Apps Needed:
•Pic Collage (No shit Sherlock)
•Resizer (If you want to resize for covers and stuff)
•PicsArt (For effects, borders, masks, etc.)

STEP ONE: Enter Pic Collage
STEP TWO: Start doing whatever you wanna do, whether it's making a cover or just dicking around with a photo.
STEP THREE: After you've finished, DONT SAVE.
STEP FOUR: Take a screenshot. (If you don't know how, press the home button and the power button at the exact same time. If the screen flashes, then you have taken a screenshot.)
STEP FIVE: Go to your photos and find the cover/photo you just screenshotted.
STEP SIX: Tap the "Edit" button
STEP SEVEN: Tap on the icon where it showed two arrows around a square, this is the crop option.
STEP EIGHT: Crop out everything until only the cover/photo remains.
STEP NINE: Tap "Done"
STEP TEN: If you want to resize the photo, go to the Resizer app. If you want to add effects and etc., go to PicsArt
