it's like 2 sum in the evening and lanii was on her pink iphone 13 playing sum game, sitting on the couch while you were in the bathroom fixing the ponytail you had in your hair.

"lanii!" you yelled from the bathroom but she didn't reply which let you know that she was walking to the bathroom cause you heard her little footsteps "hmm?" she said as she looked up at you "are you hungry?" you asked and she nodded.

"can we get chick-fil-a pleaseeee?" she said, pouting and you laughed "yeah let's go" you replied as y'all walked out the bathroom. you grabbed your purse and keys as she grabbed your phone for you.

y'all turned off all of the lights and left the house, getting in the car and going to chick-fil-a. once y'all got y'all food, y'all ate inside and then left, making your way to your moms house because they were having a cookout and they asked y'all to come since you ghosted them once again.

YOUR MOMS HOUSE-
YOU parked the car and y'all got out. you grabbed your purse and lanii held your hand as y'all walked through the front door, knowing everyone was in the backyard.

your mom who was in the kitchen, she turned around and looked at you and lanii before smiling "my babiesss" she said as lanii ran to her and hugged her. you laughed and gave your mom a hug before looking at what she was making.

"ouuu mami watchu makin" you said, about to open the lid of a pot until she popped your hand "it's a surprise" she said and you laughed "can i know??" lanii asked and y'all looked at her "if i tell you, you can't tell your mommy" she said and lanii nodded.

your mom bent down a little and whispered in lani's ear before backing up "yummyyyy" lanii said and y'all laughed "where's notti?" lanii asked and your mom pointed to the back door that was in the kitchen "he's outside" she said and lanii grabbed your hand.

"i wanna see notti, mommy let's gooo" lanii said and you laughed "mami, we're gonna be outside if you need me" you said and she nodded "wait, where's ddot?" she asked and you shrugged "idk, mama yk i don't talk to him unless it's relating to lanii, remember he cheated" you said and she raised an eyebrow.

"that's weird but ok, have fun" she said as y'all walked outside. everybody looked at y'all after hearing the door close and they smiled "o m g" notti said, jaw dropped "is that laniiiiiiiiiii????!!!" jay said as lanii ran to them and hugged them.

"nottiooooo" lanii said as she hugged notti first "lanii osamaaa" he replied and yall laughed as you approached them & hugged all of them "damnnn sis you look gooddd" eva said, coming out of nowhere.

you turned around and hugged her as she smiled "you look fine asab" you said and she laughed "thanks pookie wookie, you do too" she said "where's lanii?" she asked and lanii turned around "right here" you replied and her eyes widened "ain't no way.." she said and y'all laughed.

"she look like a mixture of you and ddot now buttt mostly you cause at first she was looking exactly like ashley" she said and y'all laughed "nahh ashley is crazy" dd said "my bad" eva said, laughing.

"mamiii" lanii said, calling you "what's wrong?" you replied "do you have my phone?" she asked and you took her phone out of your back pocket, handing it to her "thank youuuu" she said as you sat at a table "damnn she spoiled asab" jayyy said as they sat at the table with you.

melz and amiri walked to y'all and amiri ran to you & hugged you, which caught you off guard "titiiii" he yelled and you laughed as you hugged him back "miriiii" you said as he laughed and pulled away "i missed you" he said and you smiled "i missed you too" you replied.

"hey baby sis" melz said as she hugged you "hey melly" you said, smiling "you look mad good" she said and you laughed "thanks stinkkk" you replied "where's ddot?" she asked and you shrugged "we not together " you replied.

"damn" she said and you shrugged "kaliiii" your mom yelled from the back door "yes mama" you yelled back "can you go get some ice pleaseee" she asked as you stood up "yea" you replied and grabbed your purse.

"lanii you riding with me or staying here?" you asked "i'm staying with notti" she replied and you nodded, walking to the gate "i'll be back" you said and got in the car, pulling out of the drive way and going to walmart.

you parked your car in the parking lot of walmart and got out the car, walking inside of the store.

LANI'S POV-
I WAS sitting in my moms chair since she left to go get sum ice for my nana when all of a sudden i seen my dad walk through the gate so i was about to get up and hug him but then his girl friend and his other kids walked in behind him.

(so when ddot & kalii we're together he cheated and got this girl pregnant so now they together and dey have 2 kids that's the same age as lanii)

i got up and walked to my dad, hugging him as he smiled "heyyy mama" he said and you smiled "hi" you said "where's ya mom?" he asked, why he worried for? "she went to go get ice for nana" she replied and he nodded.

"you not gon speak to yo step mom and siblings?" he asked and she mugged tf outta all 4 of them "uhhh no, i'm not related to nun of them" she said and walked away, sitting back down.

END OF LANI'S POV-
YOU just got back to the house and got out of the car, grabbing the bag of ice and walking to the front door. "here you go mama" you said as you placed the bag of ice on the counter.

"thanks baby but can you go put it in the cooler outside?" she asked and you nodded, walking outside. some people looked at you and yk cause you felt eyes on you, you walked to the cooler and opened it, pouring the bag of ice in the cooler and walking away.

you walked back to the table and sat back in your seat while looking for lanii "where lanii?" you asked and they pointed behind you, you turned around seeing lanii walking away from ddot and his new lil family.

"lanii come here" ddot said as lanii walked to you and stood between your legs "ion know what her lil ass being rude for" his gf said and all y'all looked at her before looking back at lanii "who she talkin to?" you said "not me" lanii replied.

"what happened?" you asked "cause he want me to speak to dem and he call dem my sister & brother and my step mom like i'm not related to dem folks" she said and notti, dd, & jay started laughing.

"what was said?" they daughter said and lanii put her phone down and looked at them "I SAID i'm not related to nun of y'all except my dad" she said, rolling her eyes "don't nobody wanna be related to you anyways" the lil girl said and lanii shrugged.

"we could neva be related, look at you den look at me" lanii said sitting in the chair that was beside you "you still talkin? cause if anything, i look better than you" she said and lanii bursted out laughing "april fools" lanii said, still laughing.

"stop talkin to my sister for i smack you" her brother said and lanii side eyed him "oh?? who are you again cause you at my family house" lanii said "ma she wanna get smacked" the lil boy said and lanii stood up fast asab.

"so wassup cause i fight boys too" she said, and it's kinda crazy cause lanii can actually fight to be a lil kid who just turned 7 years old "you not gon touch my brother" the lil girl said "and he not gon touch me so we even" lanii said sitting back down.

"yo control yo daughter fr" ddot girlfriend said "nahh cause yo daughter got smart first, all she said was she not related to y'all which she tf not" you said, standing up "watchu standing up for?" his girlfriend said "cause i got legs tf" you said, taking your purse off.

"you trynna get down or what cause you takin yo shit off" she said, standing beside her kids "bitch move along cause if i hit you, you not gon like it" you said, about to walk to your mom who was bringing the food outside.

"kalii and lanii, come help me with this food" your mom said and you n lanii walked in the house "oh okay dats what i thought bitch" you heard the girlfriend say and both you n lanii walked back outside.

"you still talkin?" lanii asked her and that's when your brothers and everyone else stood up cause dey know how you & lanii get "stfu you are a child" she said "okay but you not ready to keep disrespecting my mom so do sum" lanii said as DEE grabbed her.

"get a hold of dat lil girl for i hurt her fr" the lil girl said "fr cause she talkin to my mom all crazy" the lil boy said as ddot just watched "yo parenting is df terrible-" and that's when you lost it.

she was talking about yo parenting like you don't do everything for this lil girl like she better be lucky jstar snatched you up in enough time "come on lil sis, let's have a good time and don't let her get to you fr" jstar said as held onto you right asl.

"nah cause dat bitch talkin bout my parenting, i do everything for my fuckin daughter but let's talk about her mf kids" you said, looking over jstars shoulder "oh okay den, ain't got shit to say cause yk youn gaf abt dem kids" you said, pushing jstar off of you.

"you pushin me like i'm da one who said sum" jstar said, laughin a lil "come on mama, help me with the food and forget about that girl" your mom said as dee walked y'all in the house. y'all helped bring the food out and just ignored them the rest of the night, well atleast that's what you made everyone think until they went to get food.

"time to eat" melz said and everyone grabbed a plate and waited in line "lanii can you go get my purse when you get your phone" you asked and she nodded before walking away and getting y'all stuff.

she walked back to you and handed you your purse as she held her phone in her hand "mommy" she said and you looked down at her "what wrong?" you said "can i go get my hoodie, it's kinda cold" she said and you nodded "let's go" you said as she grabbed your hand.

y'all walked to your car and got your black jean jacket and her hoodie since it was now dark outside and it was starting to get chilly. y'all put y'all jackets on and walked back to the backyard.

"lanii you hungry?" your mom asked as y'all walked back to the table "no, i had chick-fil-a" she said and your mom nodded "you be eating good" she said and lanii laughed as she placed her phone in her hoodie pocket. she was a small 7 year old if you ask me that's why nobody believes that she's actually 7.

"kalii" keem called you and you turned around "yo?" you said, a lil confused "you good now?" he asked and you nodded "i'm straight" you replied and he nodded "lanii you good now?" he asked her and she nodded "yea" was all she said.

"i want notti, where's notti" she asked and you laughed "ethannnnn" your mom yelled "maaa why you bein fed" notti whined as he stood beside lanii "sorry" your mom said while laughing "nottiooo" lanii said as he picked her up "damn, you light as a feather" notti said and y'all laughed.

"hold on, y'all ate?" notti asked, looking at the both of y'all "yeah, we had chick-fil-a not too long ago" you said and he nodded "ohh, y'all trynna have a sleepover after dis?" he asked and lanii nodded hella fast "yesss, but you gotta come over my house" she said and he nodded "ofc" notti replied with a smile on his face.
