(A few days after Ultra Magnus's team arrived)

All of autobots were at the base back from missions either taking a power down, talking or training in the base. (With the exception of Jack who was at his house with his mom eating breakfast getting ready for the day)

(Arcee POV)
Arcee was going around the base looking for Optimus Prime.

"Hey Ratchet have you seen Optimus?" Arcee asked Ratchet who was typing away on a machine.

"I think he went into his quarters." Ratchet said.

"Thanks Ratchet." Arcee said as she headed into Optimus Prime's quarters.

"Optimus, Optimus are you in there?" Arcee asked as she knocked on the door.

Arcee heard no reply, so she knocked the door again to no reply, so Arcee went back to Ratchet.

"Ratchet he wasn't there, I knocked and didn't hear an answer." Arcee said.

"I just saw Optimus go into his quarters a couple minutes ago." Ratchet said as he led the way to Optimus's quarters with Arcee following.

"Optimus are you in there?" Ratchet asked as he knocked on the door.

Ratchet looked over to Arcee who shrugged and Ratchet decided to open up the door.

The door opened to reveal Optimus Prime and Elita 1 in Optimus's berth making out.

"Woah." Arcee said as she covered her optics and Ratchet immediately closed the door.

"Not a word of this." Ratchet said.

"Agreed." Arcee said as they headed back to the main area.

A couple minutes later both Optimus Prime and Elita 1 walked into the main area.

"Arcee you wanted to talk to me?" Optimus Prime asked.

"Yes Optimus I was wondering if Jack and I could have the day off?" Arcee asked.

"If I may ask why would you like the day off?" Optimus Prime asked.

"I just need to talk with Jack, he's still blaming himself for losing those kids." Arcee said.

"That is a good idea, Jack seems to have been distracted by that lately." Optimus Prime said.

"Thanks Optimus." Arcee said as she began to walk away, Elita 1 caught up to Arcee to talk to her.

"Arcee wait." Elita 1 said as she caught up to Arcee in the hallway.

Arcee turned to face Elita 1, "yes Elita?" Arcee asked.

"Arcee don't tell anyone about what you saw." Elita 1 said.

"What about you and Optimus being sparkmates or making out?" Arcee asked smirking.

"Just don't tell anyone about us making out, I'm ok with people knowing we're sparkmates." Elita 1 said.

"So how is it being sparkmates with Optimus?" Arcee asked.

"It's great." Elita 1 said as she smiled and got a daydreamy look in her optics.

"Well I'm glad you and Optimus are happy." Arcee said as she headed out of the base to get Jack.

As Arcee headed out she looked to see what her other autobots were doing.

Arcee saw Wheeljack, Bulkhead and Ironhide training against Grimlock.

The 3 wreckers trying to take the massive dinobot down.

Strongarm, Windblade, and Prowl were all taking target practice firing at targets.

"Come on Prowl is that all you've got?" Windblade asked as she nearly hit the bullseye.

"Not even close." Prowl said as he hit the bullseye while looking at Windblade.

"Show off." Windblade said as she pouted.

Knockout was in the medical bay checking on Red Alert, Mirage, Jazz, and Ultra Magnus who had arrived back from a mission awhile ago.

Arcee turned to see Moonracer leaning against the wall while eating some energon.

"Hey Moonracer have you seen Sentinel?" Arcee asked.

"Why, are you looking for him?" Moonracer asked.

"No I'm just curious." Arcee said.

"He's in the middle of a power down he says he needs his beauty sleep." Moonracer said as she scoffed.

Just then Novascreen Prime and Sideswipe ran in laughing being chased by Bumblebee and Chromia.

"That was hilarious Sideswipe." Novascreen Prime said laughing as he wiped an energon tear away from laughing.

"What did you two do?" Arcee asked as they used her and Moonracer as a barrier from Chromia and Bumblebee.

Sideswipe produced a holographic picture floating above his wrist of Bumblebee and Chromia making out in Bumblebee's berth.

"How did you guys even break into his room, how did you know the code?" Moonracer asked.

"It turns out the knowledge of the Primes covers a lot of stuff." Novascreen Prime said as Arcee rolled her optics and Moonracer facepalmed.

"So you and Bee are sparkmates Chromia?" Arcee asked smiling.

"Yeah, this wasn't the way I wanted it to be known." Chromia said as she shot death glares at Novascreen Prime and Sideswipe.

"I can easily solve this issue." Moonracer said as she deleted the photo from Sideswipe's wrist.

"There problem solved." Moonracer said.

"Good thing we made copies." Novascreen Prime said as he and Sideswipe high fived.

"Idiots." Moonracer said.

"What did you say?" Novascreen Prime asked getting angry.

"Oh no." Arcee said as she backed up.

"I said you're an idiot." Moonracer said.

Arcee looked to see Bumblebee and Chromia would help step in to calm them down, but Arcee realized they were already gone.

"That's probably a good idea." Arcee thought as she transformed and took off to get Jack.

The last thing Arcee saw was Sideswipe trying his best to keep Moonracer and Novascreen Prime apart.

(Jack POV)

Jack hadn't even touched his breakfast, Agent Fowler and his mom had already gone to work.

Jack couldn't get his mind off the kids that he had failed to protect.

"Optimus and Novascreen would have been able to stop MECH from taking the kids, but I couldn't what an embarrassment I am." Jack thought.

Jack heard the garage opened so he put his breakfast into the fridge and headed into the garage to see Arcee there.

"You ready to go Jack?" Arcee asked.

"Yup, let's go Cee." Jack said as he grabbed his helmet and they took off.

Jack soon realized they weren't going to the base.

"Where are we going Arcee?" Jack asked.

"You'll see." Arcee answered as they continued to their destination.

Once they got to the destination Jack realized where they were when Arcee transformed and he got off.

"Arcee why are we back at my hideout?" Jack asked.

"Because we need to talk about what's going on with you." Arcee said as she sat down and Jack sat down next to her.

"What do you mean?" Jack asked.

"You've blaming yourself for losing those kids to MECH." Arcee said.

"Because it my fault Cee!" Jack exclaimed.

"Well you can't keep dwelling on it, maybe it was your fault blaming yourself for it isn't going to bring them back. Now switch into robot form." Arcee said as she stood with her hands on her hips.

"Why?"  Jack asked as he stood too.

"Because we're going to train." Arcee said.

Arcee and Apollus Prime were at the bottom of the mountains so no one would see them unless they came over to edge and looked for them.

"Ok let's go!" Arcee said as she pulled out her blades and ran at Apollus Prime.

Apollus Prime pulled out his bow and took aim however he was too slow and Arcee was able to knock the energon bow away.

Jack was able to do a back handspring to get away from Arcee and threw down a smoke bomb.

However Arcee was able to read Jack's movements easily blasting sending him flying.

When Jack came to Arcee was holding her blade to his neck.

"Come on partner." Arcee said as she deactivated the blade and helped him up.

"What happened out there Jack?" Arcee asked.

"What do you mean Arcee?" Apollus Prime asked as his battle mask slid away.

"You just aren't reacting as quickly as you normally do and you're pretty easy to read on the battlefield." Arcee said.

"I'm sorry Cee, I'm trying not to think of those kids, but I know it was my fault that MECH got them." Apollus Prime said as he sank to his knees.

Arcee just hugged him until he was able to calm down.

"Come on Jack we need to get you back into the right mindset, we I need you to act like yourself again." Arcee said.

Apollus Prime nodded knowing Arcee was right, "Ok Cee let's do this." Apollus Prime said as he pulled out the swords of the primes and ran at Arcee.

(Optimus Prime POV)

Optimus Prime was in talking to Ultra Magnus when he heard the chime of the elevator and it started coming down and Agent Fowler stepped out.

"What brings you here Agent Fowler?" Optimus Prime asked.

"What brings me here is there is a giant Decepticon destroying a military base." Agent Fowler said.

"Giant how big is giant?" Elita 1 asked as all the autobots gathered to listen.

"I'd say the looks like he's about 1000 ft tall." Agent Fowler said.

"That means that it's Trypticon." Optimus Prime said.

"I thought he was dead." Sentinel Prime said.

"As did we all we need to take him away from buildings so he doesn't attack the humans." Optimus Prime said.

"I've got an idea Optimus, we can't take Grimlock to the military base since he doesn't have a vehicle mode and we don't wanted civilians to see him. So we should ground bridge the wreckers and Grimlock to where the cliffs and mountains are and we'll transform into our vehicle modes and lead Trypticon out there to get him away from people." Prowl said.

"That's a good idea Prowl now let's do it, Ratchet you will man the ground bridge. Ground bridge all of us except Grimlock and the wreckers to the military base then ground bridge them to the location and we'll lead Trypticon there." Optimus Prime said.

The ground bridge opened as the autobots went through it and looked up at the giant Trypticon.

"Wow he's big." Strongarm said.

As the autobots were looking at Trypticon, he noticed them.

"Autobots I'll crush you all!" Trypticon said as he raised his foot.

"Autobots  roll out." Optimus Prime said as the autobots transformed.

(Strongarm is a police SUV)

(Mirage is a Ferrari 458 Italia)

(Windblade is a North American F-86 Sabre)

(Moonracer is a green Chevrolet Camaro)

(Red Alert is a Lamborghini countach fire chief car)

(Ultra Magnus is a big rig truck like Optimus Prime)

The autobots took it off road towards the location where Grimlock and the wreckers were.

"Oh come on my finish." Knockout complained.

"If you don't hurry up your finish isn't going to be the only thing messed up." Bulkhead said.

"Fair point." Knockout said as he sped up.

"Trypticon will crush autobots!" Trypticon cried as he chased after the autobots trying to catch up to them.

The autobots made it to the location to where the wreckers and Grimlock were waiting.

"Autobots this is where we fight back." Optimus Prime said as the autobots transformed.

After shooting at Trypticon for a couple minutes the autobots realized they couldn't beat Trypticon with just fire power in the process Trypticon took out Sentinel Prime, Ultra Magnus, Strongarm and Bulkhead.

"Prime we need to think of a different strategy." Red Alert said as he was dragging Strongarm to safety and Wheeljack was dragging Bulkhead to safety.

"Agreed, Knockout do you know a weak spot on Trypticon?" Optimus Prime asked Knockout who was shooting at Trypticon.

"He has a weak spot that opens up into his circuits at the very top of his back." Knockout said.

"Mirage, Windblade I want you two to try to reach the spot on Trypticon's back." Optimus Prime said.

"You got it Optimus." Mirage said as he turned invisible and headed over to Trypticon.

"On it Optimus." Windblade said as she transformed and headed towards Trypticon.

Windblade tried to get to the panel on Trypticon's back, but she was knocked out of the air by Trypticon and spiraled downward and transformed into robot mode.

"Windblade!" Prowl said as he caught her out of the air.

"Prowl take care of her." Optimus Prime said.

Prowl nodded in response as he took Windblade to safety.

Mirage was climbing up Trypticon's back invisible using his hooks with the ropes attached.

Trypticon felt Mirage climbing up and looked for him not being able to see him, so Trypticon started to try to swing Mirage off.

Trypticon was successful as Mirage's hooks disconnected and Mirage flew into the cliff.

"Mirage!" Sideswipe yelled as he ran to get his friend.

"Ratchet contact Arcee and Apollus Prime we need all the backup we can get." Optimus Prime said over the comm system to Ratchet.

"You got it Optimus I'll contact them." Ratchet said.

(Apollus Prime POV)

Apollus Prime  and Arcee were locked into a fierce dual where Apollus Prime was using the sword of prime against both of Arcee's blades.

"Not bad partner seems like you're getting your confidence back." Arcee said as she slashed at him with her blade.

Apollus Prime  was able to flip backwards away from the attack.

Apollus Prime pulled out his energon bow and shot 3 arrows at Arcee's feet making her fly back.

When Arcee came to, Apollus Prime was holding the sword of Prime at Arcee's neck.

"Looks like I win." Apollus Prime said as he put the sword away and reached his hand down to help her.

"Guess you do Jack, let give you a reward." Arcee said as she pulled Apollus Prime down on top of her and they started to make out.

After about a minute Arcee and Apollus Prime received calls over the comm system.

Both of them groaned as they picked up the call.

"What's going on Ratchet?" Arcee asked.

"Optimus and the others need backup against Trypticon." Ratchet said as Arcee gasped in response.

"What's wrong who's Trypticon?" Apollus Prime asked.

"He's a Decepticon titan, the team is going to need help, are you ready partner?" Arcee asked.

"Yup let's go Cee." Apollus Prime said as he pulled on his hood and his battle mask slid on and they went through the ground bridge.

Apollus Prime and Arcee arrived to the battle through the ground bridge to see the autobots firing on Trypticon.

"That guy is huge!" Apollus Prime said as he looked at Trypticon.

"Jack stay focused." Arcee said.

"Right." Apollus Prime said as they made their way over to Optimus Prime.

"Optimus what do you need us to do?" Arcee asked.

"There is a panel on Trypticon's back that leads to his circuits, that is his weak spot." Optimus Prime said.

"I can transform and get to it." Apollus Prime said.

"Be careful he's already taken out Bulkhead, Sentinel Prime, Ultra Magnus, Strongarm, Mirage and Windblade and Sideswipe and Prowl are taking care of them." Optimus Prime said.

"I will be I can short out his circuits with my escrima sticks." Apollus Prime said.

"Take Knockout with you he can use his electric prod." Optimus Prime said.

Jack transformed into the X-15 jet and Knockout climbed on.

"We need to cause a distraction Chromia Jazz you two take up sniper positions and aim at his audio receptors, Wheeljack throw up a couple grenades and Grimlock you will breath fire causing them to explode while the rest of us with fire at him." Optimus Prime said as the autobots did as told.

On Optimus Prime's signal, both Jazz and Chromia fired sniper shots into Trypticon's audio receptors causing Trypticon to grunt in pain.

Wheeljack then threw up the grenades right in front of Trypticon's optics and Grimlock breathed fire causing them to explode in Trypticon's face.

The other autobots fired at Trypticon's face, while Apollus Prime used the distraction to fly behind Trypticon and he and Knockout landed on Trypticon's back and went into his circuits.

"So what do we electrocute?" Apollus Prime asked as he pulled out his escrima sticks.

"How about everything?" Knockout said grinning as he used his electric prod on the wires.

"Sounds good." Apollus Prime said as he electrocuted the wires.

Trypticon then began to short circuit and transformed into the Nemesis.

"Ok we got our job done let's go." Apollus Prime said as he transformed and Knockout got on and they escaped.

"Good job both of you." Optimus Prime said.

"The credit should go to Knockout he knew how to get in and he knew exactly what to electrocute." Apollus Prime said.

"Not bad for an ex con." Wheeljack said as the autobots congratulated him.

"Let's get our fellow autobots back to base for medical treatment." Optimus Prime said as the autobots grabbed their injured autobots and took them into the ground bridge to base.

(Megatron POV)
"How did Trypticon fail?" Megatron asked angrily.

"It looks like the autobots were able to get inside and short circuit him." Shockwave said as he examined the damage.

"But how could they have known, Knockout that traitor he and the other autobots will pay." Megatron said angrily.

(Jack POV)

Jack was standing next to Arcee watching Ratchet help their fellow autobots.

Most of the autobots were already healed by Ratchet as he was almost done lastly working on Windblade.

"There you go Windblade you're ok just take it easy for the next couple days." Ratchet said.

"Thanks old timer." Windblade said as she stood and Ratchet rolled his optics.

Windblade winced as she was walking, and grabbed at that spot.

"Windblade are ok, do you need help getting to your quarters?" Prowl asked.

"So you're starting to go soft Prowl I thought I'd never see the day." Windblade said as she slung her arm over his shoulder.

Prowl looked embarrassed as he grumbled to himself as Jack and Arcee laughed and even Ratchet let out a small laugh and they walked to Windblade's quarters.

Author's note:
You might think Novascreen Prime is acting immature for having the matrix of leadership, but it's Smokescreen so I think it makes sense. As for Sideswipe acting immaturely he's a young autobot and friends with Novascreen Prime.
