Chapter fifty-one: "You Are Hopeless"

I covered my face due to being flustered about what just happened

He chuckled and kissed my temple "Quite exciting isn't it?" he looked at my worry that we might get caught

"I swear to God Cloud, if one of my family members found out about it this would become awkward"
This is the same thing that happened right after my cousin's wedding

But unlike back then, we were in a place that was public and has a high risk of getting caught. I flicked his forehead "We could've done this somewhere private"

He nodded "You were extremely wet though" he added and that was the last straw of his teasing me

"CLOUD NOT NOW!" I scolded him in a slight yell manner

Cloud raised both of his hands up "Ok, ok, fine but seriously love you look like you could rest"

I looked at him straight in the eye and said "What do you think is gonna happen to my body? Become energetic after 2 releases?"
I feel like my body was heavy and tired, if it wasn't for this horny bastard then I wouldn't be like this in the first place

But then again, I was the one who let him so I am also to blame

I glanced at myself in the mirror, my hair was messy and my entire face was flushed red
It was too obvious

With no person in sight, I rested my head on his chest with him hugging me trying to hold me up as he could
He's strong anyway so this is nothing to him

Cloud leaned his back and lowered his head near ny ear "We could take this further once we return to my room" he suggested with a smirk on his face and I rolled my eyes before stomping on his foot with the heel of my shoe

He groaned out in pain as he held his foot trying to ease the sharp pain on his toes "Damn you could've just said no, this felt like how we are before"

True, I did form a habit of stomping at Cloud's foot when I get too pissed at him before

"Penelope dear, are you done?" We heard Aunt Laborè call out to me as she pranced in the hallways of the dressing rooms

She stood in front of the both of us and took a closer look at the dress "It seems like I should tighten the waist part, it's too loose" my aunt mumbled to herself as she started writing it down on her mini notepad

Once she raises her head she gasped "Oh My Goodness! Are you sick?! You look so red!" the back of her hand went to check the temperature on my neck before on my forehead

I glared a little at Cloud before pretending to cough then taking a small peek at Aunt Laborè's reaction, she wore a face filled with concern before patting my back "How about you take a seat and I'll ask somebody to give you a glass of water"

I nodded to her obediently before Cloud stepped in pretending to be a knight saying "I'll help her" His arm was now around my waist pretending to help me balance myself and not fall

She smiled up at him sweetly "Thank you Cloud, always so sweet to my niece" She squeezed one side of his cheek before walking away to check in on my sisters

When she finally was out of sight I whisper to Cloud "That is the most cringe-worthy acting I have ever seen" I said through my grin when I waved a bit to my aunt

"Well do you want me to tell her the truth? I could do that"

I try to punch his shoulder "You are so thick-skinned! I hope that our children won't inherit that kind of behavior"

Cloud managed to catch my punch in time before it hits his shoulder "I sure do hope they won't inherit your bad temper and violent behavior"

"I'M NOT VIOLENT!" I said to him loudly before I feel my legs weaken a bit so I leaned my body to Cloud's

He chuckled in his small victory "Big talk for someone who is already tired"

"It's your fault" I complained while my face is buried in his shoulder

"Yeah, yeah, sure I'm at fault" he grinned down at me before helping me go back to where the others are

Cloud brought me to the nearest bench in the shop and I watched the others dress up while I drank some cold water that was given to me by the staff

After the girls were done trying on the dresses, it was the guy's turn next and luckily the brothers have already arrived in time to try their suits

While Cloud and his brothers were busy trying on the suits that were handed to them, Caramia was finished changing out of her dress and walked up to sit beside me

"Was it good?" she asked me before drinking the cold water and leaning back to rest her back on the wall

I spat out my water after her question, my hand went to wipe the excess water at the corner of my lips
What did she mean by "Was it good?"

Caramia was surprised by my reaction "Penelope I am asking about the cold water? What happened?!" she continuously patted my back as I cough out the water that I choked in my throat
Thank goodness she wasn't asking about the dressing room where I was at

She rubbed one side of her temple like a stressed big sister would usually do "My God you are hopeless"

I gave her a sheepish grin as a response because I don't think I could answer her by talking right now since I am recovering from choking on water

Natalie ran up to me "Are you ok?" she patted my back with concern

Caramia chuckled "She accidentally choked on water, dumb bitch if you ask me" she jokingly answered her and Natalie gave her a straight look before tending to me
The difference between the eldest and the 4th eldest is astoundingly huge

"Are you breathing fine?" she asked me like while checking my pulse as if I were her patient
The perks of having a doctor in the family rock!

"Did something happen?" we heard someone ask and it was Cloud who was already finished putting on the suit

I was speechless because the suit made him look mature which was a good look on him
It made him look hot too

He was fixing the cufflinks at the end of his sleeves before he saw Natalie checking my pulse which alerted him "What happened to her?" he took long strides to be closer to me

Caramia stood up and dusted the none existent dirt on her skirt "I'm gonna go and check out those dresses at the right, they are quite tempting to be snatched by me" She flipped her hair and strutted up to the racks filled with dresses
Typical Cara being a material girl

Natalie sighed in relief after checking my pulse "It's a good thing your breathing became fine after that choke you just did"

"I was just not in my right mind"

"Of course you do, I'll check on you later" she walked away from Sophia because she asked her to wear some high heels

"What do you think Angel?" Cloud asked while standing in front of me with curious eyes

"What do I think? Dude, you're a famous model so what do you think?"

He playfully pretended to dramatically gasp "Well excuse me for getting validation from my own girlfriend hmph!" he crossed his arms and turned away with pouted lips

I giggled and stood up to fix the black bowtie that was a bit crooked on his neck "I thought that you don't need my validation since that ego of yours is already answering the simple question for you"

He never took his eyes off of me when I fix his bowtie "My ego is one thing but your answer matters to me more"

"Oh wow, where did that egotistical Cloud that doesn't give a fuck to what others think of him go? Surely getting validation from me is nothing to the validation of the entire world that has their eyes set on you"

"Because I am a desperate guy for your attention alright? Just get with the program here Angel" he answered me shamelessly which made me laugh at his wits
