Captain Hook/Killian X Kiara ft. Peter Pan

Everyone was in worried sick when they knew the Henry was captured by the two strangers in StoryBrooke. One of them was Kiara, another one of Henry's grandmothers. Kiara is the twin sister of David. She used to work for the StoryBrooke police. She became the Deputy when Graham tragically died and Emma took the place as the Sheriff. When the curse was lifted, she was reunited back with her twin and her own big family. As much as she loves her family, she's longing for a different type of love. Romantic love. She had no idea that she'd fine it in a hopeless place.

A captain named Captain Hook offered to help them find the boy. No one really knows why since the people know of him as a villain. Only caring about no one but himself and his revenge. The first time Kiara saw him, she wouldn't lie if she said that he wasn't attractive. She's just ignored him all the time he's been in StoryBrooke, until he decided to help them.

Now, as they were on the dangerous seas on Neverland, Kiara was pacing back and forth at the ship. Emma, David, Snow, Rumplestiltskin, and Regina were all in separate places of the ship. Meanwhile, Captain Hook was still at the wheel.

"Doing some pretty hard thinking there love?"

Kiara turned around and saw Captain Hook with a raised eyebrow and a small smile on his face.

"Take a load off," he said. "Have some rum," he offered her his bottle.

Kiara crossed her arms and walked towards him. She scoffed as she declined his offer of rum by gently pushing the bottle away. "I suppose that's why you keep on failing Captain, at your chance at revenge."

"Hey, you can bloody talk bad things about me all you want but not rum!"

Kiara let out a chuckle. "I'm surprised I'm still trusting you to take us to save Neverland."

"It's called faith love." He was about to take another swig on the bottle but Kiara took it away from him. "Ahhh," he smiled. "I knew you'd come around."

"Were you drunk all this time?" She scolded him.

"Not really love," he took the bottle from her hand. He took a few steps towards Kiara who stood her ground. They were so near that their noses could touch. "The wind is taking us where we want to go and I'm drinking since I'm off duty," he explained to her. He walked away and Kiara felt a little flustered.

With how near he was, he made feelings stir up inside of her. Feelings that were new but yet somehow familiar. Then when he walked away, a gust of air blew and she was able to smell his scent, which is mostly rum and the smell of the ocean. She had this urge to call out to him. She had no idea why but it was strong.

"Wait!" She called out to him.

Captain Hook stopped walking and turned to her with this charming smile. "Yes love?"

"Do you really think we'll find him?" She asked him. "Henry," she quickly added.

"Are you really asking me that? A pirate."

"Well do you? I mean, you must've at least thought that we do since you agreed to help us," she walked towards him.

"Love, I'm going to be frank with you alright?" He sighed. "Peter Pan and his Lost Boys are dangerous. Pan is a cunning and manipulative boy. I believe that he can take all of us out whenever he bloody wants to but I also believe that you and your friends."

"Family," she corrected him. "They're my family."

"Might have a chance to rescue the lad and also set me free," he continued, ignoring her comment.

"Set you free?" Kiara's eyes were furrowed. "From what?"

"From Pan. I've been doing his dirty work for years and I want to be free."

"So there was something you can get out of this," Kiara scoffed at him. "Should've known a man like you don't think about others but yourself."

With that, Kiara went to the hammock provided for her on the ship. Leaving Captain Hook alone, who took in a swig of his rum when Kiara was out of his sight.

When they landed on the shores of Neverland, everyone was following Captain Hook's lead around Neverland since he's was the one who knows around the island. Rumplestiltskin also left them making everyone a little disoriented that they won't receive his help. After a few hours, they picked a place to camp and rested for the night.

Kiara couldn't really sleep with all the anxiety inside of her. She had no idea how the others were able to sleep. As much as she tried to close her eyes and let her body shut down for a while, she just couldn't. Kiara then heard someone mumbling. She recognized that voice was Captain Hook's. She went towards him and saw that his eyes were furrowed, he was mumbling in his sleep, and one of his hand was reaching for his bottle of rum.

He must be having a nightmare.

"Hook," she tried to wake him up. "Hook."

Seeing that he was still having his nightmare, Kiara slapped him very hard which worked. Captain Hook's eyes opened and he saw Kiara who has a raised eyebrow.

"Wh-What happened?" He asked.

"You were having a nightmare," Kiara pointed out.

"Why are you awake?" He asked her.

"Can't sleep," she shrugged.

"Want some rum?" He offered her his bottle.

Kiara chuckled. "I'm not that desperate for my body to sleep." Captain Hook rolled his eyes and sat up to be able to take another swig of his rum. "What was your nightmare about?" Kiara asked out of curiosity.

Captain Hook stopped drinking and looked at Kiara. He put down his bottle of rum and looked at her square in the eye.

"You said that I don't care about anyone about myself," he started. "Caring for someone hurts. Everyone I care about dies."

"Who are they?"

"My brother and my true love, Milah."

Kiara saw that Captain Hook looked so vulnerable. It was the first time she's seen him like that. Hearing his story, she realized that she's misjudged him. She felt some guilt and couldn't face him in the eye.

"I'm sorry," she apologized.

"For what love?"

"For saying that you cared about no one than yourself. Clearly that you cared a lot and they were taken away from you."

"It's alright love," he said to her. "Most people judge me before they get to know me. I didn't really care when Milah died but I wish that you didn't."

"Why not?"

"Well, I quite fancy you from time to time when you're not yelling at me, love."

Kiara chuckled nervously and a blush was starting to creep on her neck. "Do you um," she paused. "Do you want me to sleep beside you?" Captain Hook started to grow a big smile on his face making Kiara punch him on his shoulder. "Not like that," she chuckled. "I was just thinking that living alone all these years you might want some company. Some real company. Not any of those bimbos that you used to be with."

Captain Hook opened his arms. "Feel free to do what you want, love."

"Scoot over," she said. "Don't get handsy," she warned him.

"Wouldn't dream of it, love."

They were now lying side by side. "Night, Hook."

"Night, love."

The following days, Captain Hook and Kiara were inseparable. She'd always be by his side and talk about random things. David saw how close the two were getting. The wasn't just him, the others also noticed, but they didn't really find anything wrong with the new friendship.

"Kiara," David called out to his twin.

She walked towards him from Captain Hook. "Yeah?"

"You're getting really close with the Captain there," he said.

"Yeah so? You pointed out the obvious, what's your point?"

"It's just that, I'm not exactly sure if you want to get close with a guy like him."

Kiara put her hands on her hips. "Don't judge him. You don't even know him yet."

"I don't have to. I think I know his type."

"No you don't," she scoffed. "You think you know him but you don't. I know him!"

"Is everything alright?" Snow walked up towards them when Kiara yelled.

"It was," Kiara stormed off towards Captain Hook leaving Snow and David behind.

As the group kept on walking with Captain Hook's lead, Kiara couldn't help but feel as if someone was watching her. She just shrugged the feeling off and just kept on walking. She didn't talk to anyone and was still a little upset after hers and David's little fight. Captain Hook noticed Kiara's change in her mood. He wanted to ask her about it but she didn't look like she wanted to talk to anyone.

After a while, the group decided to rest. Emma was trying to figure out the map that Pan gave her a few days ago. Kiara was given the task of taking some more wood. David wanted to come with her and apologize but she just ignored him and dragged Captain Hook with her. Before they can get any further, Hook stopped her by pulling her hand. Kiara wasn't prepared for that and was pulled into Captain Hook's chest.

"Well hello there love," he smiled.

Kiara blushed and pushed herself away from him.

"Is there a problem? You've been acting strange." Kiara crossed her arms and sighed. "Strange enough to drink a bottle of rum?" He asked her with a smile. He knew how to get her to smile again.

"No," she declined once more. "It's just that David is being over protective of me."

"Ah," he said in understanding.

"Yeah," she nodded. "I know that he's trying to be this good brother but he has no right to judge you like that."

"Neither did you," he said to her.

"Yeah, well." She shifted her weight in the balls of her feet. "I apologized," was the only excuse she could think of.

"That you did. As I've said, I don't care what other people think of me. Only what you think of me. Do you see me for the man that I am?" He asked her.

Both Kiara and Captain Hook were really close. They were staring into each other's eyes. Kiara opened her mouth to say...

"Other than being a one-handed pirate with a drinking problem?" A different voice said.

Both Kiara and Captain Hook turned around and saw a boy wearing all green, standing with his weight on the bark of a tree.

"Oh was I disturbing a moment?"

"You bloody hell know that you are Pan," Captain Hook said walking in front of Kiara, blocking her from Pan.

Pan smirked. "My bad."

"What do you want?" Captain Hook asked him.

"I need you to do something for me," he said, taking one step towards him.

"I'm done doing your dirty work Pan," he said spitefully. He took out his sword and pointed it at him only making Pan scoff.

"You know that you're completely defenseless even if you have a sword and a hook for a hand. You're in Neverland, my home," he motioned around him. "Also the deal still stands and you will say yes and agree to it."

"What makes you think that?"

"I get what I want when I want Captain. Also." Pan disappeared from both Captain Hook and Kiara's sight making them disoriented.

"Don't do it. You said you wanted to be free. This is your chance," she said to him.

Kiara jumped when Pan was right beside her. "I'll take her until you agree to the deal," Pan finished.

"No! Wait-"

But she was already gone along with Pan.

Kiara and Pan showed up at the camp. Pan commanded the Lost Boys to take Kiara and put her in the cage. Kiara tried to struggle but she was no match for the Lost Boys. They were just too many and they were stronger than her. Meanwhile, Captain Hook told the group that Kiara was captured making David dismayed and completely outraged at Captain Hook that he wasn't able to protect Kiara. He didn't fight David because he also thinks that he failed at protecting the girl he began to care about.

"Well what are we gonna do?" Emma asked.

"We're still going after Henry," Regina spoke up. "If we get Henry, we also get Kiara back. Don't worry David. We'll get your sister back."

David reluctantly agreed, knowing that Henry was also important since he's his grandson. But David still haven't warmed up to Captain Hook since he partially blames him, but he also blames himself. If they didn't fight then she might've not been captured. Maybe he would've been able to protect her.

"Hey," Snow took David's hand in his. "We'll find her. I have hope that we will."

"I hope so too Snow," David gripped his wife's hand.

When night came, Kiara was still in the cage. She wondered what Pan was going to do to her. She also wondered if she can find Henry. Lastly, she wondered how Captain Hook was doing. She was thinking at how close the both of them were earlier. How she was going to say that she doesn't see him as a one-handed pirate with a drinking problem. She sees something else. She can see a man who's hurting and has been through a lot. Trying to escape his past and avenge the girl that he loves.

Kiara's ears perked up when she heard footsteps. She turned her head and saw Peter Pan looking at her with a smirk on his smug face. He opened the cage and motioned for her to get out. She got out of the cage and was met with Pan's green eyes.

"What do you want?" She snapped at him.

"No need to be all hostile love," he chuckled deeply. He took some rope and tied up Kiara's hands behind her back tightly.

"Don't call me that," she said to him.

"Oh only your dear Captain can call you that?" He teased her. "Well, that Captain was stupid for not wanting to do my work. To think I expected more from him."

"He's not stupid. That's one of the smartest things he's done."

"Well since he didn't accept the job, someone will be punished."

Kiara paled. "What are you going to do?"

Pan's eyes grew dark, scaring Kiara. "Something fun."

He took her arm and transported the both of them at a cliff. On the other side, she saw Emma, Regina, David, and Hook.

"Kiara!" David called out to her.

"David!" She called out to him.

"Don't worry! You're going to be safe!"

Pan smirked and held the back of the shirt of Kiara. He pushed her, so that she'll get near the edge. Kiara made the mistake of looking down and was frightened when she saw the huge waves and rocks. Her eyes held panic and fear until she saw Hook. His eyes contained the same panic and fear but there was a reassurance in him that made her feel a little calm.

"Too bad you didn't take the deal Captain. Well, one last chance. I'll give her to you if you accept the job."

"Don't!" Kiara yelled. "Don't do it! I can get out of this."

Pan smirked at Kiara. "So what's it gonna be Captain? You accept the job or never see Kiara again?"

Captain Hook was torn. He didn't want to take the job because he wanted to start anew but he also wants to take it so that the could save Kiara. He looked at her and saw that she believes in him. She believes that he will make the right choice not just for him but for everyone.

"I won't!" He said. "I won't take the job."

Pan chuckled as if that's what he really wanted him to say. "Shame. Say goodbye Kiara."

With that, Pan pushed her off the cliff to meet the nasty waters and jagged rocks.

"NOOOOOOOO!" Captain Hook yelled.

"Killian!!"

Kiara was engulfed in the water and she never rose up. She fell at the water and hit her head hard on one of the rocks, causing her to go unconscious. Her body was sinking into the water. She thought that she was done for. Before she could be completely unconscious, she saw a flash of red, then everything went black.

"Too bad," Pan smirked. "She was a real beauty." Pan disappeared from their sight, feeling rather victorious.
