"Wow we're really going to the beach?" Mae looked out the window of the limo.

"Yeah apparently...but are you sure your up to it?" Her sister glanced at her wearing concern.

"Lighten up Haru! It was only a cold." Mae laughed.

Haruhi looked out the window. "Look at us." Hikaru placed an arm around his brother.

Kaoru did the same. "Two pairs of twins in a limo."

Mae tiredly looked at the two. "How amusing."

"Don't worry Mae we picked out a nice bathing suit for you." Kaoru hummed.

"Shame, I brought my own." She snarled.

"Commoners bathing suits aren't appealing." Said Hikaru.

"What's the difference? Really?" Mae kept her gaze out the window. She was tired and quite frankly disturbed by the two twins. She noticed they acted like they were the same but she knew that wasn't true.

The twins held each others hands and looked at each other pained. "Poor Mae." Hikaru sobbed.

"Can't tell the difference." Kaoru tutted.

"I agree with Mae." Haruhi crossed her arms.

"Poor Haruhi." They both shook their heads.

Mae huffed out air as she saw the limo pull into a driveway. "We're here!" She jumped out the door running far away from the strange twins.

"Mae-chan!" Honey yelped as he ran toward Mae. The hosts all noticed she wasn't wearing a swim suit.

"No swim suit?" Tamaki asked as he looked down at the girl. "Just cause Haruhi can't doesn't-"

"I have one on. It's just since I'm not hosting I don't want to get in the way of the other girl's fun. I'm going for a walk." She said as she stuffed her hands into her pockets.

"Mae~" the twins cried as Mae rolled her eyes at them.

"I'll be back later." Mae sighed as she started walking away.

"Where's Mae going?" Haruhi walked over to see her sister leaving.

"For a walk." The twins sighed.

"Oh." Haruhi seemed to think about something before heading back to her guest.

"Takashi, do you think Mae-chan will me alright." Honey looked up with teary eyes. Mori shrugged his shoulders.

Mae looked back to see she was a good distance from the host club. She let herself fall to the ground her mind cloudy with thoughts. "What to do."

Flash back-

Mae in elementary walks backwards hitting a pile of leaves. "L-leave me alone." She cried.

"Baka Mae!" The little boy screamed at her. "Stay away from him! He doesn't like you." The boy laughed as some students joined in. Mae was in tears and crouched to the ground hiding her face from the children.

"Cowardly." A voice came from behind to be none other then Haruhi coming to her sisters aid. Come on Mae." She lifted her sister up and held her hand tightly.

"Hey! Get back here!" The boy called out but his voice was washed away.

"Mom always said you didn't have a voice for yourself." Haruhi shook her head as she cleaned Mae up.

Mae teared up a bit. "Haru." She shook her bottom jaw before hugging her sister.

"Let's get back home." Haruhi smiled. "Dad said he was making something special."

"Okay-"

Flash again-

The feeling of warmness surrounded her, it was blood. The pain was almost impossible to handle. The laughing of the horrid people could be heard from a distance.

"Mae?!" The familiar voice came from afar. If only she could keep her eyes open longer to see if she even cared. Was this death?

End of Flash back-

Maes eyes fluttered open. "Kyoya senpai?"

"Ah you're alive." He muttered stiffening.

"What are you doing here?"

"I got the others busy so I could find you and make sure you didn't get into trouble."

"How'd you get them busy?"

"Oh let's just say they're all trying to find out Haruhi's weakness for some special pictures." He wore an evil grin.

"How'd you-" Mae stopped herself. "Did dad give you them?"

"Yes he gave me quite a few of you as well."

"Is this some sort of black mail?"

"Maybe." His smile softened. "Shall we head back?"

Mae took a look at the sky and noticed the sun was setting. "I must have been out for awhile." She said while getting up and brushing sand off herself. "Thanks for coming to get me."

"Not a problem."

As they approached the area they had been before. Mae wandered off to look for her sister only to see her looking up a cliff. Two guys were talking to some of the girls. Haruhi began to run up.

"Haruhi!" Mae called out but was ignored. She looked around trying to find someone to help her she knew better the to go up. "Kyoya senpai!" She ran back to him. "Haruhi she just went up on that cliff some guys-" Mae felt her eyes water.

It was a feeling she had almost forgotten...weakness. It made her mad and irritated she couldn't help. Kyoya got into action fast. The whole time he kept glancing over at the tears on Mae's face but decided against wasting time.

As actions were made and they began running to the cliff Kyoya draped an arm around Mae. She didn't notice nor did she really care all that mattered was her sister be safe.

One of the guys pushed Haruhi off the cliff. "Haruhi!" Mae shouted as she cried. Kyoya pulled her to his chest as he kept a straight face and Tamaki dove in after her. That's when Mae felt herself get dizzy and pass out.

The host club stood around the drenched Haruhi and annoyed Tamaki. "I don't see what the big deal is." Haruhi muttered.

"Well at least Mae had the right idea." Tamaki practically growled.

Haruhi thought for a second. "Just cause I'm a girl doesn't mean I can't defend myself."

They were setting up for dinner. It was no one else but the hosts. "Hey, Kyoya senapi what happened with Mae?" Kaoru asked with a worry face.

"Appears she has a fever. She hadn't recovered from her previous cold and stress over did it."

"Poor Mae-chan." Honey sighed. They all stopped as they saw a red haired girl shakily make her way over.

"Sorry I'm late." Mae sighed as she clutched a chair.

"We didn't think you'd be coming." Hikaru said.

"Where's Haru?" Her eyes threatened to close.

"She's getting ready." Tamaki muttered.

Mae clutched her head. "She's safe." She smiled lightly as she almost fell on the ground before Mori swooped in.

Everyone looked at her worriedly as Mori looked down. "Mae are you okay?" Kaoru approached her.

"Kaoru." She smiled to herself as everyone was shocked she could tell. "Don't let Haruhi eat too much." She passed out again.

"Mori senpai could you please take her up to her room." Kyoya sighed as he looked at the resting girl. Mori gave his usual nod and began walking.

"I hope Mae-Chan is okay." Honey wiped a tear away.
