Kai might have his henchmen, but I have an army of monsters at my side.

I discussed the plans through with everyone. We sneaked in from the front gate, while another group climbs up the walls towards the pool. The flight monsters are waiting in the forest for my signal. Everything was ready; only one thing was missing...bait.

"Now it's time for your great performance lady" I said to the gremlin woman.

The way she looked at me resembled the plush toys with their big eyes. "Are you kidding me?!" she yelled at me. "Of course...not" raising my index finger towards the hotel, while she moved to that direction slowly. In the meantime, we all stayed hidden in the forest, as she got the attention of the two guards. She trembled and made herself tiny, with big eyes she mumbled around like a little baby. I must admit, she looks cute like that! This was our chance to get rid of them, making a sign to the gargoyles. They did their part of the plan and removed them from their spot. I told them to throw them into the lake; there is no need to kill them. One of the gargoyles howled for us to move forward. My group was the banshee, the headless rider and a werewolf. Inside the lobby we looked in horror at the huge amount of cages...full of monsters.

Under them I found Wayne and Wanda, separated by cages. "Where is the count?" the two looked up with relief, "N/A you returned! ...They are outside at the pool."

"Got it!"

I gave the rest of my group a sign. The werewolf made a whistle, only for other wolves to hear. In an instant, the forest comes alive. The nastiest monsters approached the hotel, frightening ever man that crossed their path. I ordered them to check the entire hotel for more hostages and to throw out all humans in black suits out the window. Especially the gremlin enjoyed that order, chasing, biting and playing with the enemy was their thing.

I was about to go to the pool, as Wanda warned me, "Be careful hun, they have weapons."

I thanked her and told the banshee to take all of the vests of the human men. They can only help us a little, but totally unarmed would be suicidal. "Rider, ask your friend Glenn to help us for plan B" he knew what I meant and went out of the hotel, leaving us three. "Hey Werewolf, how good are you at breaking cages?" "This will be easy for me; I used to break into houses to clear the fridges!" I rolled my eyes at this, "Wonderful way to use your talent, anyway, now it will be useful. I want you to free everyone in the lobby." The next I turned my head to the Banshee, "And we will save the Dracula family."

We stayed behind a wall taking a peek once in a while. I could see Kai playing with a crossbow, practicing his shots at a wooden puppet. He was good at that! My blood runs cold, as he ordered his men to get the cage with Dracula's father, placing him near the pool. "Sorry Vlad, I can't let you out of your cage, but I am sure you forgive me for taking you down this way" said Kai raising his crossbow. Vlad didn't say a word, instead he closed his eyes. The rest of the family couldn't bear to see this and turned their heads away. Kai was about to pull the trigger as....

"KAI!!!!!"

He missed the old Dracula by a few inches, in anger he face towards my direction. His expression changed dramatically as he met my eyes, "N/A what are you doing here?!"

"I could ask you the same...monster hunter."

He seems to be surprised at this, "How do you know?"

"Doris!"

Kai's face turned to anger, "This little..."

"Kai end this now!"

"Or what? Will you kill me? Do you even have the guts?" he asked, smiling evil.

"I will fight if I have to. Don't underestimate me!"

"I don't think that's necessary" he said, as I felt hands grab me from behind. Another man got the werewolf and threw him to my feet. He was in a coma. The banshee was also caught and placed into an empty cage. I glared at Kai, who laughed at this.

"I love it when you look angry sweetheart, too bad that you have to come and ruin my parade."

My look hardened, "This is not over! ...Glenn!!!!!"

At first it became all quiet, until a huge tentacle appeared before us, attacking the men near me. I freed myself and helped the banshee. Kai was now furious; he recharged his bow and pointed it towards Vlad. I tackled him from behind to the floor, that way I was able to get my hands on his cross bow. Once I reached it I aimed at him. "I told you it is not over!"

"You think? You think you are the only one with a backup plan?!"

BANG!

"N/A!" screamed the Dracula family, as I dropped the crossbow. I hold my arm tight, as my arm was soaked in blood. "Oh dear I missed" said a woman in the shadows. I couldn't believe it, as she revealed herself.

"Doris?!"

"Surprised N/A?"

"But, but...how?"

She went over to Kai and gave him a kiss on his cheek, "we are a couple."

"Since when?" I couldn't believe this and stared at Kai in disbelief.

"Ever since you had an affair with him!" he said, pointing at Drac, "I knew if I don't act now you would come and ruin it all. However, I didn't expect you to come back."

Doris smiled evil, "it seems she has a thing for vamps Kai."

He agreed picking up his crossbow, while she pointed her gun at me.

"What did monsters ever do to you?" I asked them.

It seem to be a touchy question, Kai was now beyond fury, "How dare you ask us this question?!!!!"

He raised his finger at the vampires, "They killed my entire family!!!"
