the stranger's name was jisung. minho thought it suited him.
it was as cute as his soft features, that also looked a bit child-like.

"hi, my name's minho," they awkwardly shook hands and lightly bowed to each other, before jisung lifted up minho's bike from the ground and dragged it on the path to his house, minho walking beside him.

he was really confused and uncertain about what was happening, but jisung looked like he really wanted to help him.

"just wait me here, i'll get the first aid kit," jisung told him, making him sit down on a wooden bench in his porche and disappearing into his own house.

minho took his time to admire the place he was at, the trees and furniture all around him. it looked like the house was well-kept.

his eyes trailed all the way through the front yard and stopped at the weeping willow at his right.

damn it, it all happened because of that fascinating tree, and the magic minho felt radiating from it. its branches elegantly waved due to the soft breeze, making it look even more hypnotizing.

minho was shook off from his daze by jisung who was back with a little box filled with bandaids and other medical stuff.

"here, lift up your sleeve," jisung said, taking out a small bottle from the box.

minho widened his eyes, looking up at the other boy. jisung returned the gaze.

"c'mon, it's just an arm, nothing to be embarrassed of," he giggled, waiting for the brown haired boy to lift up his sleeve, which he noticed was a little ripped off where it was bleeding.

he didn't understand how he had ended up in such a clumsy mess.

jisung started to clean his wound, which didn't seem to be serious and deep, but still decided to distract the boy, so that the pain could be more bearable.

"so, minho... do you live close by?"

"mh-mh, two streets from here."

"oh- that's really close," jisung said surprised. he didn't remember ever seeing minho around.

"are you my hyung? i'm 17," jisung then added, now disinfecting the wound.

minho gritted his teeth and squinted his eyes, his muscles tensing under his shirt.

"sorry..." the other boy mumbled, "it will be over soon," he showed him a big smile and minho managed to return a small one.

"y-yes, i'm 19," he replied, his voice still trembling a bit.

"oh, okay. do you perhaps go to the same school as me?" jisung kept asking, and minho suddenly seemed interested.

so the younger boy told him the name of the high school and minho nodded excitedly, happy to have found a new friend.

"woah, that's cool. i don't remember ever seeing you there though."

"i'm not the type to draw attention," minho giggled, followed by the younger.

"yeah, i figured," then jisung sighed and smiled satisfied. "i'm done here," he said applying a band aid on minho's arm and rolling down his sleeve.

the elder looked up at him, his eyes big and sincere, "thank you so much, jisung."

the younger suddenly felt suffocating from minho's intense stare and blushed, immediately looking down at his hands.

minho's lips lifted up in a smug smile, before he stood up and ran a hand through his hair, "it was nice meeting you."

"it was nice for me, too," jisung admitted, standing up as well.

"i'll see you around," minho waved, going back to his bike, and hopping on it, hoping it was still standing.

jisung waved back as he watched his hyung ride away, with the last thing he heard being "and sorry for interrupting you with your book!"

jisung then smiled brightly and shook his head, going back to seat under his favourite tree, his book still laying on the grass from when he had thrown it a few minutes earlier.

he kept going through the pages, trying to read more lines, but his mind seemed to be stuck with a certain handsome boy's face.
