"Yuri!" Akane called out to the now annoyed girl.

"What is it?" She rolled her eyes.

Akane frowned. "Now that's not very nice."

"When have you ever talked to me?" Yuri growled then began walking again.

"It must suck knowing Mae had to make you pretty just so you guys could be friends. She even had to make you popular." Akane hissed out to her making Yuri stopped.

With her back turned to Akane she felt her eyes widen. It was something that has worried her for some time now. Did Mae put her in just so she could have a popular friend. "What makes you think that?"

"Why else would anyone want to be near you." She chuckled. "Poor Yuri, can you even call Mae and you friends?"

Yuri stiffened. "That's not true!" She squeezed her eyes shut.

"Of course it is. Remember when you were in middle school?"

"Stop!"

"Your ugly self is still there. Under the host clubs help your still. A. Loser." Akane said lowly before walking away laughing.

Yuri opened her eyes. No tears came. Yuri hadn't cried since she was 2. The day her grandparents scolded her for being a cry baby.

Gasping for a breath Yuri leaned against a wall. Tears weren't coming. She wished they would.

"Yuri?" A voice said before seeing her put up her front.

"what?" She turned around with her attitude. Kaoru and Hikaru stood there. Of course the one that called out to her was Kaoru. Hikaru didn't like talking to her at all. But Yuri couldn't really tell the difference.

"Are you okay?" Kaoru asked.

"Yeah, does it look like I'm not." She rolled her eyes then shoved past them. Yuri wasn't a fan of the twins. It confused her their little games. As well as their creepy twincest.

Kaoru rose an eyebrow as she stomped off. "Let's go." Hikaru tugged on him.

"But I think-"

"Doesn't matter. She doesn't like us, remember?"

"Still-"

"Come on!" Hikaru began walking off.

"Hi Yuri!" Mae ran up to her as she entered the host club.

"Hi." She grumbled. Mae didn't really see much of difference due to the fact Yuri always grumbled and muttered in the host club, and in general.

Mae took her seat and discreetly looked over at Mori's table. There weren't any guest get but they were coming. One girl in particular always seems to hang around him. Marie Tesser. She was French and practically flawless. She was shy and never got angry. Technically she was perfect for him. She was even tall, where Mae was just a few inches taller taller than honey.

"Mori senpai." Marie smiled and kept her voice at room level. See what I mean. She was perfect. Mori bowed then pulled out a seat for her.

"Mae!" Her guest came in grinning from ear to ear.

"Hi!" She smiled back waving to them. As much as she wasn't exactly in the mood to chat with these guys she knew she most definitely had to after her soda stunt. Why did she ever think that was a good idea?

"Mae I was wondering if-" the boy was interrupted by Nekozawa lurking behind him. The boy jumped up and his behind the couch Mae was sitting at.

"Hi Neko kun." She smiled but felt a bit awkward after turning him down.

"Hello Mae." Although she couldn't see his face she heard a lighthearted voice.

"Haven't seen you in a long time."

"Yes." He sat down next to her making all the other cringe back in their seats.

"So what have you been up to?"

"Speeds and curses." His wicked smile appeared.

Mae gulped. "I hope none on me."

"No." He smiled at her.

Her heart went out to him. She felt bad she hadn't agreed to be with him. It was best thing, because she knew now Takashi was the main guy on her mind these days. "Glad to hear."

Hikaru looked at his brother. "Aren't you upset seeing her talk to him?"

"Sure, but its not like I'm her boyfriend."

"Yeah but-"

"You guys aren't going to mess with Mae are you?" Haruhi set a tea set down.

"Why would we?" Kaoru tilted his head but his brother hid his face from the all knowing Mae.

"I was mainly talking to your brother, Hikaru."

"She's the one that got me soaked all because of some spray bottle." He crossed his arms with annoyance.

"Maes just...going through a thing with...her feelings." Haruhi carefully worded making sure not to let anyone know about her sisters crush.

"Feelings?" They both rose a eyebrow at her. Feeling anxious Haruhi quickly harried off.

"You hear that?" Hikaru smirked.

"What?"

"She's got to have a crush. It could be you." Hikaru patted his back.

"You think?"

"Yeah..." He began thinking about Mori's outburst though. Could Mae be falling for him? Nah, he's too quiet. I'll tell you these people sure are dense when it comes to this stuff.

"Mae and Nekozawa get along pretty good." Honey pouted as he and Mori sat at their table.

"Mhm." Mori nodded. The girls were currently purchasing things from Kyoya the sales man. Mori had been feeling down since he saw her smile back at her guest. He wished he could see her smile more often, and especially be the one to make her smile.

The girls came back and Marie kept glancing at Mori every few seconds. He didn't really notice though. Even if he did he would care. The other girl on his mind was Mae who told him first about her American days. Who showed him how weak she really was. The girl that reassured  him every step of the way that people were decent.

As for the troubled Yuri. She kept looking at the smiling Mae. Akanes words kept haunting her mind. Is that why Mae brought her to the host club.

"Hey, Yuri?" All her guest stared at her as she rolled her eyes and looked at them.

"What?"

"So cute!" They all sighed loudly as she glared at them. She had no idea these kind of guys existed. She was disturbed my men even more.

"Yuri!" Mae ran after her. Right after all the hosts had gone Yuri had immediately walked off.

"What?" She snarled.

Mae took a step back. "It's just I wanted to spend more time with you."

For Yuri at that moment she felt so happy but,"and?"

"Well truth is," Mae fumbled with her hands. "I wanted you to have a sleep over with Haruhi and I."

Yuri couldn't hold it in. If Mae really did think much of her why would she invite her to sleep over. Especially with Haruhi. "I've never been to a sleepover before."

"You haven't?!"

Yuri shook her head looking at the ground. Akanes words slowly seems to disappear from her mind.

"Well you have to come then!" Mae grinned. "It'll be fun I promise."

Yuri have a smile. "I bet it will be. When do you want to-"

"This Friday." Mae smirked at her.

"That's in two days?"

"Yup."

"Okay, I'll check with my parents. Most likely it'll be fine though."

"Great. So let me know as soon as you find out." Mae waved before hearing her sister yell out for her. "See you tomorrow."

Yuri smiled as she walked to her limo. She needed to trust her new found friend more.

"There you are Mae."Haruhi hasped for breathe. "What were you doing?"

"I invited Yuri to sleepover this Friday."

"Oh." Haruhi breathed. "So how was today?"

Mae slumped a bit. "Okay I guess. I kept looking over at Mori and that girl Marie."

"Mae you shouldn't do that."

"I know, but, he's so handsome." She blushed.

Haruhi smirked a bit. "Okay lover girl lets get home."

"Like you one to talk."

"What do you mean?"

"Tamaki senpai, Tamaki senpai." Mae imitated her.

Haruhi blushed a bit. "I don't like Tamakaki senpai."

Mae grinned at the phrase she heard her sister say often."sure." Mae grinned before walking off. "At least I can admit who I like."

"Mae!" Haruhi ran after her.

"Hikaru?" Kaoru looked at his brother who has his jaw clenched.

"She denied she liked him though." Hikaru grumbled to himself. "At least we know for sure Mae has a crush. It has to be someone in the host club."

Kaoru blushed a bit. "Who do you think it is?"

"Who knows." Hikaru said before glancing at Mori and Honey talking. He had a small hunch now.

"Hikaru?" Kaoru tapped his shoulder. "What are you going to do about Haruhi?"

"Forget it." He said while marching back inside the host room. Kaoru frowned at his brothers display of jealousy. It seems to be something the hosts were catching theses days. Perhaps letting girls in wasn't the best decision. For some though, it could be a blessing.
