"let go of me! i have a flight to take!"

the shouts of the manager can be heard throughout the base and when he's taken out of the car with jaehyun and johnny gripping on both his arms, all the people in the area gathered to watch the spectacle.

with mr. park's information and the video cameras the airport security gave mark access to, they were able to catch the man in the airport, with the system saying he was going back to korea. so with a bit of undercover work by jaehyun and johnny, they could catch him before the flight left.

"we just have questions to ask you," the captain takes out some handcuffs and puts them on the thrashing man, who johnny was having a hard time keeping down. before they could do anything, manager lim had slid out of their grips and was now running away.

"stop him," johnny yelled at the people in the direction.

at the same time, doyoung happened to be passing by, reading a paper that had contained a shipment order but when hearing the commotion, his attention was turned to the man running towards his direction. it wasn't until after he had passed him that doyoung finally realized what was happening.

his plan to go to the medicube was long gone and now, he joined the chase for manager lim. it was surprising that he still had the physique from his military days, which were more than 5 years in the past. but here he was, easily keeping up.

manager lim turned at a corner and the doctor remembered a small shortcut he takes to get to the entrance. rushing down the alleyway, when he is a close distance to the man, he jumps on to his back and holds his arms behind his back.

"you know, if you had listened, it wouldn't have to be this bad," doyoung says while he sees jaehyun and johnny running behind.

"looks like you still got it dodo," jaehyun smiles at his friend.

"can't put those years of training to waste, can i?"

2 hours later, after taking care of the scratches on his face, manager lim is sat in front of yuta, who sits there, making the other visibility uncomfortable.

"do you want to guess why you're here," the japanese leans forward, making the older man flinch at the sudden approach.

"t-this is comp-pletely unacceptable! i can charge you for harassment and unwarranted capture," but it was clear even the speaker wasn't confident in his threats.

"you can do all that after this interrogation. now, i'm expecting you to tell us the truth now or we can always use other ways to find out answers," yuta raises an eyebrow while crossing his arms. "now, what were you doing 6 days ago, specifically in the evening?"

"i had a business meeting to attend in the city."

"what kind of business?"

"family business," he turns away.

"more specifically, who did you meet with," yuta walks over with small but powerful steps. "and where did this take place?"

"i met with a business investor and this took place in a bank inside the city."

jaehyun scoffed at the answer, he couldn't believe even in this situation, manager lim was still trying to lie to them.

"oh, so the name arnold davidson doesn't ring a bell to you," and the mention made manager lim struggle in his seat but still shakes his head. "let's be clear here. 6 days ago, you weren't seen at the company's office or construction properties but all of a sudden, you are trying to leave for korea a couple of days after news of your family's business comes out, which is why we caught you at the security line at the airport. and it's also during this time that arnold davidson, a person you claim you have no relation to, is caught and killed by the korean forces. all this seems too close together to be a coincidence, doesn't it?"

"alright i admit it, i know arnold davidson but not as a business partner," manager lim shouts out his confession. "arnold and i have...a very complicated history and yes, it is related to my family's business."

smiling from success, yuta sits down in the chair in front of the korean and gives a motion to continue.

"you may have heard this but my family has been having some financial issues and this has been going for some time, so this project was a big breakout because it was with the medical center. during one trip i came here to check the area, i ran into arnold and at that point, i didn't know he was involved in this. but after a while of contact, he started proposing a partnership where i could offer anything he asks in exchange for and he would give us the money we need. so we did that, i would give him diamond and gold while he was using that to run the black market."

"good, that's good," yuta nods approvingly. "then why were you trying to leave chasa then?"

"well, what am i supposed to do after arnold died? i can't stay here and also because my family is going through the legal process so i need to be there as well."

"you know that you will be serving time after this," the soldier asks.

"i know but what can i say, i can't run away from it like i tried to today."

"and so we are letting him go to korea but he is going to be met with a group of soldiers at the airport and they are going to keep him under close surveillance until the company's trial," jaehyun reports to general park while placing the files on the desk.

"good," the superior nods but before jaehyun can leave, he stops him. "captain jung, come here and sit."

confused, the captain just follows the orders and sits on the chair in front of the desk. the general sighs and brings out a folder.

"i have assigned you a new mission," and he passes the object to jaehyun, who takes it with a curious look. "for the past 3 months, we were lucky to have the neo medical team with us but in the 4 days, that time will be over and they will be sent to korea."

those words were like a hammer to his head. he never thought about what would happen if the team had to be sent back or what he or his friends would do without them by their side.

"and so for that, your mission on keeping the team will be complete, which then leads into your new mission," he motions for jaehyun to open the folder and when he does, the captain is met with a surprise.

"captain jaehyun, i am putting a new mission to the superhuman team. the north korean and south korean ambassadors are meeting in incheon to discuss a security agreement and it has been requested that we send our special forces to act as bodyguards. understood?"
