I sighed as I tossed my things into my duffle bag. I can't believe Fury. He told Steve and I to take a break from SHIELD. Leave it to Fury to bring us right back to SHIELD.

"Do you have everything?" Steve asks, zipping up his bag.

"Yeah." I reply.

Steve turns and quickly sits on the bed, "This isn't right." He states.

I sit next to him, "Fury gave us some time off. We've been here for, what, maybe a day?" I tell him.

Steve frowns, "And now he wants us back."

I shake my head. Why would Fury change his mind so suddenly. Well, okay, he has done this before. But why does he wants us back?

"So you think this has something to do with Iceland?" Steve asks.

A shiver runs down my spine and I swallow the lump in my throat. Steve sees me shudder out of the corner of his eye.

"You okay?" He asks.

I nod my head, my eyes closed, "Yeah, just trying to down out the old memories of Iceland." I explain.

"Sorry. I shouldn't have brought it up." Steve apologizes.

I shutter as I'm overwhelmed in the old memories. Steve pulled me into a hug.

"Steve?" I ask.

"Hmm?"

"What did they do to you when they held you captive?" I asked. I don't know where I gathered the courage to ask Steve that question.

"Uhh." He began.

I shake my head, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked."

"If you tell me what they did to you, I'll tell you what they did to me." Steve speaks.

I hesitate for a moment before I nod my head. Steve's hand rested on my shoulder.

"You don't have to tell me, if you don't want to." He mumbled.

"No, it's okay. You should know." I reply, nodding my head.

Before I could speak, my ear piece was going off.

"Agent Mathews, a jet will be arriving in 2 minutes."

"Copy that." I reply.

Steve looks at me confused, "Was that Fury?"

"Yeah. A jet's arriving in about 2 minutes. We need to get going." I state, standing from the bed.

Steve stands as well, "I don't want to go back to SHIELD. Not right now. This was supposed to be our time." He says.

I nod, "Come on. We better not keep Fury waiting." I say.

Steve takes my hand as we walk out of the bedroom and out of our apartment.
