Cale nonchalantly nodded, "Rak is the only choice. It'd be difficult to find another teammate in times like this."

This is indeed a difficult test. Conveniently, I have Choi Han and even White Star by my side. It would be rather hard if they're not here. To make a team of three in five minutes, you need to turn your enemies into your allies.

Instead of wasting that time finding another teammate and unsure if it's going to agree, that crocodile would be the only possible choice to make their teammate though, I wonder how it'd turn out how will they make that crocodile be their teammate, Cale's lips curls up in amusement as he thought about it. Bam flinched when he saw Cale's villain smile.

Khun is still hesitating and choose to ask Bam, "Bam. . . What should we do? Should we team up with him?"

"What. . .? Um . . . Just like Mr. Cale said, it's the only choice we have right now. It would be hard to find someone else." Bam responded. Khun sighed and nodded.

"Well. . . That's true. There's no choice but to team up with him." Khun stood up and decided to reveal himself to Rak.

"Hey!! Crocodile!" Khun shouts. Rak widen his eyes when he heard someone calling him and he saw one of the wussy little turtles. When he was about to attack Khun, Choi Han tightens his hold on Rak so he won't be able to escape from the grasp of his hand but Rak is persistent. Choi Han sighed and looked at Cale with his eyes, asking what to do in this situation.

"Let that crocodile go, Choi Han. From now on, what they're going to do, is now their business. We won't interfere unless it's needed." Choi Han nodded and follow his order. When he freed him, Rak faced him and exclaims, "Next time, I'll be the one who'll win, strong black-haired turtle!"

Choi Han chuckles and went over to Cale's side. He glares at White Star and sits between the two. White Star looked confused but understood Choi Han's hostility toward him.

"There you are, you wussy little turtles!" He hollers and Khun quickly responds with a shout.

"Wait! Time out!" Rak looked perplexed when he heard him shouting "Time out".

"I want to suggest something!" Rak cocked his head, looking confused, muttering about what would Khun suggest to him.

"As the first test is over, there's no reason for us to fight! Don't you think we should find teammates now? Cale and his companions are already teammates and luckily, there are three of us right here! Let's be teammates and past the test!" Khun exclaims. Khun thought about if this idiot would agree because if it's not . . . Khun looked up when he heard Rak laughing.

"What? Teammates?" He continues to laugh at what Khun said.

"Don't kid yourself. You're just my prey. Hunters never team up with their prey! I'm the hunter, Rak Wraithraiser!" He roars and Khun could only sigh about how idiot he is. Khun thought that he's not negotiable and will just find another teammate even if it's difficult.

"Fine. If that's what you think, what can we do?" Khun raised his briefcase and slip his hands inside of it. He got a sharp knife in his hand and stares intently at Rak.

"I'll kill you within one minute and find another teammate." Rak let out a 'hmph'. Khun grips the sharp knife in his hand and readies himself. Rak flinched when he heard a shout.

"Stop!" Khun glances at him and looked baffled. Why did he stop me? What is he going to do? is what Khun thought.

"Mr. Rak, you said you wanted to hunt me." Rak nodded at what Bam said.

"Then, let me ask you a question, Mr. Rak. What do you mean by hunt?" Bam asks. Cale squints his eyes and observes the situation. Cale thought if Bam is stalling time by asking a question. That's a smart decision.

"To hunt is to make myself stronger. I push through powerful shinsu, chomp off the skin of the strong and gobble them up to make their strength mine so I only fight with strong enemies! I came here to find rivals that can make me stronger! Like you and your weapon! So! I'll hunt you and your weapon and become stronger!" Rak explains and points his red spear near Bam. Khun is still confused about what Bam is going to do. White Star who is watching this, thought about how entertaining is this while ignoring the conspicuous bloodlust towards him.

"All right, Mr. Rak, if that's what you want. . . Hunt me." Bam responds. Khun jolted and dilated his eyes.

"What . . . What did you say?! Bam?!" Khun is surprised as well as Cale. Cale thought if he wants to get killed. Choi Han furrowed his eyebrows while watching what's happening.

"You are quite a good turtle, huh?!" Rak laughs and raised his red spear, "Great! Let's fight!"

Bam casually toss his weapon on the ground and outstretched both of his arms, welcoming an attack from Rak, "Now . . . Hunt me, Mr. Rak." said Bam as he smiles. Rak's jaw slackened and trying to comprehend what happened. Did Bam just throw his weapon? Does he want to die? How will he fight him? Rak's thought is in chaos.

"Cale-nim, what Bam is doing right now? At this rate, he's going to die-," Cale shook his head and stop Choi Han from approaching Bam.

"He's not going to die. Believe in them." Cale reassures him. Choi Han trust his Cale-nim wholeheartedly and decided not to interfere. Bam is planning to stall time until the time limit is over, is what Cale thought as he hummed.

Wow. . . Was he going to do that from the start? He has some nerves! is what Khun thought. Rak growls and exclaims, "What the hell are you doing?! How come you threw away your weapon?! You fool! Pick it up!"

Bam shook his head, both of his arms are still outstretched, "If you want to fight me, fight me like this."

Rak glowers, "Hey! Without your weapon, you're not worth hunting! Pick it up!" Bam keeps saying "No", a refusal to pick up his weapon, every time Rak told him to pick it up.

After 2 minutes of shouting, Rak huffs then glares at Bam. Rak growls and snorts.

Good, killing time like this is better for us. He has to go up the tower anyway. Khun thought about that as he looked at the timer and grins.

Checkmate, he has to join us. Now, let's start the negotiation though I think it will still be the same as before, but I should try it again. Khun clears his throat and called Rak.

"What?!" Khun deadpan. The crocodile has gone mad.

"Aren't you going up the tower to find stronger prey?" Khun asks and Rak nods.

"Then, isn't it better to make a team now and go up the tower to find stronger prey to fight later?" Khun scratches his hair, "I don't understand what you're doing."

"Isn't it important to go up the tower than to hunt Bam? Don't you agree?" Rak gnashed his teeth and roars, "What are you talking about, blue turtle? Don't fool me! You're an idiot! I already told you that I came here to hunt! Right?! I don't care which floor I'm on!" Khun widen his eyes and thought about what's wrong with the crocodile. He's really gone mad!

"It doesn't matter where am I! Wherever I meet a strong enemy is my hunting ground!" Rak roars as he charged using his red spear in Khun's direction then Khun uses his briefcase to block the attack. Choi Han is trying not to help but he really wants to do it right now. Cale noticed Choi Han's behavior and understood by watching the fight. Khun and Bam will be defeated by Rak in terms of fighting but Cale knew that they're gonna make it.

"If you won't pick up the weapon, I'll make you!" Rak raised his red spear and spin it in the air then attack Khun using it. Khun groans in pain and blocks the attack using his briefcase. Khun heard Bam shouting his name and Khun cussed under his breath, now, they only have one choice left! Khun looked up at the timer and readied himself.

The announcer said, "to be considered a team, you need to be touching some part of your teammates' bodies when the time limit is over!" If we touch the crocodile at the moment the test ends, we will be considered a team and pass the test. That's the only choice left for us! is what Khun thought. Khun called Bam, "We've got no choice! We need to catch him!" Bam nodded as a response.

"Catch who, little turtles?" Rak hollers then attack again using his red spear but they were both able to avoid it. Plants swayed by the wind force produced by the wham of the red spear.

Khun clicked its tongue as he thought about how hard it is to get close to Rak without attacking him. Khun keeps jumping and evading the spear coming in his direction.

About 30 seconds left now, can I dodge his attacks and protect Bam? Khun thought about that then heard "Gotcha" from Rak. Khun cussed when he saw the red spear going to Bam then immediately throws his spare sharp knife to deflect the direction of the red spear.

"Drat, I missed," Rak mutters. Bam was shocked but his consciousness come back when he hear Khun's calling for him.

"Bam! Now! Run!" Bam dashed towards Rak and Rak cursing because of how long his red spear is. He can't attack Bam at all because of the length of the red spear. Bam and Khun quickly grabbed Rak when the time limit exactly is over.

Cale's side

Cale clicked his tongue. Why does he need to touch White Star's body? Is this some kind of new torture these days? Cale cussed under his breath. Choi Han could finally breathe when he saw Khun and Bam are okay. Choi Han looked up the timer and hold Cale-nim's hand since it's needed to touch some parts of your teammates.

Cale looked at Choi Han's hand intertwined with his hand. Cale thought he'll just hold White Star's hand and quickly let go. Cale trembled internally, thinking that he'll touch White Star's hand even if it's just for a minute.

Cale holds White Star's hand while he's cussing in his mind multiple times. White Star remembered that regulars should touch some parts of their teammates' bodies. White Star thought Cale chose to hold his hand. White Star chuckles when he saw Cale's disgusted face. Cale glares at him while Choi Han is ready to kill him right away.

5 : 00

Whirrr . . .

When the time limit is over, the small gold box suddenly announces, "The second test is over! Those who have made a team, keep holding on to each other! The three people holding each other at this moment are considered a team! You'll be sent to the next test spot!"

Cale and others heard Rak shouting, "Argh!! You damn turtles!!" Then they were sent to Evankhell's mothership, the second test point.
