Every night, after I got home from school, I always look at the window. Seeing the beautiful night view of New York City. I always wondered what will be my story is. It starts when my parents died on a car crash when I was young. Now, I am living alone.

Night and day I always shed a tear. It seems that my life is a total mess. Something is missing....

Something that my heart badly need...

I don't have friends, relatives, it is just me...

I went downstairs and changed my pajamas into my night's outfit. I asked permission from my dormmate and left. I walked abound the beautiful city. I can feel the wind touches my skin. This is my favorite pasttime when I am lonely.

Hours later, I felt like I am so tired so I sat down on a bench. Beside me was a vending machine. I rolled a coin in it and my favorite soda came out.

I looked at the stars of the blue night sky. Then, a shooting star appeared. I remembered myself wishing on it when I was a child so I do the same thing. Closing my eyes and whispered, "I wish I could find that something that is missing in my heart. Something that will change my life and make it worth living..."

I stopped and look at my watch. Well, it's now late so I gotta go back to the apartment.

While walking it started to rain, it becomes stronger and stronger. Great, now I don't have an umbrella. I really need to go back! Taking my steps, I didn't noticed that I walked past on a pedestrian lane where there is a car with no headlight approaching.

It's speed was so fast. Due to the rain, I didn't notice the car was heading on to the direction where I am standing. I just closed my eyes and waiting for an impact.

Then, I was consumed by darkness. But on that darkness, I heard a voice. Then, those pair of reddish eyes met my (eye color) ones. My body doesn't have the strength to move as I passed out.

Time skip...

As I opened my eyes, I was blinded by a white light. My vision was blurr until it turned clear when the light was turned on a different direction.

Then, I saw a green huge hand snapping. Wait, Green huge hand?!

"Miss? Are you okay?" I looked where the voice came from and I see a BIG MUTANT TURTLE with a violet bandana wrapped around on his eyes. Because of his appearance, I screamed with my lungs out and tried to ran away.

" No, no, no, no! It's okay. Easy... I am not a bad guy." the turtle said. I make myself relaxed and I sensed he is telling the truth.

"I'm sorry. Did I... just scared you became I get scared?" I asked awkwardly. But before he answers, there is another turtle came inside the room, another mutant with a blue bandana that matches his sapphire blue eyes.

"Donnie, is she okay?" the blue one asked as he looked at me. His eyes were hypnotizing and somewhat familiar. The blue cladded turtle came closer to me as he helped me sit down.

"Don't be afraid. I'm not gonna hurt you." he says calmly. And his voice is so gentle, immediately getting my a bit of my trust.

"Your eyes... they're beautiful." I mumbled.

"Uhhh... thank you?" the turtle answered, confused. Realizing of what I've said, I covered my mouth with my two hands.

Why did I said such a thing?
