It's been 2 years since you entered a coma, leaving a sense of sadness in the hearts of your loved ones. Your family was visiting you every day staying how much they can, every time the nurses were coming in they were met with the sign of many flowers. They were tending the flowers every day.

Some of your friends graduated and another was still in college and you would also be out of college if it wasn't for the accident that caused you a pretty traumatic head injury the doctor said there are chances for you to wake up but it will be small chances for you to to lose your memory.

But for now, all they can do is to hope for the best, that you would wake up soon alright, and begin that happy brother and friend that they all know.

The winter was coming and weeks were passing by as well as the persons that were entering and leaving the room.

Their hope was still there, the hope that you would wake up but your figure was telling something else. As your family was entering the room hoping to see you up or waiting for their arrival.

"Christmas is almost here, it will be just like the last time, nostalgic." Cater said. "We didn't lose hope, we know you would wake up and once you will wake up everything would go back to normal." He said with hope.

So does the day continue passing until one day.

[Your P.O.V]

I woke up with extreme pain, my hand making contact with my head. I feel like it could explode at any moment.

I whined for some good minutes or so, then I looked around the room. 'Where I am?' I thought looking over and over again around the room, it seemed to not be so many things in it, a table, a phone, and a TV on the left side of the room, there was also a window.

At the window was falling snow and a little bird looking at what I assume was the snow, 'Wait, wasn't the bird supposed to be in a land that is hot?' I was looking clueless at the bird and the bird looked at me for a moment then back into space.

"I need to save the little bird." I told myself as I looked at my arms and see a cannula in my arm I reach for it and pull it out. Then I got up prepared to make my way to the little bird, I stand up and walked toward the little bird stumbling on my way.

The bird was flopping their wings like they were telling me to not come or to be careful either way I got to the window and open it letting the bird jump in the room and by my surprise the bird did.

I closed the window and I reached out to let the bird climb into my palm and the bird did that, I walked back to my bed, laying back down in the bed with the bird on my chest trying my best to give her warmth.

All my focus was on the bird and her need that I didn't even notice when some person walked in, two were rushing to my side. 'Oh, the doctor...' I thought, but soon the bird got away. "No!" I said getting up and reaching for the bird. "You need to lay back down young man, we don't want anymore injures."

"But the bird!" The doctor was trying his best to keep me down on the bed, "Sweetheart! Please calm down!" I heard a sweet voice, that was in my right. "Mom...were I am?" I said looking at her with tears threatening to fall. "Oh baby, you are in hospital, don't worry everything is okay." She said while playing with my hair calming me down.

The doctor put back the cannula on my arm. Checking if my state was alright but he concluded that I was still a bit in a state of a daze from waking up and making effort after that 2 years of coma.

Now by my side were a boy and two girls. They were looking at me with tears in their eyes, "Why are you guys crying?". I was confused, wait, I was really in a coma for 2 years?

"Don't be sad..." I frowned, "Awww we don't cry tears of sadness we are crying tears of happiness." One of the girls says. "Why? Do I know you...wait don't tell me, are you my friends?" Their eyes widen, and I was looking at them dumbfounded.

"How can you-" The boy was interrupted by mom calling for the three to get out so they can talk about something important. 'Maybe I can ask mom who they are...'

The nurse and the doctor then came to me to ask me some more questions. "So young man, do you know who was the woman from before?" the doctor questioned. "Which one?" was he talking about my mom or the two girls?

"The one that was on your right." "Yes, that was my mom." I tilted my head in the doorway. "Excuse me, but who were the other three?" The doctor looked at me and then write something on the notepad. "There were your siblings." The nurse answered.

"I...have...siblings?" I said slowly processing the new information, "Indeed young man, you have two older sisters and a twin." The doctor continued. "I...have... a twin." The doctor just hummed in response to what I said.

"Do you know anything before you blacked out?" I know something? What do I know? I know I went to a college... what was the name tho? Something with Night... and some letters. "I remember that I was in a college but I'm not sure what is the name of the college but I know is something with Night."

"Al..right... anything else?" The doctor was looking at me patiently, "Some letters... but it may be something not very important." I said. "Some? Could you please tell me what those words are?" He said getting ready to write down the words. "Ummm, e, p, l, c, a, t, r, o, k, i, y, v, d.... those are the only ones that are standing out."

"Hm, they may just be the first letters that popped up in your mind." The doctor dismiss it and got up probably to go talk to my mom.

After some time they reentered the room and the nurse got out, the two girls and the boy looking at me worried as well as my mom.

'They are my siblings?' I looked at the boy closely and at the girls, 'I see nothing in common...'

"Sweetie, do you remember your siblings?" Mom questioned with an arm rested on the boy's shoulder. "N-no?" 'Just great, I responded more like a question... probably they would found out sooner or later that I don't know who are those suppose 'siblings' that they are talking about.'

The look on the four falls into a sad one, "Is alright, the doctor said that you would remember certain things with time." She said calmly. "They are your siblings, those are your older sisters and this is your twin brother sweetie." I nodded and look at them. 'So the doctor wasn't lying...'

The woman was still talking but I choose to ignore it, I would probably remember later anyways.

We all turned to look out the window seeing in the sky yellow and red from some fireworks? What kind of event is it today? Is it someone's birthday?

"Ah, happy new year doctor." Mom said to the doctor responding to her the same back. So it's a new year..... I was unconscious for almost 3 years? Hm, that is unfortunate.

The sky looks so beautiful painted with so many colors just like...the roses...or the accident...

My fists clenched hard on the sheets and despite my head wanting to look away, I stilled looked taking every color in sign. "C...Cater...." I murmured in a whimpered tone, the boy looked at me coming to my side. "Yes Y/n, what is it?"

"Don't... leave my side again... please." My voice was breaking slowly as the memories of the accident were coming back. "I won't." He turned my head it his direction and made me look into his eyes. "I won't leave you again Y/n, I promise!"

Tears were falling from my eyes, tears of happiness, Cater pulled me into a side hug.

The doctor in the end left the room leaving the family to be alone, the mom was happy that her kids were happy once again, and the siblings were happy that Y/n started to remember them even if it could take weeks or months for him to remember them this was just a miracle for him to remember them in such a short time.

The day went by as a week and the doctor let you out of the hospital.

It was good to be back home, to be with your family again after so much time, and surely you and Cater were inseparably from now on.
