I was in my car , getting ready to pick up Nova and Junie. I wanted to take them out , just because. On my way to their house somebody FaceTimed me.

Ghost:
Would like to FaceTime

"Wassup" I said answering the call.

"I need you to pick up a package fa me" ghost said.

"You know how much it's gon be " I told him.

"Nigga I know , I just need it picked up by 1 " he said.

"Nah I'm doing some right now and yo shit gon intervene with mine, have one of yo boys do it" I said, sparking up a blunt.

"What you gotta do that's so important " Ghost asked looking at me some type of way.

"I'm taking my home girl and her sister out" I said, shrugging.

"Who your home girl" ghost asked.

"Nova".

"Oh smart mouth, I know who you talking 'bout. Do Kierra know you taking your EX out" Ghost said laughing.

"She'll be aight" I said, blowing out smoke.

I pulled into Nova's driveway and texted her I'm outside.

"If I pick that shit up at 1 imma need double" I told him.

He started laughing.

"Nah fuck nigga you gon do it cause I told you, don't forget what the fuck shit really is" he said, before ending the call.

I shook my head as I seen Nova and Junie coming out of the house. I put out my blunt because Junie got asthma.

They got in the car and Nova strapped in Junie then, sat in the front. I turned around in my seat and looked at Junie.

"Hey bubba" I said smiling.

"Hey bubba" Junie screamed, kicking her legs around.

"Y'all doing to much for my liking" Nova said mugging us.

"You in our business" I said.

"Don't do that" Junie finished .

Me and Nova busted out laughing.

"She not allowed to stay with you anymore see what you got her saying" Nova said playfully hitting me.

"Not allowed to stay with who, yeah Ight" I said .

"Where we going , since you made a nigga miss school " Nova said.

"Man ain't nobody go to school today, and we going  out for brunch" I said.

"Eat , eat" Junie said smiling.

"Yeah we finna go eat bubba" I said pulling out the driveway.

Waffle House
11:00 a.m

"What y'all want to eat" I asked them, looking at the menu.

"I want cakes and sausage and extra extra whip cweam and the bright juice" Junie said.

I looked at Nova cause only thing I understood was she wanted sausage and extra whip cream.

"She want pancakes and Orange Juice" Nova said.

"Junie you can't get pancakes here , you 'gon get a waffle instead" Nova told her.

Junie nodded her head and started coloring on the kids menu sheet they gave her.

"Ok what you getting" I asked Nova.

"The Texas Bacon, egg , Cheese Melt with the hash browns " She said.

"Fat ass" I mumbled.

"Huh, I thought a nigga who was scared to speak up said sum" Nova said , cupping her ear.

"Man get on" I said laughing.

The waitress came up and took our orders. When she was done she grabbed our menus .

"So I heard you still-" Nova started to say before I interrupted her.

"Don't start" I said, looking out the window.

"You know how dangerous it is" Nova said , sighing.

"Get off it , everybody gotta make they bread some way. This just the way I chose" I said, shrugging .

Nova just shook her head and went back to scrolling on her phone. The waitress came back with our food and everybody started digging in.

"This yummy" Junie said, sticking a piece of the waffle in her mouth.

"Sholl is" I said, cutting up my steak.

We ate and made small talk.

Nova reached over my plate and picked up one of my steak pieces.

"I just know you didn't " I said ,dropping my fork.

"I did and what about it" she said , popping the steak into her mouth.

"I don't like you" I said mugging her.

"Boy you know you love this" she said, rubbing down her body.

I bit my lips and nodded my head.

"And do" I said, smirking at her.

We finished up eating and I called the waitress so, I can pay for the bill. I heard the entrance door open and looked back . I seen Kierra, Ivy and Taliyah . I turned back around and looked for the waitress she was taking too long.

She came back with my card and we got up to leave.

"Hey baby" Kierra said jumping in front of us.

"Baby" I heard Nova repeat.

All the girls looked behind me and at Nova.

"Why is you with her" Kierra snapped.

"Girl I ain't even know he was seeing nobody I'll get out y'all way" Nova said walking her and Junie out.

"Nova wait " I said.

"What you mean wait , what the fuck y'all got going on" Kierra said raising her voice.

"Just give me a minute " I said.

I ran outside to Junie and Nova .

"Where is you going" I said.

"Home" she responded.

"How you gon get there" I asked, looking at her .

"Uber go back to your girlfriend I wasn't aware you had" She said walking away.

"Bye bubba" Junie said waving.

I waved back and ran my hands down my face.

I checked the time and grabbed my keys out of my pocket. I cranked up my car and put in the address Ghost gave me.

Unknown Location
12:57 p.m

"Can't believe this nigga got me doing this shit broad day" I said to my myself.

Somebody knocked on my window and I rolled it down just enough to talk to em.

"Where it's at" I asked the person.

"Right here" they lifted the bag up and I nodded .

I rolled my window back up, before getting out. I tucked my gun away in my pants and got out.

I observed the person body and it looked like a bitch. We made the exchange and I got back in my car. I pulled off and called Ghost.

"The shit done" I said.

"Ight, you know where to drop it off" he said.

I hung up and shook my head.

A nigga was getting tired of this
