Noone's POV.

---In the Outlands---

"Let me up you stupid hyena!" Kion roared, struggling. "I have to help my family!"

Janja just laughed at the young lion. "Your not going anywhere. Your dying. Right here. Right now."

"No....Im....NOT!" Kion roared, launching up and throwing him off with a snarl. He leaped to his paws and stalked toward him, tail lashing.

Janja stood up as well and crouched, baring his teeth.

"I've had enough of you." Kion snarled. "Its time for your life to come to an end!"

"I dont think s--"

"I DO!" Kion Roared. The clouds overhead, which had slowly been roiling in, shifted into lions, each one roaring with him. The wind blasted forward with a force that carried Janja off of his paws and sent him flying.

Kion cut off his Roar, and the hyena landed on the ground with a hard thump. The lion shook out his golden fur before slowly making his way over to the hyena, ready to do what needed to be done.

---Meanwhile in the Pridelands---

"Wheres your son at Nala?" Vitani sneered, leaping up onto a rock and glaring down at the Queen, who spun to face her.

"Vitani!" She growled.

Simba flung an Outlander off of him with a snarl before turning to the next one, only to have Zira slowly approach.

"Your mine!" She repeated, unsheathing her claws. Simba snarled, raising a paw, and Zira raised hers as well.

"STOP!"

Kiara jumped in front of them, facing her father, while Kovu was beside her, facing Zira.

"Kovu." Zira snarled.

Kovu's eyes hardened.

"Kiara." Simba growled.

"Daddy, this has to stop." Kiara's voice shook, and she forced it steady.

"Move." Zira growled menacingly.

"Stand aside." Simba ordered.

"I wont let you hurt Kiara. Or Simba. Not while im here." Kovu growled, baring his teeth at his mother.

Zira drew back.

"A wise King once told me," Kiara stared straight at her father. "We Are One. I didnt understand him then....But....Now I do."

Simba's eyes narrowed. "...But they--"

"Them? Us?" Kiara tilted her head. "Look at them. They are us." She whispered, nodding toward all of the lionesses. "What differences do you see?"

Simba blinked, looking at his daughter before following her gaze.

"This is ridiculous." Zira turned to her daughter. "Vitani, go!"

"No mother!" Vitani snapped.

Zira gasped.

"Kiara's right!" Vitani came forward, walking past Kovu and standing beside Kopa. "Enough."

Zira suddenly growled. "If you will not fight....Then you will die as well."

The Outlanders looked at eachother, shocked, before slowly crossing over to stand with the Pridelanders, glaring at Zira.

"What?!" Zira roared. "Where are you going?! Get back here!"

"Enough, Zira." Simba said, stepping forward. "Let the past go."

"I'll never let it go!" Zira roared at him. Simba was about to reply before a familiar Roar shook the earth.

Seeing he was distracted, Zira growled. "This is for you, Scar!" She lunged.

"No!" Kiara shot in front of her father. Simba's eyes widened.

"Kiara!"
