Her head pounded hard enough to make her feel hazy. A faint man in her dreams more like a boy. She could see his face but she felt his smile radiate. She turned around running to somewhere she had no idea of.

She was tired, hungry, and dehydrated. But when -about after one and half day- she saw a small kid passing by unaware of his surroundings, playing with something, she felt hope fill each corner of her. It was obvious that a village was near. She went to the kid with an obvious attempt to ask him for directions.

Her plan successfully failed . The boy panicked and ran away before she could utter a word out. But she followed him, resulting in her ending up in the same village. She roamed like a phantom grasping the details of the place. People were eyeing her up and down before returning to their respective places.

Unknowing she came close to the castle. Noble men standing and guarding the place. Her innocent eyes looking at them. Even if she doesn't remember, this might be her first time being happy to see other living organisms, humans to such an extent she wanted to scream and jump. Her stomach growled.

She looked around and found a small stall of apples. She knew it was wrong but she was forced by her own body. Just when she thought the shopkeeper looked away, she took one of the apples and endeavored to run.

Conclusion: fail.

"STOP HER... SHE DIDN'T PAY FOR IT." the shopkeeper yelled, making her instantly regret her choice of action. "THIEF" he yelled again and out of the sudden she was followed by two soldiers. She ran like her life depended on her pace, well... it actually did. She took an unforeseen turn to the right, making one of the soldiers knock into a wall. She wanted to laugh but that was not the right time to do so. She saw a wall in front of her, ending in a dead end, however while running she grabbed a banner making her take a three sixty degree swing over it making the other soldier hurtle against the wall like the first one. Soon more followed.
It was just an apple.

She pace again but after awhile of cat and mouse chase, she stood lost in between four ways, one from where she came from and other three unknown. Before she could even blink, the men had her margined in between, four streets and her in between. Just when two of the men could grab her. She punched one and kicked the other. This took them by surprise and her too. Maybe muscle memory.

Most of them tried to grab her by her arm and one had her in his grasp in such a way that he held her by her armpit hard, from the back.

And someone from them came in front of her, panting and smirking, "too much energy for someone so little". He was too close to her for her liking. she relaxed her body making them feel like she surrendered. Her head low. She laughed, others frowned. She raised her head, dramatically opening her eyes. Her snicker came to halt. Without no warning, she bumped her head on his nose, breaking it. Stars twinkle in front her eyes temporarily and gasps were heard.

She recovered quickly. While the grasp on her had loosen, she took a moment to push the capturer away. She could and would, that was the third failure. Another soldier hit her head with the blunt end of the sword, blackening her out.
