Adelaide was in her chambers when she thought she should check on the guests.
She saw the servant take Lucerys to a room just a few doors down so she knew where to go. She couldn't go see Aemond, she felt his cold gaze like a dagger and she tries to avoid it as much as she could.
The moon was glazing though the window of the tight corridor, pack with wooden doors with dents and cracks in them they collected from age.
Adelaide knocked on the door to see a frazzled looking Lucerys.
"Is everything alright?" She says softly, not to scare him even more.
"Oh, yes thank you my lady" he says as he bows awkwardly.
Adelaide smiles and bows her head in return. As she looks up, her attention stops on a sword on his bed.
He looks back, and then to her.
"Oh that is mandatory to bring. I wasn't going to-".
"It's beautiful" Adelaide says as she walks up to it and picks it up.
"It looks just like my sisters one. Well, except less rusty and slightly longer".
Lucerys looks at her shocked.
"Your sister owns a sword. I didn't believe ladies to have swords. Do you... have one?" He asks her, curious.
"Oh no, it's far too clunky for me. I have a bow and arrow. Lighter, quicker and my aim is well" she says looking at him.
She notices his brown curls again and remembers his mother to have white, straight hair and his father to have the same. He reminded her of Ser Harwin Strong then Ser Leoner.
"Well I must be off. It is late and I believe you need your rest after the long journey." She smiles, turns around and heads to the door.
As she does so, she hears his voice
"Goodnight then, luke." And she leaves.

As Adelaide wakes up, she feels a wet substance under her nightgown.
She was only 3 and 10 years of age so her first bleed was not a surprise, but it did shock her.
She sighs as she gets up and walks to her door. She peeks her head around the corner and asks a nearby servant to get her lady's maid for her. The servant nods her head and speed walks off.
Just then, prince Lucerys arrives, greeting Adelaide at her door.
"Luke, you should come back later." She states.
"Why-" at that moment he looks down at her gown and notices blood dripping from it. It's not alot, but it's alarming for poor Luke.
"Miss, are you alright?" He asks quick and smoothly.
"Yes. It is just *that* time in a woman's life" she murmers as she looks at him, eyes wide, hinting at something.
He finally gets it. "Oh, I am so sorry, I will leave" he says, embarrassed.
Just then, her lady's maid, Eden, came and looks at her gown.
"I will start a bath right away, my lady".
"Thank you, Eden. You are most kind.
Eden smiles, bows and goes to start a bath.
Throughout the bath, Adelaide remembers Lukes scared face and chuckled to herself. 'He cares about me already, he will make a great leader one day' she thought.

Later that day, as Adelaide wipes her dress flat, she bumps into a tall figure. Aemond.
"Oh, I am sorry- oh, aemond, it's you".
"Do not sound so sad" Aemond says as he lifts up her chin.
There is a sense about Aemond that freaks Adelaide off. She doesn't know if it's his sharp gaze or his lack of personal space, but he is not to be trusted in her books.
"Well, I will be on my way then. Good day my prince".
"My bastard nephew does not deserve you. He is weak and scared, you deserve someone more... capable. Like myself." Prince Aemond says as Adelaide stops in her tracks.
Without turning around, she states "you will fit my sisters personality perfectly then, I believe I am more like Lucerys than you. Good day." She strides off quick, so he doesn't catch up with her.
In all truth, she is not "scared" or "weak", she is strong and trusts no one. But she likes Lukes soft nature and his charming smile more than she would ever like Aemond.
