thing is as hard to catch as... Yuna suddenly had a very strange realization. She looked hard at the portal trail and how the creature evaded and counter attacked in-between portals: Chest forward exiting the portal, free fall with a somersault, enter the next portal feet first; Just like her dad taught her brother to do while evading pursuit. Yuna suddenly had an idea. If her theory was correct, then she knew all to well how to catch this thing. She willed the trees around her to lend her their vines and slung them all around her shoulder. She braced herself for what she had to do and swung as high above the canopy as she could. She could see the whole forest as she hung in the air for a bit. She noted that they didn't have much further to go before they reached the Hall of Dragons. Once again, Yuna let gravity take hold but she streamlined her body as she plummeted rapidly towards the earth. "Rio!" She called at the top of her lungs.

Rio quickly looked back at Yuna who was in a nosedive and smirked. "Dova, keep up your attacks! We're about to catch this loser!" Rio quickly turned her portal trail back towards Yuna and stopped right underneath her. Rio quickly focused her wakfu and with intense concentration, created a total of four portals: two above and two to her right. Yuna fell into the first one and rocketed through the second, then the third and finally, burst out of the fourth with so much speed it shook the trees around her. Dova fired one more blast to get the creature to evade right into Yuna's path. The creature did exactly as Yuna predicted and started its somersault, but Yuna caught it before it could fall into its portal. The both of them continued forward at breakneck speeds. Yuna put the creature in a grapple from the front. And quickly tied it up using the vines she had collected earlier. Yuna finally felt a bramble that she summoned catch her leg and bungee her back into the forest. The Creature struggled and finally broke free of the vines holding it.but Yuna was prepared. She let go for a split second as they rocketed through the forest, clasped her hands together, and immediately, a gnarl of brambles shout out from all around the creature, abruptly stopping its momentum and a loud, gruesome snap was heard as they instantly wrapped and tangled themselves around its limps. Yuna however, kept going. She clasped her hands together again, and she created multiple vine barricades, but she kept crashing through them but not slowing down. She saw Rio passed out on the ground and Dova in pursuit, but she was too far away. Yuna tumbled through branches and brush, gaining all kinds of scrapes and bruises on the way. She managed to open her eyes and saw that she was headed for a very sturdy looking tree trunk. She didn't have enough time to call her dolls either as they were still on the beach. She closed her eyes tight and braced for impact. But before she knew it, she had passed through a portal and ended up high in the air, in the warm embrace of her father.

"D-dad?" she mustered. Yugo smiled at her. She felt nauseous and inevitably threw up away from him. She felt him pat her on the back.

"I saw your impressive maneuver" he said gently, "I am beyond proud of you!" Yuna looked up at him, his soft and proud eyes beaming in the moonlight. Yuna couldn't hold back anymore and cried into his chest. "Dad its all my fault! Balthazar... he...he"

Yugo embraced his daughter tightly. "It's not your fault," he said gently, "And he would be so proud of you, You and the others defended our home until we got here. You did wonderfully"

Yuna wiped her eyes, looked down, and finally registered Adamai wreaking havoc on the enemies along the beach in his dragon form. The black Submarine was engulfed in red flames as it sunk to the depths below. Yuna weakly smiled and finally the adrenaline and use of wakfu all caught up to her and she fell unconscious. Yugo slowly descended into a small clearing in the forest and knelt to put Yuna down. Rio and Dova both appeared at her side and knelt beside her. Small flowers began to grow underneath her as she rested.

"Is she going to be okay King Yugo?" Dova asked.

Yugo stood back up. "Yes. She's just exhausted. Let's let her rest here. You two guard her. I'm going to go have a look at what line Sufokia just crossed. Yugo then turned with a serious look on his face as he made his way towards the Hall of Dragons.
