(Y/N) P.O.V.

*flash back to 12 years ago*

"ELAINE!" I scream out her name in agony. All around was fire and destination, and an S rank demon. Hot, salty tears streemes down my cheeks, where did that demon come from? Who cares I have to find Elaine.

"ELAINE! Where are you?!! "

I flew around on salamandon looking for her, "The mother tree." I fell to my knees on my board when I saw all of its beautiful green leaves where gone and fire was creeping up the side. I fly over there as fast as I can and jump off of Salamandon.

"ELAINE! Elanie." I ran over to her, but turns out I was to late. I hoisted  her lifeless corpse onto my lap, "Elaine, no. Not you too." I began to scream, that's all I could do.

I felt a strong hand on my shoulder. I turn to see a familiar face, with silver spikey hair, Peirceing red eyes, and that scar on his neck.

"Ban, she's dead." More tears rolled down my cheeks, I couldn't stop them.
"How am I supposed to go on? I have nothing left. Not her, not my mother, not Conrad." I looked out onto the burning field of fairy trees.

"I can't die so I'm stuck, I'm stuck in a hell hole by my self. Unable to age, unable to love, not even able to have my family. " My words were laces with a toxic vemon, I hand the delicate corpse to Ban.

"Salamandon 2nd configuration." My sword began to fall from the sky, I caught the handle. I was so mad I could feel my skin on fire, I jumped down off the tree and started slashing and stabbing the demons corpse.

Blood was getting all over me, but I didn't  care.
"You son of a bitch! You took the only thing I had left!" I kept screaming curses, cutting, and stabbing as tears fell. I was so angry, I couldn't handle this.

"Y/n!" I heard that voice call my name but I didn't stop. I couldn't. "Y/N!!" I slowed down still crying, I stabbed the corpse on last time leaveing my sword in and falling to my knees.

Ban wrapped his arms around my shoulders, neither of us said anything. We just sat there, him holding me and me crying.

*skip to the present*

"Y/n?"

"Y/N!"

I jerk awake to someone shakeing me.  I look around trying to see who it is, "What's wrong Ban?"
"You were screaming and crying in ur sleep so I had to wake u up."

I rub my cheeks to feel that they are wet, I taste it. It was salty, I really was crying.

"I'm sorry, I... I was having a bad dream." He cupped my cheek and rubbed him thumb against it to try to calm me.

"It's ok kitten." I smile softly and lean into his hand.
