I woke up to the sound of somebody calling my phone. I rolled over and seen Kaliyah calling me.

"What you want" i said.

"Ma asked what time you coming over here"

"Imma get there when i get there" i said before hanging up the phone.

I got up and brushed my teeth. I had stayed at my house last night cause I was out making plays all day yesterday. When I got done fixing myself I FaceTimed Nova.

She answered on the third ring and I seen her in somebody car.

"Where you going" I asked raising a eyebrow.

"The store " she said.

"Who you with"

"Damnnnn all up in my pussy boy" she said laughing.

I mugged the camera while she was laughing.

"Ok but for real Milani want me to cook today" she said.

"Save me a plate" I told her.

"Ain't you going to your folks house" she said

"That don't mean shit , just make sure I got me a plate fixed" I said.

I hung up the phone and grabbed my keys. I had to make sure everything was straight over at the trap. I left out the house and drove over there.

15 minutes later

I opened the door and seen everything operating smoothly. I seen Gunz in the back weighing. I walked over to him and dapped him up.

"We got that new shit" he told me.

"What it is" I said.

"Put that shit out for 80 , I need it running on Mario old street and 42nd" I told him.

"I heard it's some new goons on Mario old street" he said.

I shook my head and walked to my office . I opened the door and seen him sitting on my desk.

"10 years and ain't shit change " he said.

I waved him off and sat on the couch. I took out a blunt and lit it up. I inhaled a deep pull and exhaled.

"Why you not with yo wife " I said.

"She told me to come get yo ass" he said.

"I'm gon get there on time" I said getting aggravated.

"We both know you ain't, nie come on" he said standing up.

I shook my head and stood up. I put out my blunt and locked my office doors. I walked outside and got in my car. He got in the passenger side and i laughed.

"Nigga why you ain't riding in your car" I said.

"I was pushing on E when I drove over here , that shit not even cranking " he said.

"Ain't nobody tell you to come looking for me" I said pulling off.

"Your baldhead ass momma did " he said.

"You hell bra" I said laughing .

Katrina & Duval Hender's House

"We back bitches" my dad said coming in the house.

"Duval stop all that cussing in my mothefucking house" my mom said.

I walked in the kitchen and seen my mom taking out the Mac and Cheese from the oven. I seen Kaliyah and my auntie in the living room talking. My cousin around my age on the back porch smoking with his girlfriend.

"Look at my baby" my momma said hugging me.

"Wassup Ma" I said hugging her back.

"Gon 'head and tell everybody to sit at the table everything's done now" she said.

I nodded my head and told Kaliyah to go sit at the table. She rolled her eyes and I hit her upside her head.

"Ma get Tyshear he playing to much" she said.

"Y'all quit all dat, to grown to be doing this shit still" she said.

I opened the sliding door and dapped up my cousin Kyrie.

"Yo bitch boy" I said walking on the back porch.

"Wassup fuck nigga" he said laughing.

"Come on your auntie said the food done" I told him.

"Ight bro" he said.

"Damn you not gon introduce me " the girl said laughing.

"Damn my fault, ghost this Journee " he said.

"Wassup"

"hey" she said smiling.

I shook my head and walked back in the house. Everybody was sitting down at the table. I sat next to Kyrie and pulled out my phone to text Nova I made it here.

"Uh uh put that phone away boy we bout to say grace" my auntie said.

I rolled my eyes and sat it on my lap.

"Ok everybody bow your heads and hold hands" my auntie said.

"Lord, today we ask you to bless us and the food that's about to nourish our bodies. I want to thank you for bringing my family together. I ask you to bring the presence of those who are not here with us. I pray that my baby boy Tristan is at peace with you lord. I ask that you protect each and every person at this table. In Jesus name we pray amen" my mom finished.

Everybody said amen and started to eat.

"So nephew my niece told me you had a girlfriend why she not here with us" my auntie asked.

"What girlfriend" my mom said looking at me.

I looked at Kaliyah and she was laughing.

"Ask yo niece why she ain't bring the nigga who be taking her money here" I said.

Kaliyah rolled her eyes and mugged me.

"Well I'm just saying we should've meet her" my auntie said.

"And I'm saying y'all gon be okay, we taking things slow " .

"If it was Tristan he wouldv- " she started to say.

"Mane I ain't bout to listen to this" I said standing up.

"Boy sit back down" my mom said.

I waved her off and left the house. I pulled off and my phone got a notification.

Milani's House

I opened the door and seen everybody in the living room with their plates eating.

"Who invited yo ugly ass" Killa said.

"Wherever I'm invited my man is invited too the fuck" Nova said mugging Killa.

"Tell him bae" I said sitting next to her.

"Your food in the microwave" she told me.

I nodded my head and pulled out my phone.

"Aye Lani my cousin and his girl coming that's cool" I asked her.

"Yeah it's cool" she said.

"It's Kyrie" Street asked.

"Yeah".

"Good cause that nigga still owe me 50 from when we played dice" Street said.

"You still on that" I said standing up.

"Hell yeah" he said.

I laughed and walked over to the door. I let in Kyrie and his girlfriend Journee.

"Wassup y'all " Kyrie said .

Everybody said hey back except for Street.

"Nigga Ian forget bout my 50 " he said mugging Kyrie.

"You still on dat bra" Kyrie said laughing.

He reached into his wallet and handed him a crisp 50 dollar bill.

"Now you can shut the fuck up" he said.

"And will. I got my money" he said getting up and slapping Milani in the face with it.

He ran pass everyone while Milani chased him into her room. I sat back down on the couch and put my head on Nova's shoulder.

"This yo ole lady" Kyrie asked me.

"Yeah that's his monkey face girlfriend " Killa answered for me.

Nova picked up a pillow and threw it at Killa.

"Ghost could you show me where the bathroom is " Journee said.

"Oh for su-" I started to say.

"It's right down the hall , the door on the right" Nova told her.

"I need somebody to visually show me" she said.

"Come on bae, I know you a little slow" Kyrie said taking her to the bathroom.

" She eager as fuck" Killa said.

"You peep that too" Nova said.

"Man yall tripping" I said laughing.

"Mhm that ke ke right there gon get you fucked up" Nova said mugging me.

I waved her off and pulled out my phone. I had felt it buzz and I got a notification.
