"Seventy-two bottles of pop on the wall, seventy-two bottles of pop! Take one down, pass it around, seventy-one bottles of pop on the wall!"

"Tyler," you huffed. "Please. No more."

"What?"

"You've been singing that song for close to half an hour. I love when you sing, just...not that."

"You would enjoy it more if you sang along," Tyler smiled, leaning over and nudging you.

"I really wouldn't."

"Well then what do you suggest we do for the next seven hours?" he asked.

"Literally anything but that," you sighed.

You were beginning to wonder why you and Tyler hadn't decided to just fly to New York for vacation. He had insisted that the two of you needed to have a car, but it's not like the two of you couldn't afford to rent one for the week.

"I'm going to grab a snack, do you want anything?" Tyler asked.

"I'm good," you answered, knowing full well that you would end up eating half of whatever Tyler grabbed.

"Ok."

You tried to remain focused on the road while Tyler twisted and leaned over the console so that he could reach the bag of food in the backseat. He returned with a bag of goldfish, somehow managing to sneak a kiss on your cheek as he sat back down.

"Can I have some?" you asked, holding a hand out.

"You said you weren't hungry!"

"I never said that," you smiled. "I just said I didn't want anything. Besides, you've been dating me for how long and you didn't expect this?"

Tyler muttered something incoherent as he dumped some goldfish into your hand.

"Let me know if you get tired of driving because I can totally take a turn."

"I'm ok for now," you said, adjusting slightly in your seat.

"You sure?"

"Yep."

"Ok."

Tyler reached over and rested a hand on your thigh, continuing to eat goldfish with the other. He seemed content looking out the window and sitting quietly.

"What's the first thing that you're going to do when we get to New York?" Tyler asked.

"Stretch," you laughed. "What about you?"

"Probably take a picture of my favorite person in one of my favorite cities."

"Josh is coming to New York with us?" you gasped dramatically.

"No," Tyler laughed and gave your leg a light squeeze. "You're my favorite person."

"I'm honored."

"You should be."

You rolled your eyes and held out your hand, prompting Tyler to give you some more goldfish. Once you finished your small handful of crackers, he moved his hand from your leg to holding your hand.

"Now you don't have any free hands for goldfish," he smirked.

"Oh really?" you asked, starting to wiggle your hand free. Unfortunately, Tyler held tightly onto your hand. "Dammit," you giggled.

"You're stuck with me now."

"I can't complain," you smiled. "There's much worse things I could be stuck with."
