No ones pov:

As Natalie left the room she lean herself to the wall and let's out a big breath she doesn't know she was holding.

Tears almost escape her eyes but she knows she has to get herself together, she knows she can't get so worked up about someone she met a weeks ago.

She gets off the wall and proceed to walk away toward the party. She didn't want to go down there but that's her job. She just wishes it is gonna stop soon...

Y/n pov:

I'm in my room, laying down on the bed, thinking about everything that has been said. It felt like hours but actually has only been a few minutes.

I hated every part of it. I've never argued with anyone before but she's right. I have to get my head out of the gut. We're not together and I have to admit I was wrong.

When I have the chance I'm gonna apologize to her. That's the right thing to do I guess. I don't want her to have a hard time cause of me...

I close my eyes trying to sleep off the feelings I have but after a few minutes I hear some sort of explosion.

As I hear that I feel like my vision is going black. Everything is spinning and my breath accelerate. 

Panic attack...

It hasn't happened in a long time but suddenly realization hits me.

Everyone is downstairs.

I try get my breathing under control and go to get up.
I need to get to the others!

I get up and shift in my wolf form.
I run down the stairs and see Happy taking Pepper out of the house and Natalie going god knows where.
Everyone is running out but I feel my breath pick up again. I try following Natalie but I have Tony and who I think is Rhodey, in front of me so I just run out the other door.

When I get out I see Happy and Pepper trying to get to me and as I reach them we get in the car and drove away.

I sit in the back with Pepper, who is trying to calm me down. I lay my head on her lap as she caresses my head. My breathing starts to slow down and I ask them where we're going. Apparently we're gonna stay at Happy's apartment for the night. In the morning I'm gonna find Tony, no matter what. I'm really mad at him this time.

The next day
Randi's donuts

Y/n pov:

I got Happy to track down Tony's phone.
He wanted to come with but I said I would go alone. Pepper, in the other hand, doesn't even wanna see him. And I can not argue with her, she has good reasons!

As I got to my destination I see him literally in a big donut on top of a coffee shop.

He has to be kidding right now...

As I'm about to call him I sense a man coming next to me. I look at him and I have to say, he has some style.
I mean, he has an eye patch! How cool is that?
Ok not the point.

"Are you the Shadow Hunter? Y/n, right?"

How does he know?

"Depends on who's asking..."

"You're reserved. I respect that"

He pulls out a badge and I take it to have a look at it. Shield? Really? This explains a lot.

"Nickolas J. Fury. Nice to meet you. You already know who I am so there is no need to say it. What do you need sir?"

"First of all I wanna get the guy out of the donut and secondly, I wanna have a talk with you"

"Be my guest sir"
I say nodding and looking back at Tony.
Let the man do his job I guess...

He turns to Tony and shouts
"Sir, I'm gonna have to ask you to exit the donut"

I suppress a laugh at that. The man is funny, I have to admit it.

As Tony is looking at us confused I see Fury walking in the caffe. I shrug my shoulders and follow him sitting down near the window, in front of Nick.

Tony soon gets to us and they start talking while I look at what to order. And I don't care, it is gonna be on him.

"I told you I don't wanna join your super secret boy band."

"What's that?"

"I'll tell you later"
Fury turns back to Tony
"No, I remember you do everything yourself... How is it working out for yah?"

Before I get to order a waiter gets me some pancakes and bacon. I thank him and look at Fury who smiles at me. I smile back and get to eat. I didn't know how much I was starving before now. And I don't want to know how he knew what I was gonna order.

"Sorry, I don't wanna start off on the wrong foot. Do I look at the patch or the eye?"

I kick his feet under the table at what he just said. But keep quiet anyway.

"Honestly I'm hungover and I don't know if you're real or..."

"I am very real. I'm the realest person you're ever gonna meet."

"Just my luck. Where's the staff here?.."

He takes his head and makes him look the other way.

"Oh, that's not looking too good."

I look at what he's talking about and I see a weird drawing on Tony's skin.

Suddenly I hear someone approach us and as I look I see Natalie with a sort of cat suit on. And when I say my mouth dropped just believe it.

"We've secured the perimeter but I don't think we should hold it for too much longer"

Ok so that's the secret that I needed to wait for. Now I understand. She couldn't get any better honestly.

"Uh... You're fired."

I roll my eyes at Tony's attempt.

"It's not up to you"

"It's not up to you"

Me and Natalie say at the same time and as I look at her she smirks at me.
I can feel myself blush and I look down at my food.

"Tony. I want you to meet agent Romanoff"

Romanoff?
Fake name of course...

"I'm a shield shadow and I was tasked to you by Dr. Fury"

I look up at her and she gives me a fast look.
I think we're gonna have to talk later.

"I suggest you apologize"

"I don't think she should"

"What side are you on?"

"Certainly not yours after yesterday"

I look at him with an angry look and he shuts up.

"You've been busy! You've made your girl your CEO. You gave away all your stuff...
You let your friend fly away with your suit!
If I didn't know better..."

"You don't know better. I didn't give it to him, he took it."

"Whoa whoa whoa. He took it?!
You're ironman and he just took it?"

As they talk Natalie, that's not even her name and I have to ask later, keeps looking at me. As our eyes meet she looks away smiling and I do the same.

"...Is that possible?"

"Well, according to Mr. Stark's database security guidelines there are redundancies to prevent unauthorized usage."

And she got him there. Now I see her get up and I would follow her if Tony wasn't on my left side blocking the way.

"What do you want from me?"

"What do we want from you? No no no!
What do you want from me.
You have become a problem, a problem I have to deal with"
"Contrary to your beliefs, you are not the center of my universe"

This man is scary when he wants to be

"Yeah I get it..."

"I have bigger problems then you in the southwest region to deal with... Hit him"

As he says the last thing, snapping his fingers I see Natalie sticking a needle in his neck. If she did that to me I would of snapped so much I would probably hurt someone but thankfully she didn't.

"Are you gonna steal my kidney and sell it? Honestly could you please not do anything awful for five seconds?"

After he says that I hit him in the back of his head. He tries to turn his head but Natalie blocks hit turning him more to the side to see the design on his neck going away.

"What did you just do to me?"

"What we just did for you.
That's lithium dioxide. It's gonna take the edge off. We're trying to get you back to work."

"Give me a couple of boxes and I'll be right as rain"

"It's not a cure, It's just to brake the symptoms"

I'm honestly relieved that there is something that at least gives him a chance. Even if she said it's not a cure, at least it's something.

After a few other words we get up to leave the place. We have to get Tony to the destroyed house so he can get to work at whatever they need him for.

As we start leaving Natalie takes me to her car telling me she's gonna give me a ride so we can talk. It's a shield car so it was quite big and actually really cool.

We get in and she starts the drive.
"Soo... You're a spy"

She chuckles at this before responding.
"Yes... Yes I'm a 'spy'. My real name is Natasha actually."

"That's a really beautiful name Nat..."

There is a bit of tense air in here so I guess I'll have to break it.

"I'm sorry about yesterday. I understand everything now..."

"It's ok. I wasn't in the right either. I know why you got upset. I would have done the same..."

"Good to know that I'm not the only jealous person then"
I laugh after saying this and she has an offended expression on

"I never said I was jealous!"

"I'm kidding. At least I'm admitting my jealousy"

"That's something at least. I know you were jealous. It wasn't hard to pick on."

"Well I'm glad that now I know the truth. I don't know how long I could last seeing you flirt with Tony"

"And I promise I'll tell you more but I'm not ready for that now..."

"And that's completely fine. You should take your time...
I guess you know about my past too then..."

"I know the big picture... I'm sorry for what you had to go through. Just remember that if you need to talk. I'm here. I'll have to be around for a long while still."

"But it means you will have to go. If I'm being honest, I don't want you to leave."

"We'll see each other in the future. And besides, Fury wants to talk to you about something that I think might make us have to work together."

"Only if I accept tho... I don't think I'm ready for missions and this stuff."

"It's ok then. We'll figure this out in one way or another."

I lean my head back and look out of the window. I feel her holding my hand and it feels really good. I feel protected when I'm around her. It's not everyday you get to feel this way.

I just want to know if we'll really figure this out... I hope we will...
