I sat in class, unable to concentrate. All that played through my mind was Aomine crying that day. I don't know why, or how. But, I didn't question it. It was probably the topic they were talking about. It was bad to talk about a girl like that

I twirled my pencil in between my fingers, only blinking every couple of seconds.

I sat in the Student Council room, organizing more papers.

This is a pain sometimes...but, title comes with responsibilities.

I heard a knock come to the door, I raised a brow. "Come in." I said, shutting my eyes to rub them.

"I caught this guy snooping around the room, looking in." The vice-president mentioned, holding a guy from the back of his collar. When I looked up, I saw the guy from the other day.

That's the guy Aomine picked up and shoved against the wall the other day...what could he be doing snooping around?

"Please leave him here, (Guy's Name). Thank you for telling me." I gave a slight head bow as he did the same, he released the unknown person's collar and walked out.

"Well that was awfully kind of you." He sarcastically said as he fixed his clothing. I didn't reply, I simply kept on doing my work.

"Who knew the girl that bastard Aomine was with was Student Body Pres."

"Aomine isn't a bastard. He may be a jerk, but he isn't a bastard. You're only mad because he beat you. Because you talked bad about his friend." I didn't bother to look up, then I felt him grab my collar and lift me off the chair.

"What did you say?!"

"Hm, anger issues." He gripped onto my uniform tighter, "I suggest you release me or-" he bared his teeth in front of me, boring his eyes into mine like a wild dog. But, I didn't let my gaze falter.

"Or what? Aomine will come to your rescue and beat me up?" He bared his teeth even more, showing his gums.

"No," I turned my head away, "I suggest you release me or you will be either suspended or expelled from this school. Your choice." I gave him a choice. Don't make it seem like I follow Aomine everywhere. My life does not revolve around him.

He finally released me from his "death" grip and walked out of the room.

What a guy...

As I walked home with Aomine, he had a slight pink hue on his cheeks. I questioned it for a moment, but decided not to since it would make him mad.

Why is he blushing...

I looked at him strangely, cocking a brow. He shoved me a bit, moving me. He huffed and looked the other way, his cheeks reddening more

"Don't...tell anyone...I cried the other day..." He muttered to me. So that's what that's about...

I nodded, can't helping, but to giggle a bit.

I then looked down, feeling a little giddy inside. My face went blank quickly at realization of my feelings.

"Aomine...why are you trying to change me?" I asked subconsciously, realizing that all of these things; all of the time I was spending with him was making me remember everything; experiencing things I haven't in a few years; all the new and mixed feelings I felt when I was around him.

"What are you talking about? I'm not changing you, you're...changing me," he scratched the back of his neck, his cheeks tainted with pink.

"every minute I'm with you, I feel different. I've been going to practice and..." He closed his eyes and looked away, "...it's weird."

I looked up at him and touched his cheek, making him look at me, "You've been making me smile more; laugh more; love more. All of it. And to be honest with you, I haven't done those in years. So, thank you."

Thank you for making me realize...there's more things in life that sadness and tragedy. Life has become...more of a comedy.
