Chara's POV

There they were. Right in front of me. I ran to them to give them a hug. I was so happy to see them. " How are you both alive?" I asked hoping for an answer. " After you died we figured out that we could heal our selves until we built enough energy to create a new soul," Betty explained. " But, making a new soul three times is rough so we-" she got cut off by Nuonier. " So we killed some one and used their soul!" I looked at her , knowing she lied.
" Okay, you got me, We just practiced enough that we don't faint anymore after we heal something," she then said. I was really surprised they figured how to create a soul from scratch. " We actually figured out that we were demons, so we had more abilities than we had originally thought," Betty explained. " Since we had to heal you, the demon is inside you now, unfortunately," Betty then added. " But me and Betty have been thinking of ways to get rid of it!" Nuonier said trying to cheer us up. " We think the best solution is to cleanse its soul and fuse it with yours, it will give you the control over the body, because of your determination,so it won't take control," Nuonier looked like she needed some water. That was the most information she had ever given me. " So there won't be any problems?" I said, just to make sure. " Nope, if anything, it really only comes with benefits for you, the only downside is you'll faint soon after we cleanse it," Betty was really good at thinking of ways to approach the plan. We then decided to do it at Toriel's house in the ruins. We proceeded to get to the ruins. " Let's just glitch there, walking is too much work," Nuonier said. " What's glitching?" I asked . I've never heard about that before. " We are glitches, we aren't suppose to be here, but glitching somewhere is pretty much teleporting," I kind of understood it better. " Glitching is also ways we can alter the reality of some worlds, for example, if we glitch enough, we could skip through time and be at the surface," Betty and Nuonier probably figured this out awhile ago. " Okay then, we can glitch there!" I said, then realized I didn't know how to. Betty and Nuonier just ended up grabbing our arm and then glitching. I guess it somehow went wrong, and we ended up in snowdin. " Well, we should practice more before trying to teach Chara," Betty said, not happy that we weren't where we needed to be. " Should we try again, walk back, or look for the next best thing that's around here?" I asked, not knowing what they would do. Then I realized that we had skipped the whole Sans and Papyrus part of the underground. " Let's find the closest bed and do it there, we shouldn't take the risk of going back," I said, I didn't want to lose control. " Yeah I agree, let's go to the inn or Sans and Papyrus," Frisk said. She had been quiet most of the time. I couldn't blame her, she didn't know who Betty or Nuonier was. I thought really hard about where we should go, and I decided we should go to Sans and Papyrus' house. We bumped into Papyrus while on the way to their house. "HUMANS!!!SANS LOOK!! I FOUND FOUR HUMANS!" he seemed shock yet happy. I smiled at him, remembering how he used to be so quiet, and now he is almost the opposite. I then Sans. He seemed to be glaring at me. I don't know why though. " Greetings! I am Chara if you forgot!" I was hoping they would remember me. " Human, I don't recall meeting you before!" Papyrus said. My face fell slightly. " I was the girl who threw a birthday party long ago, you and your brother were there! It's okay if you forgot, It was a very long time ago," I really hoped that sparked a memory. Papyrus seemed to think for about a minute, then said " Ohh! I remember now! It was when Sans had snuck out the house to talk to you then!!" he seemed surprised. Sans snuck out to see me? I thought he said his parents knew he was out. Sans then looked at me, obviously confused. I guess Nuonier noticed.

Nuonier's pov

He had the nerve to forget her. I thought they were best friends. I noticed that he had no idea what we were talking about, so when Papyrus left I then pulled him into his house and yelled "Did you forget her!? What kind of friend are you?!?!" I couldn't control my anger. I thought he was her best friend. Was he just playing with her emotions? Making her think she had friends, then to just crush her to laugh at her? He just stood there, more confused than ever. Does he really not know? " Nuonier! Why are you yelling at him! He didn't do anything wrong!" Chara had just came inside to see me scream at him. I just told her " He forgot about you," I didn't want to believe it, but what could we do? Chara then looked at Sans, then me. Then she ran out the house, near tears.

Sans POV

When she had ran out I noticed she was crying. I suddenly felt a wave of guilt. I don't even know why. What did that girl mean I forgot her? Who did I forget? I then said " Wait Chara!" But when I walked outside, she wasn't there. I couldn't see her footprints in the snow, so where did she go?

Chara's POV

I was crushed. I wanted to go to waterfall, next thing so know I'm just there. Maybe I glitched on accident. How could he forget? Yeah, we weren't friends for that long. I knew this couldn't be natural. I had to figure this out.

Yay! About 1000 words! I say about because the actual chapter is only 999. But I don't care, it was close enough for me!
