Eyes wide, mouth open, I could only stare down at Janja while I processed this.

"Kila." I heard Bunga whisper.

"Kila?" Uzuri sounded confused.

"Kila?" Ono sounded shocked.

"Kila." Fuli gasped.

"Kila.." Beshte managed to squeak.

Janja burst out laughing, pushing me off and standing up.

I just stood there, my eyes locked on the hyena in front of me, only one thought in my head.

"Thats right. I have your precious little sister." Janja sneered at me.

"Little sister?" Uzuri sounded even more confused.

I just stared at Janja. Not knowing what to do. Or say.

In all honesty, I wanted to rip him apart.

But doing that wouldnt get my sister back. I knew that.

I closed my eyes, trembling with both fury and pain. It took everything I had not to lunge forward and start shredding my claws through his pelt. "Get out."

Janja raised an eyebrow and didnt move. "And why sh--"

"GET OUT!" I roared, opening my eyes and glaring at him.

"Gladly." Janja spat. "Lets go fella's." He turned and started walking away. Cheezi and Chungu followed.

"Oh, and Janja?" I called, closing my eyes again.

"Yes, lion cub?" Janja sneered.

"If you ever return to these lands again." My voice was ice cold, yet calm. "I will flay your skin in strips and make you regret ever being born. I'll give you the pain you deserve. I will kill you Janja, and I will enjoy every freaking second of it."

There was no answer; I didnt have to open my eyes to know the hyenas were running as fast as they could back to the Outlands.
